Race 1: POP UP SERIES: FILLIES & MARES CLAIMING $8,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE. LEG 1
(9) PRETTY MISSY MAY has posted some strong efforts at Mohawk this season, and looks to get back on track when adding Lasix tonight. She will need to be activated in the early stages. (4) DOLLYDAYDREAM has the ability to beat these horses consistently, but hasn’t worked out a quality trip in a while. Tonight could be her night. (5) COOL CUTE COOKIE got Roy’s nod over the #9 which is noteworthy. She can show early gate speed and sit a good trip. I’ll use her underneath.

Race 2: HARVEST SERIES FINAL: ONTARIO SIRED 2 YEAR OLD FILLIES, NW $30,000 IN 2025 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2025.
(4) TH TRIX R FORKIDS was put in play last week and rode a pocket trip to a multi-length victory in the end. It’s amazing what can happen when horses are given chances. He will never be too far away from the action in this short field. (2) KOUNTRY CLOVER had all the juice coming into last week, but worked from off the pace and came up short to the aforementioned top pick. She should be sitting close and looking to trip out. (5) MY GHOST could have the most pop of anyone in the late stages, though I have a hard time thinking this pace heats up at all. She can get a piece.
Race 3: NW $2,900 LAST 4 STARTS. (W/O $13,000 LAST 8 STARTS N/E). AE: OPT. CLM. $20,000. AE: N/A $975 P/S IN 2025. AE: NW $100 LAST 4 STARTS.
(4) NO ONE went a tough trip at Western Fair last week from the second tier. She had to move three wide but still managed to finish second. She has early gate speed that hasn’t been used in a while. Look for a big effort from her tonight. (2) VALUABLE MISS had to work from off the pace last week and never got involved. If she sits closer, she can get a solid piece. (7) MISTER MAGIC has seen his form fall off in recent weeks, but his record this year speaks for itself. I can see him rebounding and landing somewhere on the ticket.
Race 4: POP UP SERIES: FILLIES & MARES CLAIMING $8,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE. LEG 1
(6) LITTLEBEARCAT stepped up to the 10K claiming class after her big win, but was mired at the back and never got involved. I expect her to be heavily bet down from her ML price, especially with Louis Roy getting the call. (1) STAY PUMPED showed more for McNair last week. She has looked the best out of any mare here. You’ll have to swallow a shorter price this time, but she is likely a safe pick by many. (7) JUST ONE BITE doesn’t show as much pop in the lane, but is usually well-positioned when turning for home. She can hold on for a piece.
Race 5: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 (FM 4) RACES OR $50,000 (OS $62,500) LIFETIME. AE: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER OPT. CLM. $60,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE.
(5) FLASHCHAP should take plenty of support this week after her near-miss second place finish. She was only beaten by a big longshot in that race, and clearly liked the bigger track much better. I expect another good effort tonight. (2) IBELIEVEINANGELS has found career-best form in her last two efforts, winning by multiple lengths as the odds on favorite. She steps up in class, but should be able to handle herself well in this spot. (3) TITIAN could not sustain her first over move last week and faded back to fourth. I’m very curious what tactics are used tonight with the new driver. I’ll use her underneath.
Race 6: HARVEST SERIES FINAL: ONTARIO SIRED 2 YEAR OLD FILLIES, NW $30,000 IN 2025 AS OF SEPTEMBER 30TH 2025.
(5) FAVORITISM took a step forward last week and finished less than a length behind the winner at the wire. The filly has taken steps forward since adding Lasix, and could provide a bit of value to kick off tonight’s late Pick-5 if she gets the right trip. (9) ALEKSOVA was mired towards the back in last week’s race, and they went really slow up front. She logically couldn’t make up six lengths in the final quarter. If she floats up enough, she will be well worth a win bet. (4) ANNIES DIVA got a perfect trip last week and was able to capitalize. She has shown a bit more pop when sitting just off the pace, which allows me to trust her a little more than others.
Race 7: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 (FM 3) RACES OR $20,000 (OS $34,500) LIFETIME.
(2) CHIC CHOC ROSE should take the majority of the support here as she makes her debut for the Dave Menary barn. She comes off a strong win at Rideau and adds Lasix. Tough to look past her. (1) SHAMPOO GIRL finally draws a better post. Her form may not look the part, but she has hardly had chances. Her parked out effort three starts ago was very strong. Look for her to add some value to exotics. (3) FIREFLIESNTHUNDER is always fighting for checks, and was in contention again last week but was interfered with and made a break. I can see him getting a piece tonight.
Race 8: WINNERS OF 3 (FM 4) BUT NOT MORE THAN 5 (FM 6) OR $80,000 (OS $100,000) LIFETIME. AE: 4 YEAR OLD MARES NW $50,000 IN 2025.
(3) FLIRTY DANCER gets a key driver change tonight which should see her be put into the race earlier. Many of these horses are hard to trust on a weekly basis, so I’ll try to get a little bit of value. (4) WILDTURKEY HANOVER has more than enough talent to win this race, but needs to be close enough when turning for home. We could see some gate speed used tonight. (2) ROXIE HART was much better last week when dropping from stakes company. We will see if she can consistently perform against older horses.
Race 9: CLAIMING HANDICAP $12,000 TO $16,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE & SEX. ENTER IN MULTIPLES OF $1,000.
(6) ABOVEMYPAYGRADE was a major play against last week when dropping to an optional claimer, but tonight, he finds a shorter and easier field that he can definitely tackle. (5) PHONE NINE ONE ONE has been very sharp as of late and has the gate speed that can allow him to easily sit a pocket trip. He could be worth taking a shot with up top. (1) HES SWIFT was mired at the back when leaving from the second tier last week and never got involved. He won’t be nearly as far back tonight no matter where he gets away.

Race 10: NW $2,900 LAST 4 STARTS. (W/O $13,000 LAST 8 STARTS N/E). AE: OPT. CLM. $20,000. AE: N/A $975 P/S IN 2025. AE: NW $100 LAST 4 STARTS.
(2) VICTOR INVICTUS likely made some of his backers a bit salty last week when getting away towards the back and never getting involved. He should be at least three times the price tonight; it’s just a matter of him being put in play and given a chance. (3) BUCK DANCER should be freshened up after his four months off. His return qualifier was fine against the likes of Emoticon Legacy. (5) MY HOLY MOLEY was favored in his latest but spoiled that chance with an early break in stride. He likes to work from off the pace and can get a piece tonight.
Race 11: HORSES THAT HAVE STARTED FOR A PURSE OF $10,000 OR LESS IN LAST 3 STARTS FOR NW $8,500 LAST 4 STARTS.
(5) SOUTHWIND DOMINO just got up for the win three starts ago when taking a big drop in class. It’s a similar fall tonight as he looks for another wake up call, but this time he gets Louis Roy in the bike. I’ll give him the nod. (1) TYMAL RIGGS got a confidence boosting win last week when dropping in class. If he can get away from the rail in decent order, and maybe even quarter move, he should be right there at the wire. (4) RADCLIFFE produced a sharp closing rally to get a check last week against much tougher competition. I can see him working out a cover trip and passing many horses late.
