Top Pick Stats: 547 - 1664 / $2,863.00 (-$465.00) Best Bets: 83 - 156 / $296.60 (-$15.40) Spot Plays: 27 - 159 / $174.40 (-$143.60) Best Bet: BUCK DANCER (2ND) Spot Play: ALABAMA HANNAH (3RD) Early Pick 5: 4,6/1/2,7,8/1,2,7/4,5 = $7.20 Late Pick 5: 8,9/3,4,9/1,4,6/3,4/3,6,7,9 = $28.80 Early Pick 4: 1,2,7/4,5/8,9/3,4,9 = $7.20 Late Pick 4: 1,4,6/3,4/3,6,7,9/4,5 = $9.60 Race 1: 5YO and younger NW1 or $7,500 LT **Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5** (4) KYLES ART qualified like he is ready to break his maiden in this first start back and this looks like the perfect spot to do it; top call. (6) CHEDDAR DUHARAS’ most recent line is a toss due to the interference break. His Harvest Series form makes him a contender tonight. (9) CAPTAINS PICK is obviously one of the fastest in here, but he has been a money burner since returning in late October. Your call, but I find it hard to take a short price here. Debutant (3) ELECTRIC LINE has shown enough late speed in his qualifiers to suggest that he can be an exotics factor in this initial start. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: NW $15,750 in 2023 (1) BUCK DANCER showed the way for most of the mile before tiring on the wet track last week. This spot looks easier, and this is a field that he should beat. (4) HESOHOT HANOVER was first up last week and that’s not his trip. I think he sits and rallies late tonight; Exacta factor. (8) R ROYAL PORT should improve enough on the class drop to land in the exotics. (10) TYMAL TAROT qualified okay for this return to the races; price look for the bottom of the exotics. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Mohawk Park card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3: NIAGARA: 3 YO FILLIES IN 2023, NW $60,000 LIFETIME AS OF 10/31 (8) ALABAMA HANNAH fits well here and she gets a key driver change to Roy. I expect an aggressive steer in this spot, and she gets the nod. (2) OCCASIONALLY SHARP fired a 27-flat kicker and wasn’t beaten far by a tough aged mare in her qualifier. She is an obvious threat. (7) FIRSTOFANERA ships in and goes for Menary but she has missed close to a month. She is fast enough to contend but I won’t take a short price considering the time missed. (4) TRUE THAT should get position early and stick around for a share. Race 4: NW $2,000 L3 AE: OPT CLM $20,000 -  Pick 4 (7) MACALLAN took a shuffle in his first start back now he drops. This is a field he would crush on his best day, and I’ll give him top billing over another dropper (1) MEADOWBRANCH NOBLE. The latter finished ahead of the choice last week and he is the obvious threat. (2) TUCKERS OUT is another dropping that merits a look here. If he stays flat, he will likely get put into this race early. (6) SHES BEER LEAGUE should be good for another share in this spot. Race 5: F&M that have started for a purse of $9,000 or less in 1 of L4 This is a good spot for (5) BEYOND THE SEA who faced the toughest company of any of these in her last two starts and took checks. I expect Young to be more aggressive with her in this spot. (4) SILLY BUT SERIOUS didn’t get bet as heavy last week as many do when making their first start for Barrington. She raced okay and the tote board may provide some clues tonight. (2) SHOOT THE WHISKEY comes back from Flamboro in good form and she is another in with a chance, but it might make sense to try to beat her on multi-race tickets considering she is the morning line favorite and is no standout. (1) BLUEMEA KISS raced better last week, and she can take another share staying at the same level. Race 6: NW $4.500 L5 AE: OPT CLM $25,000 - Pick 5 (8) LOOK AT DAT KAT has found a good level racing in these optional claimers and Borth has been a good partner for her. She gets the call to repeat. (9) MISTER MAGIC had a tough trip last week, but he was game and took a share. He will be tough in here if he can clear to the front; using. (7) SHES GOT PIZAZZ tripped out as expected last week and took advantage. I see her as a fringe player this time. (3) SERENITY CRUISE can trip out again and take a slice. Race 7: F&M NW $14,000 L5 or NW $27,500 L8 Wide-open race here to finish the early Pick 4. I’ll side with (4) SHES GOT IT ALL, who was a victim of pace last week and should offer a square price. (3) WESTERN WISH is always a threat at this level, and she should be the one to catch tonight; using. (9) VELVET STINGER was J Mac’s choice over others, and she should offer a good price here considering she broke stride last week. She is capable vs. these, and I’ll toss her on multi-race tickets. (2) PARISIAN BLUE CHIP returns with Lasix added and I can see her closing for a share. Race 8: Horses that have started for a purse of $9,000 or less in 1 of L3 - Pick 4 (1) PHEONIX ran before the start last week and lost a lot of ground then recovered to get a check. I’ll stick with him here hoping he stays flat because this is a field that he should handle. (4) SIZZLEN HOT HERBIE draws much better and he should get better positioning leaving the gate. That makes him a threat tonight. (6) MERCUTIO produced a sub-28 third 1/4 last week en route to beating NW2. That kind of speed makes him a contender here; using. (9) DURAMACS was close in his local debut, and he is worth using in the exotics in this spot. Race 9: NIAGARA: 3 YO FILLIES IN 2023, NW $60,000 LIFETIME AS OF 10/31 (3) SALDANA HANOVER gets off the rail, is helped by the short field, and was Macdonald’s choice over two other contenders. She gets top call. (4) LADYTERRA’s local debut was good considering she had missed more than three weeks action. She should be the main threat here. (5) HONEY LOVE was good in the Harvest Series and McClure should have her passing rivals late; using underneath. (1) PREMIER DELIGHT is another that raced well in that series that should be in the exotics mix here. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 10: F&M 5YO and younger NW1 or $7,500 LT (6) TWIN B ROULETTE was one of many that closed ground late in her race last week. I think she gets more aggressive starting from the best post tonight and she gets a slight nod. (3) NO PLACE TO HIDE raced well enough to win in that race but she was blitzed late by a rival who screamed past them all between horses. She figures to be a threat right back. (9) CAVIART SABRINA set the pace and tired as the even money choice. You will get a much better price here if you still like her. (7) NO MALICE draws better, and she has upset potential likely racing close to the front throughout. Race 11: F&M NW $4,600 L5 AE: NW $2,400 L3 (4) FLIGHT CREW N raced better last week in her second start back now she drops and likely pops in this spot. (5) SNOW SHARK also takes a multi-level class plunge and don’t be surprised of she gets much more aggressive handling than you are accustomed to seeing; using. (2) MY MOTHER PEARL raced well in defeat last week and she never gets bet with Spence driving even though he is capable; price look for the exotics and deeper Pick 4 tickets. (3) SETTN A PRECEDENT should be part of the Tri or Super starting from the inside. (1) TWIN B TIPSTER likely sits a trip and lands in the bottom of the exotics.
