Race 1: F&M CLM HDCP $12,000 to $15,000 **Guaranteed $100,000 Pick 5**
(7) CRANBERRY BRIE comes up tagged here and she looks like a good fit with these. I look for Roy to get her into the flow and pounce late; top call. (8) BAYWATCHING left so fast last week that she made a brief speed break that doesn't show in her chart and she almost blew the first turn. Hudon did well to keep her together and keep right on rolling. She will probably be the one to catch again. (6) SOMETHING ROYAL had aim on Baywatching last week but she couldn't chase her down. That was a decent effort and she should be a factor again; using. (4) COCOA BEACH DE VIE followed wide cover on the final turn last week to get up for a share and she should be in the exotics mix again tonight.

Race 2: Popup 2nd Leg F&M N/A $1,000/Start in 2021-2022
(1) AMERICAN TOUR N seems to fit this Popup class like a glove and she should be tough to beat here after facing tougher down south. (2) KAT - an easy winner at 1 to 2 in the opening leg last week looks next best but she hasn't been known for stringing wins together. I'll play to beat her here. (6) DILLY TARYN fires every week but she typically is trip dependent. Another small share is likely for her this week. (9) JMR MACH MEL changed tactics last week and blasting for position almost paid off with a win. She should be an exotics factor again.

Race 3: F&M 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT
(6) CODE THREE showed enough speed in November to handle these and she qualified well for this with the trainer in the bike; top call. (2) CRUSHED PEARL debuts as a four-year-old but she is worth a look because she is a 1/2-sister to two that showed blistering speed early in their careers. Attracting Macdonald is a bonus; using. (3) LYONS PRINCESS is by a sire that has had limited success so far but she qualified nicely for this and she could pop on debut vs. this group; using. (5) SHORTYS GIRL raced well to be 2nd in her comeback race and she is yet another possibility in a tough race.
Race 4: NW $4,300 L5 or $8,000 L10 - Pick 4
This is a spot where (7) KAMERAN HANOVER should get back on track and he should get a more aggressive steer vs. this group. (6) ODDS ON AMETHYST - a former 'O Brien Award winner for top aged trotter – tries another comeback and he qualified decently. Tab the tote for clues. (3) MEADOWBRANCH NOBLE is typically win-shy but this isn't a tough spot and he adds Lasix. He is worth a look for multi-race tickets. (1) URS IFU WANT IT failed twice as the chalk vs. similar. He can rally for a small slice tonight.
Race 5: Ontario Boys Pacing Series 1st Leg Ont. Sired 4YO Horses and Geldings
(5) CENTURY HANNIBAL annexed the Valedictory series with ease and he is strictly the one to beat in this stakes series. (7) TAKE A GAMBLE just beat a decent field of NW6 types and he should be a good bet to round out the Exacta. (9) HESINCONTROL has moved up considerably with McNair driving but this is tougher; using underneath. (10) BETTORBEFLYIN has a great late kick and he can add some value to the Tri or Super.
Race 6: F&M 5YO and Younger NW3 or $30,000 LT - Pick 5
(5) WILDCAT STAR was a victim of trip and pace last week. She should be more aggressive in this spot and she gets top billing. (3) ADDICTIVEBEHAVIOUR finished third in every leg of the Blizzard series and she fits well in this spot; using. (2) AINT SHE PERFECT raced in Gold company here last summer and she could wake up in this spot. Her lack of gate speed is a minus, but the small field helps; price look. (1) COME ROLL WITH ME followed the choice last week and she got what she could while rallying into the teeth of an accelerating pace. She can be closer this week.
Race 7: F&M NW $6,000 L5 or $14,700 L10
(7) MY MOTHER PEARL drops and gets Jamieson and her potent late kick should play well here; top call. (6) BORN A DRAGON qualified sharply for this racing over a track rated three seconds slow and she should be a factor here; using. (5) TUGGINGONCREDIT had clear sailing in the lane last week, but she couldn’t gain on the top three. She gets Macdonald here and she figures to take a small share. (4) TOWN DELINQUENT is one of two mares that were entered in London on Wednesday and she could factor here if she goes.
Race 8: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $18,000 - Pick 4
(6) ALWAYS BEEN CRAZY continues to roll and he races out of the Barrington barn tonight off the claim which is typically a god angle. He also gets a positive driver switch and he is the one to beat. (8) AIR STRIKE was no match for a razor-sharp Sunny Bo last week, but no one was. He can be right there vs. these; using. (7) SEA LAIRD fits better at this level but he is trip and pace dependent and he might be rallying too late if the choice gets a breather. (5) SPORTS JACKET brings some sharp form in from Ottawa but these are tougher; small share predicted.
Race 9: F&M NW $15,000 L5 or $35,500 L10 or NW $140,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $35,000
(1) TRAFALGAR should have a pace advantage in this short field. I see McNair moving her to the front early and controlling the race from there. (2) LAURAS LOVE should get a covered trip and fly late as is typical with here and she should get a good slice here. (6) BETTER BE DONNA N is sharp and shooting for a threepeat but she will likely be following the choice tonight. I'll use her underneath. (5) SUNDAY AFTERNOON has been racing well and she fits better here than she did in the top class. She could better this placing if she gets a good trip.

Race 10: Popup 2nd Leg F&M
(2) SAULSBROOK FLASHY was no match for the big chalk last week but that was a good effort and she looks best here; top call. (3) WHISTYS PARADISE has been a long time without a win but she has been racing better recently and she can be a late threat here; using. (8) SUNNY SICILY took some action last week and she raced okay first-over. She can close for a late share here. (9) INNOCENT KISS was bet last week but she didn't show much. I can see Macdonald rallying her late for a share tonight.
Race 11: F&M NW $9,000 L5 or $20,000 L10 or NW $75,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $25,000
(7) IVANA FLYBYE N was outsprinted by the pocket-sitter who enjoyed a perfect trip last week. She should be sharper for this second start back and she gets the nod. (3) KICKUPYAHEELS N cruised to victory as expected when facing easier and she should be the main threat here. She also has licence to improve in this second start back. (1) SHES NUN BETTOR N didn’t show much as the 5 to 2 chalk last time but she can improve here racing on a 7-day rotation tonight; using underneath. (10) LYONS TILT HANOVER is sharp but she will likely be far back early here; small share predicted. (6) SOMEWHERE NORTH steps up off a loss, but her good tactical speed should have her in position to get a slice.
