(3) IM KING CONN has improved in every start this year and this looks like a good spot for him to notch his second win. I'll give him the nod. (4) SUNDANCE LOU raced well here on 4/11 but a returnee finished full of pace to blow past the field in the lane. He stacks up well here and he is hard to leave off early Pick 5 tickets. (2) TWIN B RAPTOR showed some promise last year and he should be an exotics factor tonight. (5) ONTOP RAINMAN should be closing late again to take another share here.

Race 2: Ontario Spring Series for Ont. Sired 3YO Colts and Geldings NW $30,000 in 2021

(8) CENTURY INVADER was driven with supreme confidence by Macdonald last time and he swallowed up the leaders in the lane to take his maiden win. Off that sharp effort, he gets the call to repeat. (4) STABLE GENIUS looked good winning at first asking but he will probably need to find more late speed if he is going to handle the choice tonight. I wouldn't take a short price here. (6) LENIS showed a bit of ability last year and she can be part of the Tri or Super here. (7) CACIO E PEPE finishes 4th every week so far this year. I'll use him on the bottom of the Super expecting the trend to continue.

Race 3: F&M 5YO and Younger NW3 or $30,000 LT AE: 4YO to be claimed for $25,000

Interesting betting race with several sophomore returnees. (9) AMERICAN TICKET was even money in Grand Circuit company last summer and she finished close. Her 4/15 qualifier signals all systems go and she gets top billing. (4) IN THE MOOD was a good Grassroots performer at two and she won more that half of her starts. She can contend vs. these; using. (2) TERROR BEACH keeps the leading driver coming off a win and he had some choices in here you'd think. She is another possibility in a race with many legitimate options. (1) WINX showed some promise last year and this is a race she can win if she gets a setup and finds a live helmet. She is another in with a shot.

Race 4: Ontario Spring Series for Ont. Sired 3YO Colts and Geldings NW $30,000 in 2021 - Pick 4

(2) SILK ROAD SMASH's return effort was monstrous and he will likely repeat here at a very short price. (7) SPORT SECRET qualified quickly for this and he adds Lasix. If the choice is going to receive a challenge, it will probably come from this colt. (4) CENTURY INVICTUS figures to take another share racing close to the front throughout. (3) FINAL CHEESERECIPE's return race was decent and he can close for another share tonight.

Race 5: F&M that have started for a purse of $9,000 or less in 1 of last 4

(7) CONTROL THE THONG gets Drury back here and last time they teamed up three starts back the mare produced and impressive wide rally to win going away at a price; call to upset. (2) SMOKE N REACTOR N was dead game in victory last week and she should be the one to beat here. (4) BOTTOMOFTHENINTH fell just short now she gets post relief. She is another in with a chance here. (5) KICKIN COWGIRL chased a sharp winner at Flamboro and she can close for a small share vs. these.

Race 6: Ontario Spring Series for Ont. Sired 3YO Colts and Geldings NW $30,000 in 2021 - Pick 5

(7) MAPLE LEAF BOUND got put into action early in a race for the first time last week and he couldn't finish the deal but that was a decent effort. He is likely better when he deploys a closing style here. Look for him late tonight. (3) TUXEDO ATTIRE looked good winning at first asking and he should be the main threat tonight; using. (8) SIR BALLYKEEL uncorked a big final 1/4 last time when he finished behind the choice and he has some upset appeal in this spot. (6) GUINNESS can show speed and stick around for another share tonight.

Race 7: Horses that have started for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of last 4 Pick 4

(6) ELIOTHROPE F looked better last week and he managed to convert a pocket trip. He still has room for improvement as he makes his fourth local start; call to repeat. (1) HORSE TRADER races well for Filion and he his good late kick should play well here; using. (8) HESOHOT HANOVER has come into his own since McDonnell took over the reins. He is in with a chance here, but he might get too far back early starting from a wide post. I'd demand a price. (5) O NARUTAC PERFETTO, 2nd to the choice last week, should be good for another share here.

Race 8: Ontario Spring Series for Ont. Sired 3YO Colts and Geldings NW $30,000 in 2021 - Pick 4

(4) CHUCKY HANOVER's sophomore debut should have him perfectly primed for the opening leg of this series and he gets the nod in a competitive field. (2) GREYSTONE IAN O steps into the deep end here but he couldn't have looked any sharper dominating in fast time in London on 4/11. He should be a threat here. (1) STOP THE SHOOTIN is only a head short of being perfect this year and he is another obvious threat in a race where it makes sense to price shop. (3) SHOTGUN JERRY has been on fire in Ottawa but these are much tougher; small share predicted.

Race 9: F&M NW1 in L5 AE: N/A $1,320 per start in 2021-22

(5) DOCS DELIGHT has faced tougher than these all year so far and she has a good chance to get off the schneid tonight; top call. (1) GOODNIGHT IRENE is another getting class relief and she is worth including on late multi-race tickets. (4) BROKEN rallied well vs. similar last week and she isn't impossible in this spot where her good late kick should play. (7) MY DAY is another who will be rallying but I prefer to use her underneath.

Race 10: F&M that have started for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of last 4 AE: NW4 or $85,000 LT

(3) CUSTARD LITE paced a big mile uncovered on the rim last week to run her win streak to three and although she faces slightly tougher here, she is razor-sharp and she gets the nod. (8) SUNDAY AFTERNOON fits perfectly at this level and she is the one the choice will likely need to catch late; using. (2) SO FRISKY won one of these races two starts back when she drew inside. Moving off post 10 gives her a chance vs. these. She has upset potential. (7) EMMY LOU HAYES should carry her speed farther vs. these and stick around for a share.

Race 11: Claiming $18,000 for NW $80,000 LT

(4) HIGH FLYIN JAMIE dropped, popped, and got claimed by Moreau. He will be tough to beat coming right back in the same class here. (6) PRIVATE SCOTT lost all chance when he got stuck behind dead cover on the final turn last week, but he did finish gamely. I could see him turning the tables tonight with a better trip. (7) FINKLE IS EINHORN raced well last week but he was no match for the choice. He likely takes another small share here. (1) MAYHEM LIKE ME should be closer early leaving from a better post this week and he should be in the exotics mix. (9) PERPETUAL ROCK rarely misses getting a check. He is a good one to use underneath at a price here.
