(2) THIS DRAGON ROCKS had a start back vs. better now she gets to drop to a level that she last competed at in February of 2020. Macdonald should have her on go tonight and she gets top call. (1) OUTLAWIMAHOTVIXEN is the other class dropper in here and she was good at this level two starts back when she was relegated to a second-tier post. She should be an Exacta factor. (7) GOODNIGHT IRENE couldn't get the job done last week as the 3 to 5 chalk and this is a tougher spot; small share predicted. (6) TAKEYOURBREATHAWAY is capable of taking a small share in her second start back from a break.

Race 2: NW $3,250 L5 or $7,500 L10

(1) JUMPSHOT has raced okay when facing better recently, He'll get bet here because he is one of the main contenders on the class drop. Filion chose him over (5) HORSE TRADER who moves to one of the best posts and should be heard from in this spot. (7) SOMBRE is worth using in this Pick 5 dropping and picking up McClure. (6) BLAZING TRAIL merits a look for the bottom of the Tri or Super dropping to the bottom conditioned class tonight.

Race 3: FILLIES AND MARES PREFERRED HANDICAP

(6) SO MUCH MORE was likely best last week she simply ran out of racetrack. I think she turns the tables on (7) IVANA FLYBYE N who shoots for five straight and is likely pointing for the front again. (4) GIAS SURREAL was game first-over last week in her second start back and I could see her upsetting here if she gets a slightly easier trip. (5) MAJOR OCCASION A flew home to win in New Jersey but this is no easy spot; using underneath.

Race 4: FILLIES AND MARES CLAIMING HDCP $10,000 to $15,000 - Pick 4

(9) ZARCONIA SEELSTER is going to roll by them all one of these weeks and this race could shape up perfectly for her with a few leavers signed on. Best of all, she'll offer a good price from post 9; top call. (7) VINES TO HEAVEN was hard-used twice when claimed and she understandably tired that night. She goes back to Moreau who has done well with her and she has a decent chance tonight. (8) KICKIN COWGIRL is just to hot to ignore, winner of three of her last four for trainer/driver Hudon and she can win from anywhere it seems. (5) KIWI FOCUS N can rally for another share in this spot.

Race 5: SNOWSHOE PACING SERIES FINAL

(10) LYONS LIBERTY hasn't had much luck so far in this series, getting nailed on the line twice. Maybe tonight he is riding perfect cover; slight nod in a race full of possibilities. (1) MAJOR MAKOVER is getting hot at the perfect time and he may be the one to beat from the rail. (8) MAKE IT COME TRUE has been impressive so far in this series and he looks for the sweep from post 8 but I wouldn't take a short price here. (4) MODERN ROCK can improve in his second start over this track; another live chance to consider.

Race 6: F&M NW $9,900 L5 or NW $17,000 L10 AE: OPT CLAIMING $20,000 - Pick 5

(8) DON'T STOP BELIEVIN should improve in this second start back and she races well for Henry who she gets back in the bike tonight; top call. (2) MAJESTIC VIRGIN was on too much cover last week when dropped to this level. She could upset here if she gets more aggressive. (3) MIA CULPA's late kick plays better at this class level. She is another who should improve tonight; using on multi-race tickets. (5) TEAM KIWI N should go better getting off the rail post and she is likely to get sent forward leaving the gate. She's another possibility in a wide-open race.

Race 7: CLAIMING HANDICAP $15,000 to $20,000

(6) PRINT MEDIA drops back to the claimed level and he figures to get a good trip racing on or near the lead; top call. (10) JAYDENS PLACE is hot, but he must overcome the second-tier post racing off the claim. He's capable, but I'd demand a price here. (5) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ is in form now and he will be coming late again but he is often at the mercy of pace and trip; using underneath. (2) VENENO is likely to show speed racing off the claim but I don't see him lasting for more than a small share vs. these.

Race 8: F&M 5YO and Younger NW3 or $51,000 - Pick 4

(6) GAME OF SHADOWS looks ready for her sophomore debut and she meets a field she should beat tonight despite facing elders. (3) KOUNNIS fits better vs. NW3 and she should get put into this race earlier. She should be an Exacta factor. (2) VILLAGE ARTIST is worth a look for the exotics racing off the Auciello claim. (8) HAPPY LOOKER gets a barn change and a driver switch to Henry. She could be aggressive early here; consider for the exotics.

Race 9: BLIZZARD PACING SERIES FINAL

(7) SOMEWHERE NORTH has been razor-sharp running her win streak to three and McClure had his choice of her or (2) RUBY ON RAILS and he chose the former who should prove tough to catch. The latter has been good in this series but she has been drifting out badly down the lane and that might cost her in this final. (5) FILTER HANOVER should be prominent early and she is in with an upset chance because she may ride the choice's pocket to the lane. (4) NICE KITTY HANOVER can pass a few of these late and take a slice.

Race 10: F&M NW $5,000 L5 or $12,500 L10

(6) LYONS TILT HANOVER returned to form last week and now she gets to drop one level. I look for her to sweep this small field in the final 1/4 tonight. (3) KICKUPYAHEELS N is yet another import being sent out by trainer Auciello who does well with these types and she's on my multi-race tickets. (5) TWIN B TIPSTER will be competitive on the class drop but she could get overbet in this spot. I'll play to beat her. (2) SUNDAY AFTERNOON drops and she should be on the motor again tonight but I see her finishing on the bottom of the Tri or Super.

Race 11: F&M CLAIMING $15,000 for NW3 or $67,000 LT

(6) HALLSGLENSMAVIS was solid beating some of tonight's rivals last week and she looks good to repeat in this spot but she could be odds-on. (8) ROCKINWITHCUSTARD showed some late interest in that race that the choice won and she retains Roy tonight. She is in with an upset chance. (4) RED DIRT STAR raced evenly off the claim. She could blast tonight which would give her a better chance to hit the board. (9) MS BRAMPTON BEAST should improve dropping into a claimer but from post 9 I can only use her underneath. (1) WOODMERE RIO never misses a cheque so it makes sense to use her in the gimmicks.
