Race 1: HORSES & GELDINGS CLAIMING $20,000 FOR NW 4 RACES OR $30,000 (OS $37,500) LIFETIME. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE. AE: NW $100 LAST 4 STARTS.

I’ll count on (3) SAULSBROOK RODEO to work out a better trip this week after trying to close and being unable to pick up a piece. (2) DYLANS VETT gets a major post switch tonight and is a horse who could add plenty of value to exotics if the outside flow is moving. (5) CABO SAN LUCAS drops in for a claiming tag this week and has some flashy lines against better horses, but I think that leaves him as an underlay in this spot.

Race 2: 2 YEAR OLD COLTS & GELDINGS: NW 1 RACE OR $10,000 LIFETIME. WITH ALLOWANCES.

(5) CATTLE TORI TWO has gotten around the bigger track just fine in limited starts and just went down the road, adding to his repertoire. (4) THE DANCERS KING made a great recovery in his latest after an early miscue and still circled up and got the job done. I think he has ability but comes with quirks. (2) ANIMOSITY hasn’t raced in three weeks which could leave him a step short this week. I’ll use him underneath and look for him to rally for a slice.

Race 3: 2 & 3 YEAR OLD FILLIES: NW 1 RACE OR $10,000 LIFETIME. WITH ALLOWANCES.

(3) DANCIN LADY LOU has a Mohawk start under her belt and paced a decent mile. She finds a much easier field tonight. (6) UR NOT CATCHING ME is another PEI shipper who has shown a bit more around those smaller ovals than her stablemate. Will that translate? We’ll see. (7) WAITINGONSUMMER broke her maiden last week and we don’t exactly know how deep she is yet. That upside could allow her to provide sneaky value if she is good enough.

Race 4: FILLIES & MARES CLAIMING $8,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE.

(2) HEAVENS LIL DRAGON had to settle for second behind (4) MEILLEUR FROMAGE last week. I’ll look for the Cullen trainee to sustain her bid better and turn the tables. (3) PREMIER DELIGHT should find this field more to her liking second off the claim, but doesn’t have the form of the top two at the moment.

Race 5: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 (FM 3) RACES OR $20,000 (OS $25,000) LIFETIME.

(2) TRUDYBIRD was better in her latest and could provide a sustained middle move that causes her to pick off a vulnerable favorite. (5) CUPID HALL has done a great job tracking along and racking up solid finishes in the Grassroots ranks, but I don’t think we’ve seen her cut the mile yet this year. She likely does this week and tries to hold off the pack. (6) SOUTHWIND MANHATTN is a consistent filly who hasn’t quite stepped up enough at this level to make her a win threat.

Race 6: CLAIMING HANDICAP $10,000 TO $12,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE & SEX. ENTER IN MULTIPLES OF $1,000.

(5) RJS SUPERFREAK sustained a sharp middle move second off the claim and only missed by half a length. Another setup should see him right there again. (7) CAUGHTINALANDSLIDE produced a similar move in that same race and could be sitting on the helmet of Rjs Superfreak. Trip will tell the tale given the presence of these sharp closers. (4) TITANIC HANOVER held on for the win last week and will look to get the jump on my top two given this post draw.

Race 7: FILLIES & MARES, CLAIMING $20,000 FOR NW 8 RACES OR $60,000 (OS $75,000) LIFETIME. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE.

(2) CENTURY MOO didn’t leave it up to trip last week and cruised after clearing to the lead. I think she gives the ML favorite a real run for her money. I wasn’t sure how (4) HALF FAST was going to respond after fading the week before, but she came back even stronger. The post draw favors her again. (8) P L SUZIE took advantage of a quick first half but she drew away rather impressively. If the top two mix it up, she could pick them off again.

Race 8: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $12,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) OR $10,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES. AE: 3 YR OLDS NW $100 L4.

(2) ALOTMOREACTION has a Mohawk start under his belt and gets away from Amorphous who dazzled on debut. I think he has enough speed to contend here. (7) JETT OUT EARLY showed quality speed on both ends of the mile and should have an easier time getting towards the front given the slight post improvement. (5) NOW ITS A PARTY rallied nicely to get a check and now finds himself with a much better post. El Jefe will look to guide him around without incident.

Race 9: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER NW 2 RACES OR $15,000 (ON SIRED $18,750) LIFETIME. AE: 3 YR OLDS NW 2 RACES IN 2026.

(6) AMORPHOUS looked incredible on debut. What will he do for an encore? (4) BERNARD produced a successful debut mile at Mohawk and should build off that with tonight’s quality post draw. (8) LIQUID likely rallies from the back again but his turn of foot is sharp when he is on his game. He can close for a piece.

Race 10: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 (FM 5) RACES OR $50,000 (OS $62,500) LIFETIME.

(7) IMPERATIVE looks to repeat after an easy win in his latest at the shortest of prices. (5) HALLYSGURL could use some gate speed this week which was on display in PEI. If she trots a similar quality of final quarter, she will be right there. I hesitated to use (1) MASSBAR the last time she shipped back from Lexington and I was proven correct. The hesitation is there again, but the rail likely leaves her driven conservatively in the early stages which should suit her better.
