Race 1: F&M NW $16,575 L5 AE: NW $105,000 LT AE: NW $22,500 L5 to draw outside Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5**
(1) STYLE FOR A MILE takes a big drop and she gets McNair back tonight. She should improve sharply here, and she gets top billing to kick off the early Pick 5. (9) HUNTRESS was winning in the top class here last winter and her fast qualifier on 5/24 indicates she is ready to roll coming off a rest. She could lead all the way here. (10) ANGOSTURA HANOVER couldn’t be any sharper and she is a contender here despite starting from the widest post; using. (8) GOUDAWON flew home last week, and she can come on late here again and take another share.

Race 2: F&M 4YO and younger NW $15,000 LT
(6) HOW MUCH raced tough last week chasing a resilient winner and her trainer has been on fire lately; top call. (7) KISS MY CHEEK is another that lost narrowly that raced great chasing strong fractions and only getting picked off in the last stride. She should be the main threat. (9) SEA GLASS smoked maidens, but this is tougher. I’ll use her underneath here. (5) WE MEET AGAIN tried Golds, but she was in over her head. She fits better here, and she can take a share.
Race 3: 4YO and younger NW1 or $7,500 LT
(1) D A WICKED SHINE paced his fastest mile yet coming off a rest on 5/24 and he will likely get more aggressive now with that race under his belt; top call. (6) LOU GRANT has burned money in both starts this year, but he should improve here after getting a clean line down last week; using. (4) NATURALBORN LEADER tried it first up last week and that didn’t work. He could do here if he can find a live helmet to follow. (9) CONCEALED finished 2nd in a fast race but he has his work cut out here starting from the outside. I’ll use him underneath tonight.
Race 4: 5YO and younger winners of 2 (F&M3) but not more than 4 (F&M5) or $45,000 LT - Pick 4
(6) STUBBORN CHEE looked good taking her second straight win and I’ll stick with her despite the class rise tonight. (10) TOP MAST finished 4th in the Mohawk Million last year and he is an obvious threat coming off a fast qualifying win; using. (3) PRIVATE ACCESS is obviously capable, having finished 4th in last year’s Breeders Crown and he should go better tonight in this second start back. He is another possibility for early multi-race tickets. (9) SHERMONT, 2nd to the choice last week, can take another share here.
Race 5: F&M NW $8,000 l5 or $16,100 L8 AE: Starters for a purse of $12,000 or less last start
(2) TWIST LITTLE GIRL N raced well in her comeback race and she will likely find the pocket early tonight. I think she trips out and wins. (9) SETTN A PRECEDENT beat better than these five starts back and she is dangerous on the class drop tonight. (3) SAULSBROOK OLYMPIA is sharp, and she win in London despite finishing with broken equipment. She is the other one that I’ll use on multi-race tickets. One dimensional (5) MAJOR LEAGUE N will take them as far as she can on the lead. I see her taking a small share this time.
Race 6: 3YO colts and geldings NW $5,320 LT - Pick 5
Tough race here. (6) BETTORSTOPMENOW will likely get a more patient drive with Christoforou in the bike tonight and I can see him getting up late for a maiden win. (8) STAY COOL HANOVER outraced his odds last time in a good effort and he should be sharper now returning quicker. He would be no surprise here. (4) GANSBAAI’s May 24th qualifier is the fastest race on the page could do if raced with intent in this first start in 8 1/2 months. $36,000 London sale graduate (10) LOTTO MAX qualified well for this debut with his trainer in the bike now he gets Jamieson. He is another in with a shot here.
Race 7: NW $20,000 in 2023/24 or N/A $1,165 P/S in 2023/24 (Min. 10 starts) - Pick 4
(3) ZIP ME UP has faced better than these in recent starts and he has the look of one that McNair will send right down the road. (6) MY HOLEY MOLEY has raced well in three straight starts and he is another that seems to fit well here. He may be the one to fend off late. (9) E R NORMA was no match for a blowout winner last week. She should be in the exotics mix again here. (1) KATKIN MORGAN raced better in his last start, and he can round out the Tri or Super here.
Race 8: F&M 5YO and younger NW2 or $30,000 LT
(9) MAKE OUT WITH ME fired home quickly last week and she should get a solid pace to chase here. I’ll give her a slight nod in a good betting race. (1) CAPYTREACH’s sophomore debut was good, and she should be right there if she repeats that effort tonight. (2) ANN was first up against This Magic Moment and that wasn’t going to work. She has a better chance tonight at what should be a square price. California shipper (8) BLINDED BY DELIGHT has won nine of her last 13 starts and she qualified well for tonight’s race. She can close for a share here.
Race 9: NW $2,890 L3 AE: OPT CLM $20,000
(3) ROWLEN stretched his legs and took a check in his first start back and he gets Ratchford in the bike now, who has won with a few overlays at this meet; top call. (8) MERCUTIO zagged when he probably should have zigged in the lane last week because if he stayed along the pylons, he would have got racing room. He finished with trot but nowhere to go and he is in with a good shot here. (6) PHOENIX got hung the mile last week and he had no chance with that trip. He gets Renaud in the bike now which might mean he will get a more conservative drive. He is in the mix. (1) CADILLAC was no match for a dominant winner last week. He should be part of the Tri or Super here.

Race 10: F&M NW $4,000 L5 or $8,700 L8 AE: OPT CLM $25,000
(4) MS QUICK SAND drops to a logical spot and she should get an aggressive steer vs. these. She will be a single for me. (2) DUCHENNE is another dropper that figures, but she will likely be trying to chase down the choice late which might be a tough task; Exacta factor. (6) BETTER BE DONNA N is another dropper that figures to improve but I prefer to use her underneath. (10) GOLDIES ROCKIN comes off a fast win, but she takes a big step up here and she draws worst; small share predicted. (1) MYSTIC WILD ROSE is better than she showed last week. I see her closing for a share in this spot.
