(5) MIST AMBER picks up the leading driver after breaking her maiden and she looks like the main threat here. (1) NORA D was a six-time winner last year, but she has yet to hit the board in 2023. She looks capable of taking a share here. (2) REGIL IRISH will likely flash speed and take another small slice in this spot. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: F&M 5YO and Younger NW 2 or $30,000 LT AE 3YO 4YO and 5YO to be claimed for $35,000 (4) BAD ROSSA was well meant last week, and she was second best behind a strong repeat winner. I'll give her the nod here. (7) JITTERS BETTOR jogged vs. slightly easier, and she is an obvious threat here. (6) FROMAKINGTOAQUEEN got an aggressive steer from McNair, and she got nosed out for 2nd by the choice. She is another in with a chance here. (1) A BLACK DIAMOND has been on a roll out of town, but these are tougher. I'll use her underneath. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Mohawk Park card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3: F&M 5YO and Younger winners of 2 but not more than 4 or $45,000 LT AE: 4YO and 5YO to be claimed for $50,000 (3) ACRIMONY rallied well again last time but she was too far back. She can beat these if she is a bit closer at the 3/4 pole. (6) EMMY LOU HAYES stole a third 1/4 breather last week and that meant lights out for her rivals. She is the obvious one to catch here. (1) WILDCAT STAR closed well in two straight, and she should be part of the Tri again. (5) FEEL ITINYOURHANDS was a predictable winner vs. NW2 but this is tougher. I'll use her underneath. Race 4: CLM HDCP $15,000 to $18,000 for NW $37,500 LT - Pick 4 (8) PROCRASTINATOR looked good winning his four-year-old debut then not so good in his two subsequent starts. He can get back on track here dropping in for a tag and there is a good chance he will get claimed. (4) JITTERBUG FLIP raced well last week but the winner closed relentlessly to get past him. He is the obvious danger. (2) SMART THINKING will likely close late to take another share here. (5) ZIPIDDY ZOOM will likely get put into the race early again and stick around for a small slice. Race 5: BLIZZARD PACING SERIES FINAL for 3YO and 4YO Fillies and Mares (1) GETTING EUCHRED gets the nod over (4) SHESASHARPSHOOTER in this stakes final mainly because McNair is sure to get aggressive and not let the latter control the race. The latter has looked terrific in the opening three legs, and she is the obvious one to beat. (7) MUSIC BOX NOISE closed well last time now she gets the leading driver. If the top two choices hook up in a mid-race battle, this mare can roll past them late; using. (6) CHEDDA CHEDDA is right there every week, and she should be in the exotics mix again. Race 6: F&M NW $15,000 L5 or $23,000 L8 AE: Starters for a purse of $15K or less L4 or NW8 LT - Pick 5 (3) TWIN B SUNKISSED has been flying home late for a few starts and I could see her sitting in, finding room, and getting up late again. (7) LOCK BRIDGE is in solid form, and she could notch the threepeat if she finds the pocket behind projected early leader (5) MAJOR LEAGUE N. The latter is in sharp form and will have to be caught, but I prefer to use her underneath. (1) PARISIAN BLUE CHIP figures to close late to take a share. Race 7: SNOWSHOE PACING SERIES for 3YO and 4YO Colts and Geldings (6) CAMARA MOMENT was driven to a win with supreme confidence by McNair last week and he is strictly the one to beat in this stakes series final. (5) EMMETTS BUDDY was used hard twice, and his chase of the choice was futile. He was 4 to 5 then and his price will be higher now if you still like him. (4) LAST BEACH will likely get put into this race early and that gives him a chance to take a good share. (9) ONTOP RAINMAN frequently out races his odds. He's worth a look for the bottom of the exotics. Race 8: F&M NW $6,000 L5 or $12,000 L10 or NW $105,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $45,000 - Pick 4 (4) SHANGHAI SEELSTER fits well here making her first start for new connections and she gets top billing. (6) MISS ROCKADALI fits better here on the class drop and Sorrie will put her into play leaving the gate. She should last longer in this spot, and she is dangerous. (5) STYLE FOR A MILE couldn't repel the tripped-out pocket sitter on a night where the front end wasn't great. She is in with a shot. (7) EXOTIC DRAGON can close for a share in this second start back. Race 9: FILLIES and MARES PREFERRED (1) SO MUCH MORE was conservatively driven last week after missing three weeks and she was just starting to find her best stride when the wire hit. She will likely be the best version of herself tonight and she is the one to beat. (4) WESTERN WISH is sharp, but she raced better off a helmet. She will likely look for the pocket tonight and she could trip out and win. (5) NEED TO BREATHE was game in victory last week and she is a threat showing four wins at this level in her past five starts. (2) SNOW SHARK likely sits a trip and takes a smaller share here. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 10: F&M NW $3,000 L5 or $8,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $20,000 (1) LITTLEBEARCAT continues to race well every week and she should be tough to hold off in this short field. (7) ROCKINWITHCUSTARD will likely get put into this race earlier and that gives her a chance tonight; using. (6) MACH MY KISS should get a decent trip racing on or near the lead. She can take a share. (5) TWIN B TIPSTER races better off a helmet. She will probably sit and rally tonight. Race 11: CLM HDCP $15,000 to $18,000 for NW $60,000 LT (10) PROMISE ME A WIN closed relentlessly to take his second straight win after being claimed by Barrington and the 10-hole probably won't stop him here. (9) MANHATTAN JOE is in solid form and the most likely one to upend the choice here. (8) LAND OF ROYALTY, stablemate to the choice, improved his final 1/4 speed last week; price look for the exotics. (3) SIR LUCKNOW tried it first up last week and he stuck around for a share. He should be part of the High-5. (2) STEWS WATCHING should be good for another share in this spot.
