(5) MY MOTHER PEARL produced a decent first-over effort last week and she is in with a chance at what should be a good price tonight. (3) MAJOR LEAGUE N will no doubt be sent on a speed mission tonight, but I don't see her lasting all the way; using underneath. (1) CUSTARD LITE is better than she has showed recently and she can take a share here on the class drop.

Race 2: Pop Up Series NW $30,000 in 2022 or not averaging $1,500 per start in 2022 as of 8/30

(6) TRUE BLU HYPNOTIC was good here on Monday night but he hooked up with a rival that was ready to pace in 1:50 flat at the bottom conditioned level. I'll stick with him in the opening leg of this series. (8) PIPEWRENCH CHARLIE jogged Tuesday night at Georgian Downs and he took a new lifetime mark in the process. He is sharp and dangerous. (4) BAYFIELD BEACH is another sharp shipper that appears to fit well here and he is a Pick 5 possibility. (3) ILLGETMYOWN THANKS is racing great for Macdonald and he will be closing again. If there is mid-race battling, he can pass them all.

Race 3: Pop Up Series Fillies and Mares NW $35,000 in 2022 or not averaging $1,500 per start in 2022 as of 8/30

(6) SETTN A PRECEDENT takes a big drop here and it's hard to imagine her getting beat in this spot. (4) MARY KAT races best for Macdonald and she can contend for a good share here on the class drop. (3) SUNSHINEINMYPOCKET is on a roll but this is a tougher spot. I'll use her underneath tonight. (1) CHARMBO BRIE figures to get a good following trip and land in the bottom of the exotics.

Race 4: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD 4TH LEG 2YO FILLIES - Pick 4

(4) SAVETHELASTDANCE was trying to leave last week when she got hung out wide and went a bit rough. I suspect she will be pointed to the front early and smoke this Gold field tonight. (8) BIG BIG PLANS exits a very strong Grand Circuit race and she should improve in this much easier spot; Exacta factor. (7) ILLUSION SEELSTER improved sharply while winning here on 8/16 and she can take a share here at a price. (1) TRE TA TA should be good for a slice here coming in off a good Gold effort at Grand River.

Race 5: Pop Up Series NW $30,000 in 2022 or not averaging $1,500 per start in 2022 as of 8/30

Shipper (2) ALTA ENGEN A has been facing much tougher than these in Pennsylvania and he should be tough here making his first start for Montini; top call. (1) FOREFATHER is the other big class dropper in the field and he should get an aggressive Macdonald steer; using. (7) GIDDY UP MAX brings some decent from with him from Ottawa and he can take a small share here. It's hard to know what to expect from (6) SOMBODYITREASURE who has broke in two straight and raced Tuesday night. I am inclined to try to beat him out of the Tri.

Race 6: F&M NW $15,000 L5 or $33,500 L10 or NW $150,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $75,000 - Pick 5

(3) WATCH ME NOW N figures to improve facing easier tonight and I think she gets sent right down the road by Macdonald. (4) DABARNDAWGSWATCHIN has hit her best stride in her past two starts and she should be right there again tonight in this short field. (1) HOT MESS EXPRESS disappointed here at 3 to 5 on 8/19 now she adds Lasix. I think she gets overbet again; your call. (2) TRAFALGAR should take a slice off an inside following trip from her inside post.

Race 7: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD 4TH LEG 2YO FILLIES - Pick 4

(6) CHEESY SMILE raced decently in a fast Grand Circuit race here last Saturday and there are no Sylvia Hanovers in here; top call. (7) STARLIGHT DANCER could get a soft trip on the engine here and she is the other one that I'll use on multi race tickets. (1) CARLA CAM steps up from the Grassroots but she stacks up well here. She should be in the exotics mix. (4) BECA MITCHELL comes off a much-improved Gold effort and she is another who should be part of the Tri or Super.

Race 8: F&M 5YO and Younger NW3 or $56,000 AE: 3YO to be claimed for $50,000

(4) GOT SEXY SCARS has raced well first-over in two straight and she is the one to beat here. (5) CHELSIS CHOICE is an obvious contender finally getting off the 10-hole but she is still 0 for 2022 and I see her getting over bet here. Your call. (1) FRANTASY HANOVER was a longshot winner last time she raced in this class three starts back; price look. (7) MOMENTARILY should flash speed and stick around for a share.

(4) NIGHTLIFE SEELSTER dropped, popped, and took a new life's mark. If she repeats that mile here, she will be very hard to beat. (1) CARSONS GOUDA returns from Grand River with a three race win streak and she raced okay in a previous Pop Up series here. She can be an Exacta factor tonight. (5) COME OUT AND PLAY paced a big third 1/4 at Georgian Downs and just missed. She is in the exotics mix here. (6) BROKEN is 0 for 24 this year but she exits the top class at Grand River and I see her closing for a share tonight.

Race 10: F&M NW $6,000 L5 or $14,500 L10 AE: Starters for a purse of $10,000 or less L3

(7) SHES GOT IT ALL takes a big drop here and she easily won two straight at one level higher than this in May. She should get sent straight to the front and lead these all the way. (1) MIA CULPA is the other dropper and the main danger but I think she is racing for 2nd if the choice brings her 'A' game tonight. (5) COME ROLL WITH ME races best with McNair driving and it was no surprise that they clicked together when he returned to the bike last week. She should be in the exotics mix. (2) BEACH MOMENT's good tactical speed will get her a spot near the front early and I see her sticking around for a share. (3) SPORTY TORI is another that should sit a good trip racing near the front and stick around for a spot in the High-5.
