Top Pick Stats: 96/327 (-$135.00) Best Bets: 11/30 (-$20.10); Spot Plays: 11/31 ($3.60) Best Bet: KELLINA DIAMOND (Race 4) Spot Play: VICTOR INVICTUS (Race 11) Early Pick-5: 1,3,6/6,7/5,8/6/2,5   $4.80 Late Pick-5: 1,5/2,3/2,3/4,6/6,7   $6.40 Race 1: FILLIES & MARES, NW $9,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $19,000 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000. AE: N/A $2,840 P/S IN 2025-26. AE: NW $90,000 LIFETIME. (3) LA MIKI N got to within a length of So Much More at the wire despite being completely against it from a pace and positioning standpoint. I like her more when she is away from the rail. (6) IMASHIPWRECK lacked room in the stretch after sitting a good pocket trip. Roy picks up a live catch drive if he can work out a trip. (1) SORCHA SEELSTER has been much better in her last two efforts and produced a sharp final quarter into the wind last week. However, the lack of wins in the last 15 months speaks for itself. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) OR $9,000 LIFETIME. NO ALLOWANCES. (6) PELICAN BAY sustained her first over move on debut with limited urging. Sam Fillion was motionless in the bike, and all this filly did was extend her lead after clearing. The lines now get turned over to a returning J-Mac. (7) LDS KIMBERLY got a trip around the track last week when taking back from the high draw. I expect her to be much more involved this time. (1) ESMERALDA DU LAC has a flashy final quarter to her name in what was her first charted action of 2026. She looked just fine with a patient steer from Roy. I can see similar tactics and her getting a piece. Race 3: FILLIES & MARES, NW $6,700 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $12,000 LAST 8 STARTS (W/O $15,000 LAST 8 STARTS N/E) AE: OPT. CLM. $30,000. I’ll try (5) FATED FIRE again after her strong second place finish last week. She worked well off cover, and was the only mare sticking with Utopia Blue Chip in the final eighth. She looms as a threat to trip out. (8) CHARMBO STORMY does her best work on the lead, which is exactly where she could be after a quarter of this race. She could go down the road. (7) CHIEFS DREAM GIRL was mired at the back last week and didn’t get the best of trips. McClure could get a little more from her at a price if positioned correctly. Race 4: POP UP: F&M PURSE STARTS OF $10,000 OR LESS IN 2026 (WO $50,000 IN 2025 & $15,000 IN 2026 NE) AE: N/A $1,000 PS IN 2026 (MIN 5 STARTS) LEG 2 AE: LEG 1 STRTS. (6) KELLINA DIAMOND finds a good spot for her return after a winning qualifier. Her gate speed has been her biggest asset against horses like this. (5) MY ONLY SUNSHINE got a confidence boosting win last week, but may need to class up to a couple of rivals switching classes. She is another with decent enough gate speed and a good post. (4) CAUGHTSTEALINGHOME was behind okay cover last week and was able to work herself into a position to get a check. She has been working from off the pace, but the post relief still helps. Race 5: NW $1,000 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $3,500 LAST 8 STARTS (W/O $8,000 LAST 8 STARTS N/E). AE: N/A $700 P/S IN 2025-2026 (MIN 10 STARTS). (5) LIKE CHAOS might scare some away with his recent form, but even the bottom level can’t stop him from rebounding when he drops there… on most occasions. I could see him getting picked off by someone like (2) FORBIDDEN TREASURE, who could have had some lingering sickness on an off night. Plante should have him forward again. (6) KAMA picks up a live catch driver in J-Mac after failing to pick up a check in three of his last four efforts. I can see him rallying for a piece. Race 6: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER NW 2 RACES OR $15,000 (ON SIRED $23,500) LIFETIME. (1) BEACH WIGGLE finds a softer overall group in my opinion after a good third place finish in her latest. I expect her to be forwardly placed again and in a striking spot. (5) ANGELS AMOUNG US has been extremely sharp at Flamboro against a similar class of horses. It would be no surprise if the Cullen trainees go 1-2. (6) DAY OF DELIGHT was unable to sustain her move when racing in a snowglobe. I wouldn’t give up on this young filly after just one subpar start. Race 7: FILLIES & MARES, NW $2,500 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $5,000 LAST 8 STARTS. (W/O $10,000 LAST 8 STARTS N/E). AE: OPT. CLM. $20,000. (2) ALLSMOKEANDMIRRORS looks to be sitting on a win after some off the pace tries. I’ll give her the nod to drop and pop. (3) CATCHMEGRACEFULLY was in a lose-lose situation last week when traveling down the backstretch. It was either race first over, or take a shuffle. She chose the latter and never got a fair shot. Thiessen has been patient with her. (7) SANTAFES APPETITE looked to be in a really good spot last week when second over, but she jumped it off and spoiled that trip as the favorite. She can rebound if she minds her manners. Race 8: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 RACES OR $60,000 LIFETIME. AE: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER OPT. CLM. $60,000. ALLOWANCES FOR AGE. (3) CC ROCKIN ROSIE was making up ground in the stretch, but it’s really hard to beat the likes of So Much More and Coco Jo Jo when they get breathers like that. I’ll give her the nod over (2) LETS N JOY N who is a perfect 4-for-4 in Canada and beat CC Rockin Rosie in her last start. The top two are extremely logical. (4) SUGAR PIE HONEY comes out of that same So Much More race where she showed some punch from the back. That versatility gives her a high percentage chance to finish in the money. Race 9: FILLIES & MARES OPEN. (6) STYLE FOR A MILE has been a main player at the Open level in recent weeks. She outfinished Absolution last time before being picked off by Angostura Hanover. The value will be there again if she gets a setup. (4) ABSOLUTION came up short as the favorite last week after pulling first over from third. Interesting that J-Mac picks up the steer, but that might also draw some more attention towards her at the windows. The field is starting to realize that (7) TELLS ON A ROLL isn’t at her best right now, and she is vulnerable. I think the same can be said again tonight. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 10: POP UP: F&M PURSE STARTS OF $10,000 OR LESS IN 2026 (WO $50,000 IN 2025 & $15,000 IN 2026 NE) AE: N/A $1,000 PS IN 2026 (MIN 5 STARTS) LEG 2 AE: LEG 1 STRTS. (7) SEACLUSION N hasn’t lost as much of the bettors’ trust as I thought, considering the money she burned on January 10 and January 24. Her last race was a fine fifth, and this really is a significant drop for her. She should take advantage. (6) MISS DUTTON grinded out a short win as the odds on favorite last week. She should be able to get away from the car in good order. (3) GOLDEN LEADER is likely to try different tactics tonight after a failed speed try in her latest. I can see a patient drive leading to her getting a piece. Race 11: NW $2,500 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $7,500 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $20,000. (8) VICTOR INVICTUS found his best stride late in the mile between horses after taking back and really having no chance. He will need to be used in the early stages to give himself any kind of trip. (6) BUCK DANCER was patiently handled from mid pack, and once he made his move, he sustained it all the way to the wire for a nice win. Expect him to get another good trip with this draw. (3) ETERNALLY HANOVER is a horse I won’t quite give up on despite a miscue last week. The post relief should allow a patient drive, and something could open up for him at a price.
