(10) I AMA ROCKET jogged when claimed by Moreau and he should be tough here coming back in the same class; top call despite the wide draw. (4) MACH IMPACT fires back quickly off a 4th-place finish from a wide post over Flamboro Downs on Wednesday night and he will likely get more aggressive in this spot. He is the other one that I'll use in the early Pick 5. (2) SUNSHINE LOVE is right there every week and this step up doesn't look too tough for him. He can land in the exotics again. (7) VIPER has been racing well and he could better this placing if he gets a good trip racing near the front.

Race 2: 5YO and younger winners of 2 (F&M3) but not more than 4 or $45,000 LT AE: 3YO 4YO 5YO CLM $50,000

(5) MATCH MEIF YOU CAN steps up tonight but she looked good beating NW2 last week and she has improved in the Gillis barn. This isn't the toughest NW3 field; call to repeat. (3) WARRAWEE XALT fell just short when claimed for a big tag. The new owners will be looking for an immediate return on investment tonight; using. (4) DEVILS ARCH is in decent form now and he can take a slice in this spot. (6) STORMONT DIVIDE should close late for another share vs. these.

Race 3: NW $8,000 L5 or $16,250 L10 AE: NW6 (F&M8) LT or OPT CLM $45,000

(1) CHAMBA, like the top choice in race 2, was purchased by Gillis for himself and she can win here adding Lasix. The stale date doesn't worry me much in this case. (9) FREE WILLY HANOVER drops and gets Filion and I wouldn't be surprised if he is sent forward leaving the gate this time; using. (5) VILLEFRANCHE AS left hard last time then got shuffled. She should be in the exotics mix here racing near the front. (3) PHEONIX's most recent line is a toss considering he had an equipment break. He should contend for a slice here.

Race 4: NW $14,750 L5 or $27,500 L8 or NW $100,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $65,000 - Pick 4

(7) STORM TROTTER made a big move on a wet track to win then was sold the next day and I'll give him the nod to repeat racing out of the Demers barn tonight. (8) MRMAYOR HANOVER has been right there in three straight but come up short each time. Hid good tactical speed makes him a threat again tonight. (5) TOKYO SEELSTER steps up off an easy win and he is in the mix again vs. these. (1) MUSCLE FASHION was first up and that's not his trip. He could do at a price here if he can work out a better trip.

Race 5: Horses that have started for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of L3

(4) ALL GAS NO BRAKES won two straight and didn't get bet in either. Price is gone now but he is the one to beat. (7) OVERKILL HALL drops to a better spot and keeps the leading driver. He should be right there vs. these. (8) SWAN DIEGO will probably look to bottom out the field again but I don't see him lasting vs. these. (1) DELGADO should be in the mix for another share here. He is consistently around the money.

Race 6: Harvest Series Final Ont. sired 2YO fillies NW $30,000 in 2023 as of 9/30/23 - Pick 5

(8) P L RAINBOW DASH is the clear filly to beat here having gone undefeated in the preliminary legs. She should convert as a big chalk. (4) MUSCONE will offer a big price here but she did finish 2nd to the choice in leg 1. I'll try to create some exacta value with her. (1) TEA LAKE should go much better this week starting from the inside and land in the Tri. (5) ZIPPY ZAPPORAH should get position early and stick around for a share.

Race 7: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $16,000

(5) ROYAL REGATTA tried to lead all the way from the 10-hole in the slop last week and he only got tired in the last few strides. I'll stick with him starting from the middle of the gate this time. (3) CLEVER CHARACTER could turn things around in a hurry tonight racing off the Barrington claim; using. (6) MACH ART IN MOTION got too far back early in the mile last week. Starting from a better post gives him a shot tonight. (8) MACHIN A TRICK gets hammered every week and he is hit and miss considering he is usually trying to pass them all. I'll play to beat him here.

Race 8: Harvest Series Final Ont. sired 2YO fillies NW $30,000 in 2023 as of 9/30/23 - Pick 4

Gold winner (9) ANN made the most of her start in only one of the legs and this should be a good race between her and (2) ONE MORE BET, who paid the minimum to win last week. I'll give the nod to the former but this really does look like a coin toss. (5) QUIET ASSURANCES, 2nd to the choice last week, should be good for a spot in the Tri or Super here. (1) SCRIVENER HANOVER should sit another inside following trip and finish on the edges.

Race 9: 5YO and younger winners of 2 (F&M3) but not more than 4 (F&M5) or $45,000 LT AE: 3YO 4YO 5YO CLM $50,000

(5) PRETTY SPECIAL got going too late last week and failed to get up as the chalk. I think she gets a more aggressive steer here and makes amends. (8) ZIP ME UP will be happy to look left and not see Nothingbutadreamer lined up next to him tonight. He is in with a decent chance. (6) FRENCHY HANOVER was no match for a repeat winner last time but she fits well vs. these and she is another possibility for late multi-race tickets. (1) BELLA CAVALLA likely takes another small share in this spot.

Race 10: PREFERRED

(7) AMIGO VOLO raced tough in defeat last week and he likely won't face the same pace pressure in this spot. He will be a single for me. (8) PEMBERTON fell into a great trip when Fashion Frezie pocket popped to go after the choice and he got up right on the line. His best puts him right there but he might be at a tactical advantage tonight. (1) ONEY HALL should get a good trip racing near the front in this spot. He has upset possibilities. (2) FLEURIE is hot right now but this is a much tougher class; using underneath.

Race 11: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $16,000

(8) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ has moved into Barington's barn three times previously and in those starts he shows one 2nd by a nose and two wins, one of the victories being paced in his lifetime mark of 1:50 3/5 on 11/21/2022. What does all that mean? The seven weeks he has been off since being claimed prior to this start likely won't matter. (9) TRIDENT SEELSTER zigzagged his way to victory in the lane last week and he should be a threat right back here; using. (5) MUSIC TO MY GEARS is another fresh claim that is worth a look here but I prefer to use him underneath. (1) WINDSONG GRAYSON closed well when claimed and he should be good for another share vs. these. (6) HIGH FLYING JAMIE brings good form with him from Flamboro. He can land in the bottom of the exotics here.
