Race 1: ONTARIO SIRE STAKES GRASSROOTS 2YO FILLIES **GTD $75,000 Pick 5**

(1) NIGHTLIFE SEELSTER had the perfect primer for this initial stakes engagement and she is the one to beat at what will likely be a short price. (6) MARVELOUS KISS has shown improvement for McNair who takes a third drive on her in this spot; price look. (2) AMINI is sure to blast off the gate and she may be the one to catch when they turn for home. (7) BAREFOOTNPREGNANT is another who has been showing improvement who figures to take a share here.

Race 2: 3YO FILLIES

(6) KARMA SEELSTER recaptured her best form at Grand River and set big fractions to bottom out the field. If she makes front here, she could prove hard to catch. (4) PERFECT STORM has been facing elders the past two starts and she is an obvious threat getting back with her own age group. (2) BEACH SPORTS had little chance from an outer post in a rainstorm at Grand River but her previous miles put her right there with these. (3) BETALADY chased the choice home in a good effort and she should be on the Super ticket again.

Race 3: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $15,000

Tough race with many question marks; I'll side with (5) CHAOTIC DECISION who races off the claim and is sure-gaited, unlike many others in here. (4) MONTALBANO BI has a good chance to wire these if he stays flat, but it's hard to predict if he will trot the whole mile. (8) SOMBRE consistently tries hard and he could win this if he gets a decent trip. (1) ANDIS UNREAL is likely to take a small share if he stays trotting.

Race 4: ONTARIO SIRE STAKES GRASSROOTS 2YO FILLIES - Pick 4

(3) VOELZ DELIGHT, daughter of millionaire Voelz Hanover who had many shining moments at this track, looks ready for a top effort in her debut; slight nod. (5) SHIATZU SEELSTER faced tougher in the Battle of the Belles and she did manage to make the final. She should appreciate this class relief; using. (9) VIRTUAL SUCCESS was a strong second to a Gold mare last week and she is worth a look here despite drawing widest. (7) PLAIN JANE is likely to blast again and lead for as far as she goes. I'll use her underneath.

Race 5: F&M 5YO and Younger NW3 or $50,000 LT

(5) DOCS HARMONY tried to brush past the leader in the third 1/4 at Grand River and she just failed to clear. In a race full of live options, I'll go price shopping with her hoping she gets a better trip here. (3) ROSE RUN VICTORIA is an obvious contender with Gold lines, and if she gets put into the race, she should be the one to beat. The filly that (6) NECTAR beat last time came back on Tuesday night here and won by several lengths in a jog; using. (9) SAUBLE DELIGHTFUL's race two starts back at this level puts her right there with these and she could add some value to multi-race tickets.

Race 6: ONTARIO SIRE STAKES GRASSROOTS 2YO FILLIES - Pick 5

(7) JOLIETTE HANOVER was hammered at the windows in her debut and she delivered. Now she tries Grassroots where she should be tough if she repeats that effort. (1) CHIEFS DREAM GIRL has been off a while but her last two starts were both excellent and if she is tight enough, she should be right there again. (4) JODY paced a big back 1/2 in her debut and she is worth a look for the exotics at a price here. (9) ANNIES LEGACY hasn't missed the top four yet and she is another who should be a good price that makes sense to use in the Tri and Super.

Race 7: F&M NW $16,000 L5 or $35,000 L10 or NW $11,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $35,000

(5) DON'T STOP BELIEVIN was tripped out perfectly by Henry to upset in this class last week and she projects to get a good trip racing near the front here; call to repeat. (3) BETTOR TRIX N paced a tremendous mile on the rim only to be nailed by the class dropping chalk late. She should be a threat here. (2) WATCH MY LUCK was bottled up until late last time. She can be much closer here if she gets out into the flow. (10) WINDSONGMAGNIFIQUE is in great form and she is another in with a chance in a contentious race.

Race 8: ONTARIO SIRE STAKES GRASSROOTS 2YO FILLIES - Pick 4

(8) COME ON SUN did okay chasing the razor-sharp Game Of Shadows last week and I can see her blasting to the front and leading all the way here. (7) SPORTSDRINK was visually impressive motoring past the leaders down the lane while getting no urging and she is the one to fend off. (6) BETTER KISSTHE MEN gets class and post relief here and she should wake up with a better effort in this spot. (2) DIAMONDS OR TWINE should be closer early here and she can land in the Tri or Super tonight.

Race 9: ONTARIO SIRE STAKES GRASSROOTS 2YO FILLIES

(3) SPORTSFIRE is 2 for 2 in Grassroots action and she has shown she can make a decisive brush when needed or grind and take air and keep coming. I'll stick with her. (5) CONTROL THE THONG, second to the choice in her debut, looks the main danger here. (2) DOCS DELIGHT comes out of a good race and I see her taking a share this time. (7) SPORTS DUCHESS shows Gold lines and comes off her maiden-breaking score; using underneath.

Race 10: CLAIMING $8,000

(3) J P OSCAR was a sharp winner first time in the Johnson barn at Georgian Downs and he gets the call to repeat here. (2) ON CRUISE CONTROL made a couple of moves while finishing 2nd to (8) MYBROTHERGEORGE who was claimed, and the former should be a threat here. I’m not sure post 8 is great for the latter and I'll play to beat him in the late Pick 4. (1) REAL WICKED, with 22 slices in the past 68 starts, is hard to leave off Super tickets starting from the inside.

Race 11: F&M NW $6,400 L5 or $13,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $18,000

(9) FIREBBY A was bottled up until it was too late last week, now she gets to drop a level and post 9 will help here price; top call. (6) THIS DRAGON ROCKS is another class dropper who should be one of the main contenders here starting from the middle of the gate; using. (5) JAN is another who should improve by moving to the middle of the gate. Her effort last week after starting from the second tier was decent. (3) KYLIE SEELSTER does better racing at this level and she is another that merits consideration for the exotics. (10) OUR VACATION never got involved last week, but she did finish with some pace. She could sneak into the Super here.
