(3) HEAVENSDOR HANOVER was going to win two starts back until he suffered an equipment break in the lane and he came back to jog last week. Clearly, he is in top form and he gets the call to repeat. (2) BEYOND KRONOS ships in from Ottawa and he is no stranger to Mohawk Park, having won at the NW6 or $85K LT level in March 2021. He is an obvious threat going for the top trainer and driver. (4) VICTOR INVICTUS is sharp and dangerous and he will be heard from again here. (7) SHES GOT PIZAZZ drops back to where she fits best and she figures to be in the exotics mix tonight.

Race 2: CLM HDCP $22,000 to $30,000

(7) LEGAL BETTOR was part of some big early fractions and he re-rallied to win when claimed. He gets McNair now and he is the one to beat here. (5) CENTURY GIGALO dropped and popped and he figures to be the main threat racing from close range again. (6) NIGHT CLUB HANOVER was first up against the choice and that didn't work. He probably sits and rallies here. (1) PARTYINTHESHADOWS should be good for another small share here.

Race 3: Horses that have started for a purse of $15K or less in 1 of L5

(6) STAY CLOSE lacked room until it was too late last week. Drawing best here I think J Mac will look to control this race from the outset. It's hard to fault (1) TYMAL RIGGS' current form and he is hard to leave off multi-race tickets. (3) AUSSIE LOVER, 3rd in three straight, is a good one to use on the bottom of the exotics. (4) P L OPPORTUNITY rarely misses taking a share and his speed will get him a decent trip racing on or near the front.

Race 4: NW $5,100 L5 or $14,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $35,000 - Pick 4

(6) ROWLEN came from a very tough spot and really flew late to get up last week. His price will be good again and he gets the call to repeat. (3) HP ROYAL THEO will be heavily bet on the class drop here and he may just go right down the road. He is obvious on paper but tends to be trip dependent and he offers little value. (2) KEVIN ANTHONY drops and he can land in the Tri or Super if he stays flat. (7) SOUTHWIND CAESAR is another that can close for a small share in this spot.

Race 5: 5YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) but not more than 4 (F&M5) or $45,000 LT AE: 4YO and 5YO to be claimed for $50,000

I thought (4) GIGONDAS raced great last week, making two moves to the front before the 1/2, then coming under immediate assault and hanging in gamely to stay for 2nd. He is a clear top pick here. (9) MAJESTIC J was part of the early fractions but he ended up getting the best trip, sitting behind a third 1/4 battle and he easily rallied for the win. I'm not sure he gets the same trip tonight. (10) STORM TROTTER has been right there in every start and he should be in the exotics mix again despite drawing widest. (2) COME HOME FOR LIFE looked good winning last week and the mare that he sailed past in the lane came back to win on Thursday night. Facing tougher here, I'll use him on the bottom.

Race 6: CLM HDCP $11,000 to $14,000 - Pick 5

(3) JIM STRIKESITRICH was a victim of pace last week now he gets Macdonald and top billing here. (5) CHOREOGRAPHER stayed in and rallied. I think he gets more aggressive now and he should be the one to catch. (8) SIGHTS ON YOU gets McNair back and he should be a speed threat tonight. (7) STATE OF PLAY benefitted from perfect Macdonald piloting last week and I don’t see him repeating. I'll use him underneath.

Race 7: NW $13,500 L5 or $28,500 L8 AE: Starters for a purse of $16K or less in 1 of L3 AE: OPT CLM $65,000

(8) SPARTAN GENERAL got a clean line and a share in his first start back last week and he handles these when he is on his game. (7) PIKACHU HANOVER is another that should benefit from having a start and he will likely be more aggressive now; using. (4) HANG ON BABY drops and she was close vs. similar two starts back. J Mac will have her rolling late and she is another in with a shot. (5) PATRIARCH HANOVER was 2nd to a razor-sharp rival and he is in the exotics mix again.

Race 8: CLM HDCP $22,000 to $30,000 - Pick 4

(6) OFFICER JONES followed up a big upset win two starts back with another solid effort here and I'll go price shopping with him here in a spot where he should get a setup. (8) QUAN BLUE CHIP gets away from hot Legal Bettor and he is the one to beat here racing off the claim and getting McNair. (4) PRIVATE SCOTT was hard used when claimed last week. His race two back where he got an easier trip shows what he is capable of at this level; using. (5) SPEAKING OF ART didn't get the job done at 3 to 5 racing off the Moreau claim and I'll play to beat him here in a spot where he will get bet again.

Race 9: NW $28,000 L5 or NW 8 or $150,000 LT

(2) HP MAMA B no doubt needed last week’s race after missing a month and she should be sharper here; top call. (4) LOOKS LIKE MONI has been stellar reeling off four wins since being bought and brought to Mohawk by The Stable and he fought bravely to rebuff the choice last week after being headed. He is hard to leave out. (5) RUN DIRECTOR got closer last week and it probably won't be long before he is beating these types. I'll give him another look and use him underneath. (6) WHITE TIGER will close for another slice and it would be no surprise if he beats this prediction.

Race 10: CLM HDCP $15,000 to $20,000

(1) MACH ART IN MOTION just jogged racing off the Moreau claim last week and he is the one to beat here. (5) MY LAND was an easy winner at Flamboro Thursday night racing off the claim. He is the obvious danger. (2) PASSIONATE PRINCE’s form is clearly on the upswing and he can close for another good share here. (7) TWAIN SEELSTER was a distant 3rd to the choice last week and he figures to be in the Super tonight.

Race 11: NW $2,160 L3 AE: Starters for a purse of $7,200 L3 or NW $16K in 2022

(8) FLASH CUBE drops, returns quicker and gets Macdonald. He is likely to wake up in a big way here. (3) HP MOMENTUM is the other dropper that figures to improve sharply in this spot; using. (9) OUTLAW ACEOFSPADES is another that is in easier and he should get an aggressive steer from Cullen despite drawing wide. He's not out of this. (6) JIMMYACHANCE is an interesting shipper but he has missed more than six weeks so I would tab the tote for clues. (1) DAY DELIGHT should be good for a small share in this spot.
