(2) AT EASE HANOVER was much better in his second qualifier and that was with Doc Moore in the bike. Son Tyler takes the lines now and I'll give this colt a slight nod in a wide-open first leg of the Pick 5. (7) MANHAWK finished well in his debut and got placed first and he should be one of the main threats here with that experience under his belt. (5) WATCH YOUR MOUTH's full-brother Dontblvmejustwatch was good early at two and this colt looks ready for a good debut effort; using. (3) D A WICKED SHINE is by a sire that has already had a few debut winners this spring. He is another Pick 5 possibility.

Race 2: Pop Up Series NW $20,000 in 2023 2nd Leg AE: 1st Leg starters

(6) HERVEY HANOVER comes off a strong effort and he gets Cullen back. The barn was on fire early this week and this gelding should be tough in here. (1) STOP THE SHOOTIN goes for a threepeat, and he is the only winner from the 1st leg in here. He is an obvious contender. (5) TORONTO was good in defeat last week and he should be in the mix again here. (3) GRAND POOBAH should follow along and take another small share here.

Race 3: F&M NW $18,500 L5 AE: 3YO and 4YO

(6) SHES GOT IT ALL got cooked in a silly speed duel last time when the leader refused to let her clear. The time off after that race should be beneficial and she drops now; top call. (8) PARISIAN BLUE CHIP is an obvious good fit here, but she might be asked to pass them all, so I'd be wary of price. (5) CHEESY SMILE is fast enough and classy enough for these, but she is a sophomore Gold filly taking on elders in the middle of her stakes season so this is another one that I would not take a short price on. (4) INTOTHEMYSTICMOON should improve enough at this level to take at least a share.

Race 4: 2YO colts and geldings NW $5,000 LT - Pick 4

$260,000 Lexington buy (4) LEGENDARY HANOVER, 1/2-brother to Linedrive Hanover, was asked for nothing until they reached the 1/16th pole in his qualifier, and he responded like a good racehorse to charge up for the win. He will likely convert as a big chalk on debut tonight. Homebred (1) ALWAYS A THRILL is a full brother to good local horses Beyond Better and Dr Joe. He is likely much faster than he has shown so far, and he can be an Exacta factor on debut. (6) TWIN B HUNGERGAMES draws best, and his qualifiers were good. He can land a share. (3) TOM CRUZE CONTROL was better in his second qualifier, and he can be in the mix here.

Race 5: F&M NW $8,950 L5 or $16,550 L10 AE: OPT CLM $45K or starters for a purse of $12K or less L3

I liked (5) SETTN A PRECEDENT's qualifier on Tuesday where she stayed with the two monster mares in front of her right to the wire. Firing back three nights later, I will give her top billing. (4) RAPTORS WON is an obvious threat and the likely chalk. She is hard to leave out vs. these. (9) VOELZ DELIGHT drops again but she already failed v. similar a few starts back, and she is 0 for 10 this year. I'll use her underneath. (6) TAKEYOURBREATHAWAY raced better last week. She’s in the exotics mix here.

Race 6: 2YO colts and geldings NW $5,000 LT - Pick 5

A good battle between two homebreds shapes up here with (8) MINETT getting the slight nod over (2) DO BETTER. The former was impressive winning an all-out sprint to the wire in his qualifier on 6/24, but this race could really go either way. (6) ENFORCER improved in his second start, and he should be in the exotics mix here. (7) FIREARM is worth a look for the exotics on debut.

Race 7: 5YO and Younger NW2 or $30,000 LT - Pick 4

(2) PROVE EM WRONG parlayed a barn and driver change into a new life's mark after being sold before last week's race and I'll call her to repeat despite facing tougher. (5) ALL OF ME just jogged in fast time so she is obviously the one to beat here. (1) DUCHENNE should improve by default facing easier tonight; using underneath. (9) LADY GET LUCKY is in the mix every week and she should be part of the exotics again.

Race 8: Pop Up Series NW $20,000 in 2023 2nd Leg AE: 1st Leg starters

(3) ROCKIN N TALKIN likely controls the pace again tonight and that makes him the one to beat. (6) SOUTHSIDE EDDY closed from an impossible spot last time. The short field should help here, and he is in with a decent chance. (4) HUNTER HILL just took a new life's mark, so he is in the mix, but I don't see him getting the same setup tonight. (5) COLIGNY HANOVER should be good for a slice in this spot.

Race 9: F&M NW $4,000 L5 AE: OPT CLM $20,000

(8) THE IDEAL HUNTRESS strangely changed tactics as the 3 to 5 chalk last time in the Popup final and tried a closing style. She passed most of them in defeat and I think she blasts this time; top call. (5) SUNSHINEINMYPOCKET was full value for that Popup final win where she took a new life's mark, and she should be right there again. (7) BAD ROSSA goes for a hot barn in a spot where she should improve; price look. (3) STONEBRIDGE DRAMA can show speed and stick around for a share in this spot.

Race 10: F&M that have started for a purse of $12K or less in 1 of L4

(7) ARIZONA got a setup last time, but she still had to circle nine rivals and pace a 53 3/5 back 1/2 to get the job done; call to repeat. (3) DARKRSHADEOFPALE N is a hard knocker that could get a pocket trip here and she is in with a decent chance. (4) JKS ROLLIN BABY is in easier tonight and she is another to consider for late multi-race tickets. (2) BEYOND THE SEA dominated easier last time. This is tougher and I'll use her underneath. (6) WILDCAT DELIGHT is in good form, and she should be part of the High-5.
