(8) WARRAWEE XALT was aggressively driven to a lifetime-best score vs. similar here last week and he gets the nod to repeat off that impressive score. (7) KEVIN ANTHONY was game in defeat when moved earlier last week and he should be the main threat tonight. (2) MYSTIC should find this class a bit easier than NW $10K L5. He should be in the exotics mix vs. these. (6) SIMCOE SEELSTER is another that will likely rally wide late and make it into the Super.

Race 2: CLM HDCP $22,000 to $30,000

(7) QUAN BLUE CHIP circled up late after being stalled last time and was motoring late, but it was too late. I'll give him the nod here. (5) ALWAYS A HOTSHOT is on a tear and he is the obvious one to catch and beat. (9) JULERICA goes back to Moreau and that makes him a threat although he likely will blast from out there and he could help set it up for the choice by getting in an early skirmish for the lead. (8) HERESTHATMANAGAIN got an impossible park job last week and he was still beaten only 2 1/2 lengths at the wire. I think he sits and rallies for a share tonight.

Race 3: Harvest Series Ontario Sired 3YO Fillies NW $30,000 in 2022 as of September 30th

(1) SAINT ANTOINE parked first up as the pace accelerated in the back 1/2 and she powered past the big chalk late in the mile. She gets the call to repeat off that impressive score. (7) MUSCLE ENVY was too far back but closed well and now she gets her nose back on the gate. She can be a threat tonight. (4) HERSHEY SEELSTER had no apparent excuse when she couldn't convert at 1 to 9 despite getting a soft opening 1/2. I'll play to beat her tonight. (3) MUSCLE UP THE GOLD will probably leave a bit better tonight and she can sneak into the exotics.

Race 4: CLM HDCP $15,000 to $20,000 - Pick 4

(7) SNAP TEST was terrific last week taking a new life's mark while making his second start off the claim and he gets the call to repeat here. (1) LARJON LUCKY followed the choice throughout last week and he will likely round out another Exacta here. (4) JAYDENS PLACE got two clean lines down after breaking in Quebec three starts back. I can see him laying closer tonight and landing in the Tri or Super. (6) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ is capable of passing some of these and he can take a slice tonight.

Race 5: NW $12,000 L5 or $22,000 L10 AE: Starters for a purse of $16K or less in 1 of L3 AE: OPT CLM $65,000

(6) RITSON trotted home in 27-flat last week and couldn’t get close to classy Spartan General. He looks best here and he can beat this group. (5) THE LIONKING AS arrives sharp from Pennsylvania and his good tactical speed should play well here; using. (4) HAMMER TIME steps up off a nice win and he should be part of the Tri or Super in this field. (7) FREE WILLY HANOVER likely takes a small slice vs. these.

Race 6: Winners of 3 (F&M4) but not more than 6 (F&M8) or $83,000 LT - Pick 5

(6) AMAZONE DUHARAS gave it a good try in the Breeders Crown but she was just in too tough. She fits well here and she gets the nod. (8) RENEGADE GYPSY did well to take a slice racing against some very tough horses last week now he gets to drop. He is in with a decent chance. (2) RESOLUTE BAY projects to get a good trip racing near the front tonight. He is another in with a chance. (4) H P RUNNING MASS faces tougher but comes in off a fast win. He isn’t out of this.

Race 7: NW $6,100 L5 or $13,000 L10 OPT CLM $35,000 - Pick 4

(1) PHEONIX’s best race beats these and he may be able to produce a strong effort racing fresh here; top call. (4) SAYLOR drops to a better spot here and he should be more aggressive early; using. (8) HEAVENSDOR HANOVER raced well from an outer post with McNair in the bike last week. He's worth a look here despite the class rise. (9) MR CONTESTANT's recent form is good and he is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics at a price

Race 8: CLM HDCP $11,000 to $14,000

(2) BETTOR NOTBITTER A got an impossible parked out trip last week and still hung around for 3rd. He draws decently for the first time since being claimed 3 starts back and he should get a much better trip tonight; top call. (6) THE AMAZINGSANDO drops back to the level where he gets the best results and he is an obvious threat tonight; using. (1) MACH ART IN MOTION has been claimed 4 times in his past 6 starts and he figures to be close throughout in this field; using underneath. (7) EASY FLYER is always in the mix it seems and he should be part of the Super racing from close range.

Race 9: OPEN HANDICAP

(7) HP MAMA B was an easy winner last week in a lifetime-best effort and she gets the call to repeat off that impressive score. (6) LOGAN PARK is the obvious danger tonight coming out of the Breeders Crown Open Trot. (2) WHITE TIGER was well driven to get 2nd behind the choice last week and a similar trip should get him another slice tonight. (5) LOCATELLI couldn't be much sharper. He should be in the exotics mix here.

Race 10: CLM HDCP $8,000 to $10,000

(9) THUNDERING JIM jogged and was claimed. He has been a win machine recently and he will probably win and get claimed here, too. (7) MACH JACOBS is another fresh claim that has been racing great. He should be the main threat. (10) COIN FLIP would be rated higher if he drew better. From out there, he likely takes a small slice. (5) SIGHTS ON YOU arrives from Ottawa in solid form. He can lay close and grab a share here. (4) XTERNAL likely sits a trip and land in the bottom of the High-5.
