(7) SAYLOR takes a big class plunge tonight and he should be hard to beat vs. this group, likely leading most of the way; top call. (2) THEE DESPERADO notched two wins at this track with McNair driving and, on those occasions, he closed at 26 to 1 and 49 to 1 on the board. Don't be afraid to take a stab here at a price. (1) WHAT A RUSH fits okay here and I can see him closing late to take a share. (6) HOLDIN ACES is another who can pass a few of these and land on the Super ticket.

Race 2: F&M 5YO and Younger NW5 or $72,000 LT AE: 4YO to be claimed for $40,000

(5) SHES GOT IT ALL's four-year-old debut was good and she can win this with slight improvement and an expected more aggressive drive tonight. (8) VILLAGE JADE, like so many winners at this meet, improved immediately on the driver change to Macdonald last week and she converted with a sharp win. She is the one to beat here. (4) AINT SHE PERFECT's subpar performance on 4/1 can be explained by the addition of Lasix tonight. She is another in with a chance. (1) MY ONLY SUNSHINE followed perfect cover last week but she couldn't get up. She is in the exotics mix again.

Race 3: F&M Who have started for a purse of $12,000 or less in 1 of last 4

(5) CUSTARD LITE was produced at the exact right time by Macdonald last week and she flew late to get up right on the wire. Facing many of the same rivals, she gets the call to repeat. (7) MARZANNK HANOVER did most of the heavy lifting and was shaded by the choice. She should be the main threat here. (6) BLUEWATER BEACH should be the main speed again and she is capable of getting brave on the front end; using. (4) TWIN B TIPSTER makes her fourth start in two weeks here. She can land a share passing a few of these late.

Race 4: F&M NW $15,000 L5 or $30,000 L10 or NW $120,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $50,000 - Pick 4

(2) STATE OF MIND got a needed race over the track now she drops a few levels and she should be tough in here. (5) MAJESTIC VIRGIN drops out of the same race and she finished slightly ahead of the choice. She should be the main threat. (8) AWESOME HILL has been good for several weeks and she figures to be in the exotics mix again tonight. (7) MY MOTHER PEARL powers home every week and she should make it into the Tri or Super tonight.

Race 5: F&M NW $3,000 L5 or $8,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $15,000

(3) KOUNNIS was first up against better last week now she is perfectly spotted for a big speed try. Look for McClure to take control of this race early; top call. (2) MY DAY is one of a few recent winners that paid huge despite getting Macdonald in the bike for the first time. She loses that driver here, but she can be an Exacta factor late in this mile. (1) TAKEYOURBREATHAWAY is in good form and she will likely sit and rally for another share. (4) HANNAH ON THE VIRG beat easier unchallenged throughout the mile on Monday night. A repeat of that trip is unlikely here; using on the bottom.

Race 6: CLM $22,000 to $30,000 - Pick 5

(6) JULERICA dropped into this claimer and popped last week, digging in gamely to repel all challengers. Off that strong performance he gets the call to repeat. (3) FARMERS TAN had live legs late in that mile and he has upset potential tonight, especially if he can land in the choice's pocket leaving the gate; using. (5) LEGAL BETTOR closes for a slice almost every week. He is a good one to use on the bottom of the Tri and Super. (7) LAST MACH’s good gate speed always has him in position to take a good share. He is in the exotics mix tonight.

Race 7: F&M NW $6,900 L5 or $14,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $20,000 - Pick 4

(6) KICKUPYAHEELS N drops and gets off the rail which probably wasn't the best post for her. Sharp improvement is likely for her tonight; top call. (7) SUNDAY AFTERNOON fired a sharp effort after requalifying and she should be a threat here; using. (4) OUTLAW IMAHOTVIXEN is worth using in the exotics at a price in this spot. (8) SNOW SHARK likely rallies for a slice tonight.

Race 8: Horses who have started for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of last 4 starts

This is a good spot for (4) CINDY LYNN to strut her speed and she should be the one to catch here. (2) HARRY surely would have won last week if he found racing room but he simply couldn't get through in the lane. He is a must-use for me tonight. (6) HIGHLAND MOWGLI is capable of going with these but it's hard to predict how hard he will be used in this four-year-old debut. I'll use him underneath. (3) TUCKERS OUT is unbeaten with Macdonald in the bike, but this is tougher and I'll play to beat him this time.

Race 9: FILLIES and MARES PREFERRED HANDICAP

(7) SO MUCH MORE got a tightener in vs. the boys last week and she is always the one to beat facing these mares. I can't make a case against her. (5) DABARNDAWGS WATCHING has come back sharp and she should be an Exacta factor here. (6) BETTER BE DONNA N will likely race in the choice's pocket most of the way and stick around for a share. (4) HEAVENS SHOWGIRL A ships north and she seems to fit okay here. She can take a share.

Race 10: F&M Who have started for a purse of $9,000 or less in 1 of last 4 AE: 4YO who are NW1 L5

(7) CRANBERRY BRIE and (6) SMOKE N REACTOR N both come out of the same race where they finished less than a length apart and seem to fit well here. I'll give a slight nod to the former making her second start out of the Auciello barn and getting Macdonald in the bike. I'll use both mares on late multi-race tickets. (5) BROKEN is in easier here but she comes off a sick scratch. She contends on recent form but I wouldn't take a short price considering that sickness. (4) HIGH ROLLING A raced okay at Flamboro last week in a race she likely needed. She has upset potential tonight. (9) WHATINEEDISAMAN should get positioned in the top five early and stick around for a share.
