Race 1: CLM HDCP $15,000 to $20,000 **GTD $100,000 Pick 5**
(1) MISSION THREE was relentless chasing down the leaders when racing off the Fellows claim last week and there should be a solid pace to stalk here; call to repeat. (6) OAKROCK ELDORADO was picked off very late by the choice and he was taken by a barn that excels with fresh claims; using. (3) JP OSCAR popped off the claim and he was also taken by a barn that does well racing first off the claim; using. (5) BROOKLETSJUSTIFIED went to Flamboro for a couple of easy purses. He should be a speed threat here, but I prefer to use him underneath.
Race 2: 5YO and Younger NW3 or $62,500 LT
(6) SWEET DEISEL failed as a 1 to 2 chalk last week but he returns much faster now and he should be sharper; slight nod. (7) BRONSONS DELIGHT was ahead of the choice that entire mile and he should be a threat again tonight. (4) BUSH MAN N should be closer early starting from a better post this time and that gives him a chance to land in the Tri. (5) SIDDHARTHA has finished 4th in five of his last six starts so use him on the bottom of this Super.
Race 3: 4YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 (F&M $25,000)
(8) ANGEL NATION has hit his best stride and he may offer a good price here looking for a threepeat with some younger stakes horses in here that will take some money. (5) LIFEISGOOD HANOVER shows a race five starts back that's likely good enough to beat these if he can reproduce that effort; using. (1) LUCKY RASCAL was a Grand Circuit winner against two-year-olds two starts back and while he has talent, he will likely be tripped out here so I wouldn't take a short price. (6) ROYALTY DEAL is for sure fast enough to win this but she needs a clean line here so Roy will probably be careful.
Race 4: 4YO and Younger NW2 or $18,000 - Pick 4
(1) DEVIL OR ANGEL has raced well in both starts despite drawing poorly and he looks solid here starting from the rail. (6) DONTBLVMEJUSTWATCH should be able to make use of his good closing kick in this easier spot; using. (8) FAR BETTER raced tough in defeat last time and he could be a speed threat at a price here. (9) MENLO PARK comes out of some fast races, but from post 9 I prefer to use him underneath.
Race 5: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT
(4) SPORTS COLUMN is in much easier here and he has a good shot to lead these from start-to-finish. (7) HERVEY HANOVER’s late kick should come into play here with him also dropping in class; Exacta factor. (2) FOOT SOLDIER should get an easier trip this time. I look for him to work his way into the Tri. (1) HAIL CHRISTIAN N's qualifiers were okay, but he’ll need to drop three to four seconds here to win in his North American debut. I'll watch him once.
Race 6: F&M NW $10,000 L5 or $21,000 L10 or NW $110,000 LT - Pick 5
(2) BETTOR TRIX N returns faster here and retains Gingras. Improvement is likely; slight nod. (4) MANHATTAN NIGHT is an obvious contender on the class drop but her typical closing style often leaves her with too much to do; demand a price. (8) SKATER CHICK can improve here leaving from a slightly better post; long shot chance. (7) SPRINGBRIDGE SASSY is almost always in the Super and she can pass a few of these late to take another share.
Race 7: F&M NW $10,000 L5 or $21,000 L10 or NW $110,000 LT
(6) SLY ELEANOR N had two tough trips in a row to lose narrowly and if she can work out a better trip, she will be tough in here. (5) GOODNIGHT IRENE was a close second to the very tough Parisian Blue Chip two starts back and she should be in the mix here; using. (1) WINDSONGMAGNIFIQUE is usually close when dropped to this level; using underneath. (4) FIREBBY A is another who is capable of better and she can take a slice here racing from close range.
Race 8: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES GOLD 3YO COLTS and GELDINGS
(8) TATTOO ARTIST's only losses in his past six starts have come at the hands of Tall Dark Stranger and he gets top billing here. (2) BEAUMOND HANOVER is the other obvious one here coming off a good effort against Captain Midnight in Grand Circuit action. (1) BEACH BLANKET BOOK came close to beating the choice a few starts back, and he figures to sit a trip and take a share. (5) ANETO is a good one to use on the bottom of the Super at a price.
Race 9: F&M NW $6,000 L5 or $13,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $18,000
Last time (1) TAJMEALLOVER raced this low on July 17th, she was a winner at 11 to 1. She’s the lone class dropper in here so you won't get that kind of a price tonight, but she does have a solid chance vs. these. (8) JUST MY SHADOW raced well on the class rise last time and she keeps driver Macdonald who has been known to send one right down the road from outside posts; using. (2) VILLAGE JOULES fits well here and she should be a speed threat; using. (10) SUNDAY AFTERNOON is always competitive at this level, but I don't love the second-tier post for her; using on the bottom.
Race 10: F&M NW $25,000 L5 or $34,000 L10 or NW $175,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $60,000 - Pick 4
(9) IVANA FLYBYE N is razor-sharp, and she showed last week that she doesn't need the lead to win. Her price will climb here, and she gets the nod. (6) KENDALL SEELSTER is obvious on the class drop, but she was picked off late at odds of 3 to 5 at this level two starts back so I'm not sure how low of a price I could accept. (10) BETCHA BABY, the choice's stablemate, is in good form and she can close to get a piece of this. (1) HELLO LOVE destroyed weaker foes at Flamboro now she steps back up, but she is another who can pass some mares and take a share.
Race 11: F&M 4YO and Younger NW2 or $30,000 LT
(7) LYONS TILT HANOVER was in a tough spot at Hanover Raceway trying to rally into a back 1/2 that was three seconds faster than the opening 1/2. She should be better returning to the big track; top call. (3) NICE KITTY HANOVER has been sharp in both 2020 starts and we may not have seen her best race yet. She has upset possibilities here. (2) NECTAR barely held off a big longshot when bet down to 1 to 5 last week. She's not out of this but I am inclined to try to beat her. (10) THE BANDIT QUEEN N could benefit from starting in the second tier this time because she should find some cover. She is another possibility for late Pick 4 tickets.
Race 12: 4YO and Younger NW2 or $30,000 LT
(3) ENAVANT shoots for his 10th win in as many tries this year and I doubt he will be stopped but you know he will be a big chalk. (2) REVOLT moves into Montini’s barn here and if he can recapture his early August form, he could be the upsetter. (4) HUNTER HILL was a good 2nd to the choice last week and he should be closing for another share here. (7) SOLID MAN exits a fast race where he hung around for 3rd and he figures to take a slice here racing from close range.
Race 13: F&M 5YO and Younger NW3 or $50,000 LT
(3) TUAPEKA JESSIE N has two wins and a 2nd in her last three starts in this class and she should be tough to beat here moving to an inside post. (8) ROSE RUN VICTORIA was a Gold winner here in July and she took the fastest mark of any in this race then. Her qualifier was good, and she has a shot if she gets put into the race early enough. (1) BETTORTHANBOBBI is capable of unleashing a big late kick and she could be perfectly spotted turning for home this time after leaving from the inside; using. (2) MIA CULPA is in great form currently and she should be in the exotics mix. (10) COQUI COQUI is another who is in solid form but from the second tier post I see her as a fringe player in this spot.
