(5) TREACHEROUS PENNY can win here but she is still a maiden and she will likely get over bet after taking a share in a Grand Circuit race; your call. (3) HORIZONTAL was unbeaten until she tried the Grand Circuit. She figures to contend vs. these. Tough race to kick off the early Pick 5. (8) INTOTHEMYSTICMOON finished fast last week and she is another in with a shot in a race with several viable options.

Race 2: F&M NW $6,700 L5 or NW $12,000 L10 or NW8 LT AE: Starters for a purse of $10,000 L2 or OPT CLM $50,000

(4) SNOW SHARK should be heavily bet here on the class drop, but this is a field that she should handle. (2) GOT SEXY SCARS just took a new life's mark and she gets put into play by Macdonald every week. She should be the main threat here. (3) GOUDAWON is having a good season, and she stacks up well on paper, but the OSS Gold final races aren't far off and I'm not sure what her intent will be here. I'll play to beat her. (8) MIA CULPA will likely sit and rally this time and close late for a slice.

Race 3: Pop Up series NW $30,000 in 2022 AE: 1st Leg starters

(2) TRU BLU HYPNOTIC has really improved in the past two starts and he gets the call to repeat coming off an impressive stretch sweep of the field. (1) ILLGETMYOWN THANKS is another that has gotten good recently and Macdonald has been a good partner for him. He should be right there again tonight. (4) STATE OF PLAY has chased a hot horse in his past two starts and he should be in the mix here. (7) BETTIM AGAIN fits okay here shipping in from the Maritimes and Roy knows him from three starts here last year; using underneath.

Race 4: F&M NW $15,000 L5 or $32,000 L8 or NW $150,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $75,000 - Pick 4

(1) WESTERN WISH drops and she has a good chance to pop getting away from super mare So Much More. (2) PARISIAN BLUE CHIP went first up in the top class last week and she held her ground late while losing a couple of positions. She should be the main threat. (8) HOT MESS EXPRESS has already lost twice at this level here with no apparent excuse. I'll use her underneath here. (3) CHIEFS DREAM GIRL will likely sit a nice trip and take a small share tonight.

Race 5: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS Fifth Leg 3YO Fillies

(3) MOMENTARILY has two Grassroots starts on this track in 2022 and both were blowout wins. She should wake up and produce a big effort here. (8) DELIGHT BAYAMA raced big in a fast NW3 mile last week and that should have her primed for a top effort; using. (1) FADE OUT is capable and she could get a great following trip here; price look. (2) ADDICTIVEBEHAVIOUR frequently takes slices in Grassroots races and she can land in the bottom of the Tri or Super here.

Race 6: Pop Up series F&M NW $35,000 in 2022 AE: 1st Leg Starters - Pick 5

(6) NIGHTLIFE SEELSTER jogged in the opening leg at 10 cents on the dollar and she should get another good trip racing on the engine here; call to repeat. (7) MY BABY GIRL took a new lifetime mark last week but she got an absolutely perfect trip. I wonder if she gets overbet here. (1) COME OUT AND PLAY was a decent 2nd last week to the choice and she is in the exotics mix again. (2) MADDIGAL is improving but she faces much faster fillies and mares in here. I'll use her on the bottom.

Race 7: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GRASSROOTS Fifth Leg 3YO Fillies

(5) WARRAWEE XPAT's even race vs Gold fillies last week when coming off a four-week break can act as a tightener for this Grassroots race and she gets top billing here. (8) DEWITT FOR JOSIE was impressive leading coast-to-coast from the rail while taking a new life's mark and she should be the main threat here. (4) CREME DELIGHT is improving and she can land in the exotics here. (1) BABY BONITA should pass a few of these late; using underneath.

Race 8: Pop Up series F&M NW $35,000 in 2022 AE: 1st Leg Starters - Pick 4

(8) SETTN A PRECEDENT made it into this series by earning just over $30K prior to the first leg and that was bad new for her rivals. She towers over them and she should win again at a short price. (6) KICKIN COWGIRL produced a big effort and was no match for the choice last week. She can fill out the Exacta again. (7) CARSONS GOUDA is in solid forma and she should get positioned near the front at the start; using underneath. (3) BROKEN finishes 4th every week it seems and I'll use her there.

Race 9: Pop Up series F&M NW $30,000 in 2022 AE: 1st Leg Starters

(2) FOREFATHER enjoyed the drop into this series last week and he has a good shot to repeat here at a short price. (3) ALTA ENGEN A was never really put into the race and he still finished 3rd to the choice. He can improve enough to challenge the choice here. (5) POINTOMYGRANSON, 2nd to the choice last week, usually strings good efforts together when he is sharp. He's in the exotics mix again. (6) GRAND POOBAH closed for a slice at a big price last week. Give him a look for the bottom of the Super.

Race 10: F&M NW $2,000 L3 or NW1 in L9 AE: OPT CLM $15,000

(3) BETTER BE DONNA N drops and should pop vs. this field. She will be a multi-race single for me. (1) MY MOTHER PEARL was good at this level two starts back and she can close to take another good share here. (5) TWIN B TIPSTER is another that drops here and she is in the mix but I prefer to use her underneath. (6) DARKRSHADEOFPALE N flashed some early zip last week and she was good in a fast race. She should get another slice here.

Race 11: NW $3,800 L5 or $11,900 L10 AE: Starters for a purse of $11,900 or less L3

(6) CAPTAIN VIDEO takes a big drop and he moves to the best post tonight. He should wake up in this spot. (9) LAUGHAGAIN HANOVER was winning at a higher level in Ohio before trying the Gold Cup and Saucer and he should be aggressive here; using. (2) SOMETIME SOMEWHERE couldn’t stay with Hervey Hanover last week, but then, no one could. He is in with a chance in here. (3) CENTURY FURY should be closer to the front early on the class drop and he should be in the exotics mix. (7) MAYHEM LIKE ME was racing well in Ottawa before he broke last time. He can take a slice here.
