(6) CHIEFS BEACH gets major post relief tonight and I expect he will change tactics and get aggressive leaving the gate. He gets the nod over (7) PORTRSTOWNCHRIS IR who is in excellent form but may be forced to take the overland route again. (8) SPECTRUM SEELSTER comes off a blowout Flamboro Downs win for a barn that is running hot and this isn't the toughest spot; using. (2) BRONSONS DELIGHT qualified decently for this drop unto claiming company and he is worth a look for the exotics.

Race 2: NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10

(5) ALEXUS EH races off the claim for a barn that has a good strike rate in these situations and Henry takes the drive. Expect aggression from this mare tonight. (2) TEDDYS LITTLEANGEL took a lot of money for her 2021 debut and wasn't really put into the race. McNair takes over here and she is another who should be more aggressive; using. (3) MORALLY FLEXIBLE comes off a decent speed try and he can take another slice vs. this group. (1) NORWEGIAN DAD was used twice when claimed and he tired badly late. He is likely to get a more conservative drive here and he can sneak into the exotics.

Race 3: VALEDICTORY PACING SERIES FINAL

(1) BEYOND BETTER has been terrific this year going undefeated and he picks up Henry here so an aggressive steer is likely coming in this short field; top call. (6) CAPTAIN VIDEO looked good winning last week in what should be a perfect tightener for this stakes final; Exacta factor. (3) COLD CREEK CABO should sit a nice trip racing just behind the speed and take a slice here. (5) BEE TWO BEE is capable of better and in this small field he should be in the exotics mix also.

Race 4: F&M CLAIMING $15,000 for NW $60,000 - Pick 4

(6) HALLSGLENSMAVIS is going well since being claimed three starts back by Bako and this is another winnable spot for her; top call. (10) VILLAGE ARTIST drops back down to the claimed level and she should have a much better chance in this spot; using. (1) BIG DIAMOND has been in the mix every week racing at Flamboro Downs and she should get a piece of this starting from the inside. (2) ROCKINWITHCUSTARD gets Henry back for a second drive and she is worth a look for the exotics.

Race 5: CLAIMING HANDICAP $15,000 to $20,000

(8) PRINT MEDIA went a long mile last week when claimed by Puddy. Picking up Henry here should mean a more aggressive approach is coming tonight; top call. (10) JAYDENS PLACE made the final move last week as the pace slowed and that nabbed him the threepeat. His versatility is an asset and he is an obvious threat. (7) GOLDINTHEBADLANDS goes for a barn that can move one up off the claim and he picks up leading driver McClure for this. He hasn't hit the exacta yet this year but he had a productive 2020 and he is capable on his best day. (4) KINGOFTHEJUNGLE took a shuffle last week and he can get a piece of this racing up close.

Race 6: NIAGARA PACING SERIES FINAL - Pick 5

(4) ROSE RUN VICTORY dead-heated in a tough field last week and she should prove hard to beat in this stakes final. (10) MAN DONTFORGET ME took a leg of this series on 12/19 in 1:53 flat with McNair driving and he returns tonight. She should have plenty in the tank after being driven conservatively last week and she's on my multi-race tickets. (1) LAILA BLUE figures to get a good following trip and she should be part of the Tri or Super. (9) FILTER HANOVER was a winner in leg one of this series on 12/12 and she brings good form to the final but from post 9 I can only use her underneath.

Race 7: NW $5,000 L5 or $10,000 L10

(8) SOUTHWIND AVENGER showed little in his return race but now he gets class relief and his nose on the gate and that could lead to sharp improvement tonight. He gets the nod vs. these. (3) H P BRUXELLES raced okay chasing a strong winner last week and she fits decently here; using. (1) BRONZE YANKEE is another that should be helped by the class drop and he should take a share in this spot. (6) WILD AND CRAZY GUY dropped, popped, and stopped last time as the 4 to 5 chalk and he could go favored again. I can't take another short price here.

Race 8: F&M NW $5,500 L5 or $10,000 L10 - Pick 4

(7) DONT STOP BELIEVIN makes her third start back and she should be plenty tight for this while dropping in class. She should be the one to catch. (2) SPORTY TORI was a good 2nd at this level two starts back and she should be the danger racing close to the front, perhaps in the choice's pocket. (10) LYONS TILT HANOVER should be closing late again but from the second tier post I prefer to use her underneath. (5) CUSTARD LITE comes out of a fast Flamboro Downs race and she is in the exotics mix vs. these,

Race 9: FILLIES AND MARES PREFERRED HANDICAP

(7) SO MUCH MORE is very hard to beat when facing mares if she is close to the front at the 3/4 pole and in this short field, she will be the one to upend again. (3) GIAS SURREAL had no racing room whatsoever for the entire stretch run last week and she has upset possibilities tonight. (6) MAJOR OCCASION A was a clear 2nd to the choice last week and she should be in the mix again tonight. She is likely to get a more aggressive steer this time. (5) IVANA FLYBYE N is in the hunt every week and she should be part of the Tri or Super racing from close range.

Race 10: FILLIES AND MARES CLAIMING HANDICAP $10,000 to $15,000

(6) VINES TO HEAVEN paced a big parked out mile off the Moreau claim and she doesn't have to face Kickin Cowgirl who ahs been on a serious tear recently. She looks tough in this spot. (5) MISS ROCKADALI, left, yielded, got shuffled and came back on late. She is returning to her best form and she is the main danger. (10) KIWI FOCUS N has some late pace to offer last week and she can contend if she gets out into the flow this week; Exacta factor. (9) TOPSILL BEACH brings good form in from the 'B' tracks and from the outside post she could provide some value to the exotics.

Race 11: F&M NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10

(2) LOVELY DONNA makes her first start since being involved in an accident last autumn and this is a field she can easily handle if she brings anything close to her best effort. (5) ASKMYSECRETARY can improve sharply racing off the claim and getting Roy in the bike; using. (7) GOODNIGHT IRENE fits well at this level and she should be part of the Tri tonight. (3) WHISTYS PARADISE flashed early speed last week which could be a signal that some better form is coming; consider for the exotics. (9) CATCH AN ACE goes for a barn that has done well recently. She could be a High-5 player at a price here.
