Race 1: 3 YEAR OLD FILLIES: GRASSROOTS OR PROSPECT STARTERS (MAY BE DIVIDED BY EARNINGS).
(5) MANHATTAN MAYHEM got the kind of setup she wanted, but was just a little too far back when starting her major rally. She should only continue to improve with more experience, and could easily get another hot pace to chase.. (8) FOREVERAFTERALL was excellent in her latest, winning in a new career best from post eight. She is the clear one to beat, and I won’t be leaving her off my multi leg tickets. (4) DARLENES ANGEL made an extremely strong first over move into the teeth of a strong pace, and still had plenty left for the stretch drive. It was an extremely impressive win that sets her up well for another crack against these types. (1) LADY CAFE AU LAIT battled extremely hard to finish fourth in her latest after trying an overland journey. She was used for most of the mile and still held on to get a piece. A strong contender to hit the ticket.

Race 2: TOMPKINS-GEERS: 2 YEAR OLD COLT & GELDING TROT. STARTING FEE: $500 USD $675 CDN.
(1) CAPTAIN MICAH was an impressive winner in his one and only qualifier, trotting a big back half in the process. He looks more than ready to step up in this stakes spot on debut and deliver. (7) BEAU KNIGHT was keyed up in the early stages of his winning qualifier on June 13, but once he settled into a nice rhythm, he looked good. He took a clear step forward from his first outing where he raced well off a helmet. Another step forward can see him pick up a major piece tonight. (4) SIMPLY CHAOTIC vaulted off a helmet from the pocket in his latest qualifier, but just got outsprinted by the rival who was behind him. Look for him to potentially follow a helmet tonight and hit the board. (3) IN THE BLACK was well supported in his parimutuel debut, but made multiple breaks. He can rebound and pick up a share if he stays flat.

Race 3: 2 YEAR OLD FILLIES: NW 1 RACE OR $8,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.
(5) BRISK SEELSTER left out before being shuffled back to third, then made a menacing first over move and appeared to be the winner on debut before getting caught late. Still, it was an extremely impressive debut effort that merits plenty of respect. (6) VENUS N SERENA has impressed me with her closing ability in both efforts. She paces well, and can easily be a major factor once again tonight. (3) MCBUBBLES was sent to the lead in her June 20 qualifier and did not relinquish it. Another step forward can see her hit the board tonight. (7) POWNAL BAY BOBBI has some strong early foot which can get her in a position to hold on and grab a minor piece tonight.
Race 4: POP UP SERIES FINAL: FILLIES & MARES NW $30,000 IN 2025 (MIN 10 STARTS). AE: STARTERS FOR A PURSE OF $12,000 OR LESS IN LAST START.
(2) STYLE FOR A MILE showed her back class in her latest, winning on the drop in class to this Pop Up Series. McClure never looked too worried, so you wonder how much more she had. She is in a prime position to repeat and take the final. (10) JOB HUNTER could provide more value than originally thought, because of the wide draw. She was moving extremely well after finding an opening. If she works out a trip from post ten, she can be a contender again. (8) BLUEMEA KISS produced an upset in her latest after capitalizing off a perfect pocket trip behind a major speed horse. She is likely to be forwardly placed again and can hit the board. (5) SAULSBROOK OLYMPIA was left with too much work to do in her latest, and could only manage third. Her late pace is extremely strong and can land her a minor check tonight.
Race 5: FILLIES & MARES, NW $9,000 LAST 5 STARTS OR NW $20,750 LAST 10 STARTS. AE: NW 3 RACES OR $70,000 LIFETIME.
(6) GENTRIFY deserves a long look in here. I think she would’ve had even a bit more to offer in her latest, but the horse in front of her was half in-half out, which may have been a momentum stopper. If she finds a live helmet to follow tonight, she could be dangerous. (9) WICKED N SINGLE drops from the Gold level, but will need to work out a trip from the outside. It’s not impossible for her to show enough gate speed to pass a few horses off the car, which could set her up well for a similar trip to Gentrify. She has the speed to contend. (1) LADY GET LUCKY felt like the value of the race that she was in last week, but got pocket pulled on when going to the half, and her win chances evaporated from there. Still, she battled to be third in a solid effort, and could be one of the lone speeds. I’m not ready to fully give up on her just yet. (5) ONLYTHEGOODDIYOUNG produced a very strong late rally to be second in her latest. She can close for an underneath spot tonight.
Race 6: TOMPKINS-GEERS: 2 YEAR OLD COLT & GELDING PACE. STARTING FEE: $500 USD $675 CDN.
(5) DAD has two visually impressive qualifying wins, setting him up for a potential eye catching debut. I love that he got a different trip in his second qualifier, and was just as good, if not better, than his first where he won on the front. He should have more to show us tonight. (7) NO WAITLIST is another that has been impressive in both qualifiers. His time is certainly the flashiest, and he wasn’t being asked for too much despite that. He lines up as a major contender tonight. (8) JE NE SAIS QUOI could have a say as well, as he is another who comes into this race after two strong efforts. He was keyed up when going to the half, but still only needed minimal urging from McNair in the lane to finish it off. He is another that can step forward and hit the board. (3) TILTHECOWSCOMEHOME took advantage of a break-filled qualifier, and held off the rival on his outside for the win. He showed some grit, but could be a step behind others in here. He can pick up a share tonight.
Race 7: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 RACES OR $35,750 (OS $50,750) LIFETIME.
(9) ROCKS SHADOW is likely to take some play this evening because of the room she lacked in her first start back. It was a solid effort regardless, but a cleaner trip can see her do much better tonight. (2) ALL MY WISHES was just too far back in what ended up being a very fast mile. Look for her to be much closer tonight and be a main contender. (7) DIRTY DIANA raced well to hold second after Darlenes Angel powered on by. She should only improve with more starts under her belt and can hit the board tonight. (10) TALL DARK LADY could be set for a strong effort if aggressively handled from post ten. She should appreciate the drop from the Gold level and can pick up a share.
Race 8: 2 YEAR OLD FILLIES: NW 1 RACE OR $8,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES.
(4) NO BETTER AIR was a very strong winner in her one and only qualifier, and deserves a lot of respect tonight. She can step forward and make a big impression on debut. (5) A CLEAN DEAL was kept to task after clearing to the front and was an easy winner in her second qualifier. She appears to have some potential, and can be a main contender tonight. (1) CLEOPANTHER didn’t show as much visually in her two qualifiers, but her win on June 12 was strong. She can hit the board. (2) FIVE STARR RATING might have shown more than she wanted to, but that’s what can happen when you follow major speed horses, even in qualifiers. The time is flashy, but is it repeatable? I’ll slot her underneath for now.
Race 9: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER NW $15,000 (ON SIRED $20,500) LIFETIME. AE: NW $3,800 LAST 5 STARTS.
(5) WHOLE LOTTA ROSIE should take the bulk of the support following her win. Borth is likely to have her on the move in the early stages and in a great spot to double up if good enough. (7) MCJAZZ has paced strongly in the late stages in the past, and had a tough go of things when first over in her latest. She can close for a major piece tonight at a price. (1) PRESCELTO has a similar style to Mcjazz, and was likely going to be well backed in her latest, but was scratched. I’m not sure how that affects her price, but I think she can still hit the board tonight. (9) RJ JEAN could be put in play from the far outside and hang on for a share tonight.

Race 10: FILLIES & MARES, NW $6,000 LAST 5 STARTS (W/O $15,000 LAST 10 N/E) AE: OPT. CLM. $30,000.
(7) GOT SEXY SCARS is another that trip handicappers will be all over. She lacked room in the stretch and had to swing way wide, and could only manage fifth. With a cleaner trip tonight, she stands out. (2) ROCKNROLL ANNIE made a surprisingly aggressive move when going to the half, and she was able to hold on from there. She deserves respect off that effort. (5) CHICKABELL holds her own at various claiming class levels. She can close and hit the board tonight. (1) SANTAFES APPETITE couldn’t make up much ground with how fast the rivals in front of her were going. Her late kick is strong, and can get her another minor check tonight.
Race 11: FILLIES & MARES, NW $15,000 LAST 5 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $70,000. AE: NW 5 RACES LIFETIME. AE: N/A $3,090 P/S IN 2025.
(3) SETTN A PRECEDENT has finished second in two straight races, and another aggressive steer could be in the cards. She could wind up as a slight overlay because of the back class that others have in this field, but she fits right in and I’ll side with her in the finale. (2) TELLS ON A ROLL did not fire in her latest, but we know what she’s capable of on her best day. I’m looking for her to rebound tonight. (1) WESTERN WISH has been aggressively handled a bunch as of late, including last week where she finished second to a very strong winner in One Last Wish. She can hit the board tonight. (5) SHES GOT IT ALL was who I liked last week, and she raced well, but she couldn’t sustain her move well enough to track down that aforementioned winner. She is in good form right now and is a must use in exotics. (7) COZ IM SPECIAL tracked down the heavy favorite in her latest in what ended up being a new career best. She is another in sharp form right now, but I question if it can translate to this class. She can round out the Hi-5.
