(4) EXPLOSIVE JET faces a field here that doesn't appear to have many that will leave quickly and she should get a good trip on or near the lead; top call. (1) LMC MASS OAK, stablemate to the choice, makes his second start for Moreau and he should be heard from here; using. (2) HOLDIN ACES trotted a big mile in defeat at this level on 12/04 and he gets a barn change tonight. He has the speed to compete with these and he is another Pick 5 possibility. (5) FLY BEYOND also drops to the bottom but I prefer to use him underneath in this spot.

Race 2: F&M 5YO and Younger NW2 or $27,500 LT

(7) SOMEWHERE NORTH is unbeaten over this track and she has a recency edge on her foes here. She should be tough in this spot. (3) VILLAGE ARTIST was on a good roll before the break and facing tougher here she could provide some Exacta value. (6) CLASSYLANEPRECIOUS shows several miles that make her a contender for at least a slice vs. these; using underneath. (5) PATRICIA MAE frequently finishes on the fringes and she is a good one to use in the 3-4 slots this time.

Race 3: F&M NW3 or $65,000 LT

(6) FURIOSA gets to drop a couple of levels here and she should be hard to hold off if she is in striking range at the 1/8th pole. (5) BIG MYRTLE was in great from before the break and Roy is a good partner for her. She should be the main foe racing from close range. (4) SAUBLE DELIGHTFUL was developing a nice late kick when last seen and she should be coming on late to get involved in the exotics. (2) VINTAGE WHEY could be the sleeper in here if McNair sends her on a speed mission as he did in her last start; consider for Tris and Supers.

Race 4: F&M NW $14,500 L6 or $24,000 L10 or NW $110,000 LT - Pick 4

(2) ROSE RUN VICTORY was on a big roll when racing was shut down and while she faces a bit tougher here, she should be up to it. (7) HELLO LOVE brings an honest effort every week and she fits well here. I'll use her on early multi-race tickets. (1) WESTBEACH could be a sneaky trip horse here and because she missed the board in her last two, she is likely to be an overlay at the windows; longshot chance. (4) SWEET HEAVEN drops, but she disappointed as a big chalk in two straight before the break. What price will you accept?

Race 5: NW3 (F&M5) or $45,000 ($56,250) - Pick 5

(8) BRONZE YANKEE should have a fitness advantage on this field having raced only eight days ago and he should find this class level to his liking; top call. (1) PRINCESSPARTYPANTS is the class of this group and she need only to be put into the race early enough to have a big shot here. (3) MAJESTIC SUNRISE N was racing well for Vanderkemp before the break and he won one level higher four starts back. He should e a player tonight. (2) MAGICS WIZARD goes for a barn that had a career year in 2020 and is capable of sending one ready; consider for the exotics.

Race 6: F&M NW $8,000 L5 or $16,000 L10 AE: OPT CLAIMING $20,000 - Pick 4

(2) SO LONG DARLING drops after taking a big shuffle vs. better in her last race before the break. She should get put into this race early and she fits well; top call. (7) BETCHA BABY's form was improving in December and she could offer some multi-race value here stepping up and drawing widest; using. (6) VINES TO HEAVEN kicks home in 27 and change every race and she is another in with a shot here. (5) MAJESTIC VIRGIN squandered what would have been a three race win streak when she broke in the lane on 12/14. She should be a threat for at least a decent share tonight.

Race 7: F&M NW $5,300 L5 or $10,000 L10

(4) POSTMODERNISM should be sharp having raced five times in New Jersey since Mohawk Park shut down and trainer Howard and driver McClure know her well; top call. (7) QUEEN OF THRONES was hot out west but she may be overlooked because she was racing in $7,500 claimers the entire time. Team Cullen could have this one ready for a big speed try; using. (6) MIA CULPA should be right there on the class drop tonight and she's hard to leave off late multi-race tickets. (1) FREE FLYING TICKET should be passing a few of these late and she's a good one to use underneath in this spot.

Race 8: NW $5,600 L5 or $10,000 L10

(4) BUZZ returns to his favorite track with some recent action in his pocket and he drops. He has a good chance of leading these all the way. (7) TREASURED TEE is another who should benefit from a class drop and he looks like the main danger. (5) STORMONT CHARLOTTE won at a similar class level two starts back and she should be good for at least a slice here. (2) GLOIRE DREAM has been right there in every start for Vanderkemp. He should be part of the Tri or Super despite facing tougher.

Race 9: F&M CLAIMING $15,000 FOR NW $82,000 LIFETIME

(7) WANNASHAKEYOURTREE took a new life's mark racing at a similar level two starts back then got a rough trip in her next start. She fits well here and she should be formidable if she is ready to roll. (5) VILLAGE JAMIE is capable of going down the road at this level if she is sound and sharp; using. (10) ZARCONIA SEELSTER fits well at this level and she should get a good tow leaving behind (1) BLOSSOMONTHEBEACH who should be good for a share vs. these. (2) LADYLIKE had a tremendous 2020 racing on B tracks. She's hard to leave out of the exotics.
