Race 1: NW $9,000 L5 or NW $25,500 L10 or NW 5 (F&M7) or $80,000 (F&M $100,000) LT **Guaranteed $100,000 Pick 5**
(7) IGLARE AM was always going to win if she found racing room last week and she got the split she needed before it was too late and trotted to a predictable win. She can be even sharper with that start under her belt and she gets the nod. (8) HONE THE TONE did the first-over work then was picked off by the choice. He is sharp and the obvious danger. (5) COLD RAGE produced a nice late rally in that race but he needs to make up a couple of lengths on the top two choices. Another small share is likely for him. (2) DANCER HALL was much better last week. He should be in the exotics mix again.

Race 2: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT
(1) ALMOST THERE BOSS paced a big kicker preparing for this sophomore debut and J Mac chose him over his main rival on paper, (2) LETSFLYTOGETHER N. Nod to the former, but I'll use both in the Pick 5. (6) J M DEFLECTION raced better on Thursday night here. I can see him as part of the Tri or Super here. (4) ARSAIG can rally for another small slice tonight.

Race 3: NW3 (F&M5) or $42,000 (F&M $50,000)
(1) WICKENBURGH displayed late speed that he couldn't muster in previous races when he won on 3/10 and off that strong effort, he gets the call to repeat. This should be a better spot for (5) MAGIC WANDA who tried it first up against tougher. She should be a threat in here. (8) DEALIN WITH DEWEY, third in five straight, is getting closer and he is another in with a chance here. (4) HESOHOT HANOVER gets a driver change tonight and he is worth a look for the exotics.
Race 4: Claiming $15,000 for NW $50,000 LT - Pick 4
(1) RISIN HORIZON was in great form when he shipped east more than a month ago. The time off is a bit of a concern, but new trainer Barrington can have one ready and the leading driver takes the reins; top call. (5) DO YOU SEE IT was claimed by a high percentage barn and he gets a positive driver change. Sharp improvement is likely; using. (2) ROCKINMYDREAM, stablemate to the choice seems to fit well here. At press time, he was in to go Friday night. (7) DARK MOVES should get positioned near the front early and stick around for a share.
Race 5: NW $3,000 L5 or $8,000 L8 AE: OPT CLM $15,000
(7) STONEBRIDGE SYMBA had a good 2021 season and he qualified well for this spot where he fits well. You know J Mac will put him into the race leaving the gate and he gets top call. (6) HOLDIN ACES is an infrequent winner but he is sharp and he looks good vs. these; using. (4) EXEMPLAR flashed speed at a similar class level on Thursday night and he should be in the exotics mix. I can see (1) NYLANDER closing for a share if he stays flat tonight.
Race 6: NW $13,000 L5 or $33,000 L10 or NW $110,000 LT - Pick 5
Class droppers should dominate in this race and I'll side with (5) TRUFFLES TOO, who appears to have a pace advantage tonight. (1) PHOENIX draws better and he should be closer when they turn for home. He should be a threat. (2) MUSCLE FASHION almost won last time he raced at this level and he is another possibility for multi-race tickets. (3) ALL WRAPPED UP is sharp but I see him rallying for a share this time.
Race 7: NW $3,000 L5 or $9,100 L10 - Pick 4
(1) JULERICA was a live wire in the lane in his 2022 debut and that should set him up perfectly for a big try tonight; top call. (2) LANCASTER BOMBER dropped to this level on Thursday night and he flashed early speed but he couldn’t stay with the winner in the lane. He is in with a shot vs. these. (8) HERVEY HANOVER is another that raced Thursday night. He should pass a few of these late to take a share. (5) KOUNT BLASTER can get position near the front early and stick around for a slice.
Race 8: PREFERRED
(5) PERFETTO cut big early splits last week then refused to be passed late. A threepeat looms here. (6) DREAM NATION has been one of the sharpest horses on the grounds but he has lost narrowly to the choice twice recently. He could be helped by the presence of (4) ONEY HALL who comes off a nice win vs. easier but is always risky with his gait issues. (7) SPARTAN GENERAL will likely rally for a small share tonight.

Race 9: NW $6,000 L5 or $16,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $20,000
(8) CINDY LYNN should have no problem clearing to the front leaving the gate again and she has a great chance to notch the threepeat vs. these. (6) HP ROYAL THEO, a winner last time he raced at this class level, should be the main threat. (5) KAMERAN HANOVER is another dropper that should improve tonight and he will likely be placed closer to the front leaving the gate. I'll use him underneath in this spot. (3) MISTER OF ALL should close for another small share.
Race 10: 4YO and Younger NW2 or $17,500 LT
(9) SOVERATO wasn't the smoothest gaited last week, but once he straightened out in the lane, he produced a nice brush to easily roll past his rivals. This isn’t a tough NW2 field; call to repeat. (8) CENTURY INVICTUS was a decent Grassroots performer last year and The Stable sends them ready racing off the bench; using. (1) AFFAIR SOMEWHERE steps up off a decent maiden win and he should be in the exotics mix tonight. (5) MASKEDMAN, a winner at Flamboro Downs on Thursday night, faces tougher here; using underneath. (7) LUX SEELSTER missed some time but I can see him taking a small share if he paces another strong final 1/4.
