She keeps Macdonald who had his choice of two others in here; call to repeat. (1) WICKED LEADER is worth a look moving into Lester’s barn tonight returning from a rest. She could add some value to the Exacta. (6) OH A LEGEND blew up at the start of the Niagara final, immediately extinguishing her win streak. She should be part of the exotics tonight if she behaves. (7) FOX VALLEY TATUM invades from Chicago for connections that have already done well with a shipper recently. This is no easy spot, though. I’ll use her underneath. Race 3: FILLIES & MARES, 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER NW 2 RACES OR $18,250 (ON SIRED $28,500) LIFETIME - Pick 4 (7) BOOTS N BLING has been facing the toughest company recently and I’ll take a price stab with her in a nondescript field where I don’t want a favorite. (5) ACEFORTYFOUR REBEL has improved in recent weeks and the lead is likely hers for the taking at the start. She could go a long way on the engine in this spot; using. (1) JOB HUNTER should improve vs. these but she is the morning line choice in a wide-open race. I wouldn’t take a short price on her. (3) O LARGE MARGE raced okay here last week, and she can land in the Super again. Race 4: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) RACE OR $8,500 LIFETIME - Pick 6 (6) MUSCLE BRANCH was moving well at the end of her debut, and she can beat these if she gets her cue earlier in the mile. (4) NEVERLOSE FELIX’s debut was good then he blew up before the start last week. He will be a threat if he behaves tonight. (2) DAMSEL SEELSTER has taken five slices in 14 starts and she came close at 80 to 1 last week. She fits decently here, and she can take another slice. (1) BELVEDERE KATHY will likely sit a trip racing close to the front and stick around for a small share. Race 5: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE (WINNERS FOR A PURSE OF $9,000 OR LESS 2 RACES) OR $8,500 LIFETIME (4) TOPVILLE CHECKMEIN gets one of the bigger driver changes you’ll see tonight. It’s go time for her. (6) TINY BUT MIGHTY, 1 for 32 in a busy first year of racing in 2024, should get a good trip from the best post and take another share. (7) TH SANDRA DEE appears to have some talent, but she broke in her lone start in the summer, and I imagine she will be carefully driven tonight; using underneath. (1) POWDER PLAY will likely look to sit a covered trip racing near the front this time and that would give her a chance at an Exacta finish. (6) BETTERNOTMACHME raced well at this level last week and she should be part of the exotics again racing from close range. (7) PREMIER DELIGHT should be good for a slice at this level. AE: N/A $2,660 P/S IN 2024 (7) ANGOSTURA HANOVER raced tough first up last week, and she is going to get there soon, maybe tonight. 75-time winner (3) SO MUCH MORE can rarely be counted out. Leave her off multi-race tickets at your possible peril. (2) SETTN A PRECEDENT produced a nice closing effort last week and she is worth using as a price option on multi-race tickets. (6) BLUE PACIFIC dropped and popped, and she is another possibility in a good betting race. Race 8: 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 3 (FM 4) RACES OR $70,750 (OS $85,000) LIFETIME. - Pick 4 (3) FABULOUS FREDDIE hinted that he is sitting on a big effort when he kicked in 27 2/5 last week and he should be happy to get away from streaking Drebin; top call. (5) OH BROTHER finished close to the choice in two straight starts now he gets Henry in the bike. He should be a threat in this spot; using. Macdonald sticks with (6) PERFECT ANGEL over others and she is worth a look starting from the best post. (7) DEVASTATE, a winner at this level two starts back, will likely be the first leader and he is capable if no one hooks him. As the morning line favorite though, I have to try to beat him in a spot where he holds no clear advantage. Race 9: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 RACES OR $30,000 (OS $38,500) LIFETIME. AE: 4 YEAR OLDS NW $6,800 LAST 5 STARTS (1) VENDETTA BLUE CHIP got beat by a rival that was perfectly tripped out last time. Starting from the inside, I think she latches onto some cover here and rebounds with a win. Macdonald defecting to (9) COCCO PUFF POWER will only help the choice’s price. The latter was good in the Niagara series final, and she should be the one to beat here; using. (10) ROSE COLORDGLASSES produced a big late kick to win coming off a rest now she draws worst and will likely need to pass them all to win here. I’ll use her underneath tonight. (6) C KAN TROT improved immediately for Vanderkemp, but in this spot I prefer to use him underneath coming off his maiden win. (2) WHEELIN MY BENTLEY will get put into play by owner/trainer Borth and he should be part of the exotics. Race 11: FILLIES & MARES, NW $8,000 LAST 5 STARTS OR NW $19,250 LAST 10 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000 (1) LYONS BETTORDAY drops and gets a major driver change tonight. She should be on go in this spot; top call. (8) SHOOT THE WHISKEY showed some life on the class drop last week now she draws better. She is in with a shot at a price here and she is the other one that I’ll use in the late Pick 4. (5) HOW MUCH is a hard one to gauge from week to week, but she almost always gets put into play and she is in the exotics mix here. (3) FLIGHT CREW N will likely leave quicker in this spot, and I think she rides good positioning to a share. (6) GOUDAWON is another that should be leaving faster tonight and she could better this placing if she gets a good spot early.
