(5) WE BELIEVIN was tabbed as a Spot Play here based on a troubled trip two starts back and she was the beneficiary of some wild fractions to convert at a huge price. Still, she got the job done with broken equipment and she gets the call to repeat here. (6) DISTANT LOVER was part of that blanket finish as the chalk, and she figures to be the main threat here; using. (3) AVYANNA throttled maidens in a good effort, and she is another possibility here. (9) THIRD TIME LUCKY took a check in a very fast race, and she can be part of the exotics here.

Race 2: GOODTIMES: ELIMINATION 3 YEAR OLD OPEN
(3) WILLOWTIME raced okay in his first two starts back but he does his best work on the front end, and I think McClure sends him tonight; top call. (4) FINITE was only 2 1/2 lengths behind the choice and he had the tougher trip. He has upset potential here. (5) PICK POCKET has won a third of his starts and he did okay racing against the best sophomore trotter on the continent twice. He gets the leading driver here and he should share. (2) SHERMONT has done nothing wrong on two starts in the Henry barn. He will be closing, and he should make the final.

Race 3: ROSES ARE RED: ELIMINATION FILLIES & MARES 3 YEAR OLDS & OLDER
I don’t know that (2) TWIN B JOE FRESH beat much in the Betsy Ross, but she sure looked good doing it and she gets top billing here. (7) GRACE HILL was mildly driven last week, likely looking ahead to this race. McNair will probably fire her off the gate here and we know she is capable. Improvement is likely for (3) PROHIBITION LEGAL who adds Lasix for this; using underneath. (4) VALAR DOHAERIS is an interesting Svanstedt trainee that finished 4th in the Breeders Crown last year; price look for the exotics.
Race 4: NW $2,000 L3 AE: OPT CLM $20,000 A/E N/A $1,035 P/S in 2023/24 - Pick 4
(5) ROWLEN improved last week to take a share now he gets Young back in the bike and that’s when he does his best; top call. (9) ROSE RUN WHY NOT has been bet in every start since being claimed by Guillemette and she parlayed an aggressive steer into a win last week. She has the speed to overcome her wide draw; using. (7) GIGONDAS will likely flash speed and stick around for a share in this spot. (8) MY HOLY MOLEY tries hard every week, and he is a good one to use on the bottom.
Race 5: F&M NW $8,000 L5 AE: OPT CLM $50,000 AE: N/A $1,505 P/S in 2023/24 or starters for a purse of $12,000 or less L2
(1) ELLAS REASON A comes off an improved effort and she gets Roy back in the bike. I like her in this spot, and I think LPR finds the winning trip. (6) ANNAS WISH is certainly fast enough for these, but she has missed some time. That quite often doesn’t matter with Moreau trainees, and she could do here despite showing a stale date. (9) CHEESY SMILE fits better here and she has upset potential. She will likely rally from mid pack, and she is in with a shot. (5) BLUEMEA KISS steps up off a perfect trip win and she keeps Jamieson in the bike. She can land in the exotics.
Race 6: GOODTIMES: ELIMINATION 3 YEAR OLD OPEN - Pick 5
(5) HIGHLAND KISMET has looked tremendous in all three starts and although he steps into the fire here, he may be up to it based on what we have seen from his so far; slight nod. (6) GRIFF is faster at three and he should be formidable as he shoots for the threepeat here. He is the one to fear. (2) PRIVATE ACCESS got two tune up miles in and that should have him perfectly primed for this Grand Circuit try; using. (3) WINTER SOLDIER’s first start at three facing elders was good and he should make the final.
Race 7: F&M 5YO and younger NW2 or $30,000 LT - Pick 4
This is a bit of a tricky race because you have Grassroots horses racing between stakes starts. (2) THIS MAGIC MOMENT has looked good compiling a perfect record this year and she gets top billing here despite facing tougher. (10) HOW MUCH just won in 1:50-flat in a freak performance? Can she do it again from the 10-hole facing tougher? Maybe, but I won’t take a short price. (7) PASTA DELIGHT was a good 2nd to the choice last time and she should be in the exotics mix again here. (8) GREATEST PLEASURE just won a Grassroots race, but I don’t love the 8-hole for her in this spot. I’ll use her underneath.
Race 8: ROSES ARE RED: ELIMINATION FILLIES & MARES 3 YEAR OLDS & OLDER
(4) SYLVIA HANOVER had two good tighteners leading up to this Grand Circuit race, now its go time; top call. (6) SILVER LABEL repelled the choice last week and she looks like she is in store for another big season. She is the one to fear. (5) ALWAYS B NAUGHTY was no match for Twin B Joe Fresh, but she was 2nd best in a solid effort and she should make the final of this stake. (2) KOBES GIGI has faced the top mares many times and she is another that should be in the exotics mix here.

Race 9: F&M 5YO and younger winners of 2 but not more than 4 or $45,000 LT
This is a good spot for (8) BETTERWITHGLASSES, who just took a check against the best sophomore fillies in the country. I think Henry sends her right down the road tonight. (6) RESILIENCE was good in her sophomore debut, but her trip wasn’t. She can beat these if she gets put into play earlier; using. (1) COLLUSION HANOVER dug in to beat a rival that came back to win in 1:50-flat. She is another contender to consider for late multi-race tickets. (5) BONITAS BEST BET should be closing late to take a share.
Race 10: F&M NW $14,000 L5 AE: OPT CLM $70,000 AE: NW $20,000 L5 to draw outside
(6) RAPTORS WON gets off the rail and leaves from the best post and she picks up the leading driver tonight. I’ll take a price swing with her despite the class rise. (1) STYLE FOR A MILE raced well on the drop last week but the early pace set the race up for closers. She is in the hunt here. (10) HUNTRESS will for sure be tight after cutting a 53 4/5 opening 1/2 last week. She can be a threat despite drawing widest. (5) GIAS SURREAL raced tough in the Forest City Pace and she should be in the exotics mix here racing close to the front. (9) ANGOSTURA HANOVER rarely misses a check, and she is a good one to use on the bottom of exotics bets.
