Race 1: F&M 4YO and Younger NW2 or $33,000 LT **$100,000 Pick 5**

(6) SMILE BY THE BEACH was an easy winner last time she faced NW2, she qualified well and she gets the best post. She gets the nod in the post-lockdown curtain raiser. (8) SHES A SASSY BEACH was sweeping a stakes series when last seen and she is another who brings a strong qualifying effort into this race; using. (7) CELIA BAYAMA comes off a strong freshman campaign and Moreau trainees were all ready to fire when coming off the last Covid-19 break. She is another in with a chance here. (1) KEEP WATCHING is one to consider for the bottom of the exotics with her good early speed.

Race 2: 4YO and Younger NW2 (F&M3) or $20,000 (F&M $25,000) LT

(10) MEADOWVIEW LILLY was a good OSS Gold performer last year and she shows a strong qualifier on June 4. The question for her, and many of these, will be intent with stakes season around the corner so demand a price. (Note that all 10 horses are now starting with their noses on the gate.) I like the way (6) HOPE SO finished up her June 4 qualifier and she could be a good price option for the early Pick 5. (7) OXFORD HALL trotted the equivalent of a 1:56 3/5 qualifying mile on 5/28 and he is another worth a price look in a race with several possibilities. (2) DOING IT ALL is consistent and capable. He should be part of the Tri or Super in this 2021 debut.

Race 3: FILLIES AND MARES PREFERRED

(6) SO MUCH MORE is the queen of the castle of aged pacing mares and she normally would be very tough to beat in a short field. The one factor you need to consider before accepting a short price is that others in this field have qualified for this where she has not. (1) IVANA FLYBYE N was razor-sharp before the break and she could get a great trip here leaving from the inside. She's on my Pick 5 ticket. (2) MAJOR LEAGUE N is no doubt heading to the front and she can get brave if not pressed early. (5) KARMA SEELSTER comes in sharp and she should be part of the exotics at a minimum.

Race 4: F&M 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT - Pick 4

(3) JODY caught the eye flashing past her rivals with a 26 4/5 kicker in what was by far her best performance to date. I'll side with her thinking she might have it all figured out now. (5) ADASHIOUS HANOVER raced well vs. Grand Circuit company last year and she looks ready to roll. She's the one to beat. (4) GOTAGETUPTOGETDOWN, a $105,000 Harrisburg purchase, goes for top connections that normally concentrate on young trotters but she is by a top sire and she qualified well. She would be no shock. (6) SHEZA GAMER is another debutante that looks ready and capable. The tote board should provide some clues.

Race 5: F&M 4YO and Younger NW2 or $15,000 LT

In a race that appears to be wide-open I'll land on (7) SHES GOT IT ALL, who was a strong winner when McNair took over the reins on May 27th. (4) RENDEVOUS looks well-prepped for this, kicking home in 27 flat in her second qualifier and she should be a factor tonight. (3) AVONLEA SEELSTER was 1 to 9 when she broke her maiden here on April 1 and she is capable despite coming in off an even qualifying effort. (2) JACKIEOFALLTRADES is worth a look for the exotics coming in off a two-move qualifying win.

Race 6: NW3 (F&M5) or $40,000 (F&M $50,000) - Pick 5

(8) ROYALTY DEAL trotted a huge mile in defeat when last seen here in the Gold Superfinal and he looks ready to roll. He should be tough to beat in this spot if he gets put into the race. (7) LOGAN PARK comes out of the same race as the choice and his qualifiers suggest that he will be on go tonight; Exacta factor. (5) FLY EAGLE FLY should get a spot near the front early and that makes him one to consider for the exotics. (9) TIPSY IN DIXIE draws tough here but she's capable of sneaking into the Super at a price.

Race 7: 4YO and Younger NW2 or $15,000 LT

(9) LAST BET made an eye-catching move on the final turn in his qualifier on June 3 and I'll take a swing with him here expecting a square price considering his post position. (5) MR CHARISMA paced a 54 3/5 back 1/2 in defeat so you know he's sharp and he draws well, too. (2) CANTSTOPLYING is another who fired a sharp kicker and he is in with a shot here for a barn that sends them ready. (3) SARATOGA BLUE CHIP scored impressively despite drawing wide on 5/27 and he's hard to toss in this spot.

Race 8: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 - Pick 4

(7) JIM BLUE produced his best effort to date in his qualifier on 6/2 and driver Hudon should be looking to control this race from the outset; top call. (10) TWIN B HEART THROB comes out of a strong qualifier and you know his price will be good starting from out there; price look. (3) TUFFENUFTOWEARPINK is by the top local sire and that makes him worth a look for the exotics in this debut race where few have solid form. (4) ARMOR SEELSTER makes his first start for new connections after being sold last year and his qualifier was solid. He was erratic last year however so I'd watch him in the post parade and scoring down before plunging.

Race 9: F&M NW $14,000 L5 or $28,000 L10 or NW $110,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $30K

This race should boil down to the two inside mares dropping out of the top class and of those I'll give (3) BETTER BE DONNA N the slight edge because she typically displays better tactical speed than (2) KENDALL SEELSTER. Both are capable, however. (6) SNOW SHARK should be in the mix here coming in off a sharp qualifier; using underneath. (9) WESTBEACH is the other one dropping out of the Mares Preferred but from out there I can only use her on the bottom.

Race 10: F&M NW $8,500 L5 or $20,000 L10 AE: OPT CLAIMING $20,000

(6) MAJESTIC VIRGIN brings some solid form home with her from New Jersey and she draws well. She should be tough to beat in this spot. (4) SMOKE N REACTOR N looks sharp and she is capable of a big speed try in this spot; Exacta factor. (8) THE BANDIT QUEEN N has beaten better than these in the past and she could offer some exotics value in this spot. (5) SO LONG DARLING frequently takes small shares. Consider for the bottom of the Tri and Super.

Race 11: F&M 5YO and Younger NW3 or $65,000

This is a good spot for (1) VOLEZ DELIGHT to make her sophomore debut and she can handle this group if the intent is there. (3) ANDRA DAY is capable of better than she showed on 5/27 and the post relief should be a big boost here; using. (2) TRAFAGAR has a recent race which should put her in good stead tonight. She's not out of this. (5) LAILA BLUE never gets bet but she is frequently in the mix; using underneath. (7) NICE KITTY HANOVER can pass a few of these late and take a slice.
