Meet Stats: 33 - 95 / $177.60 (-$12.90) Best Bets: 5 - 9 / $18.40 (+$0.40) Spot Plays: 2 - 9/ $24.90 (+$6.90) Best Bet: LYONS TILT HANOVER (5TH) Spot Play: VP ROCKIN (4TH) Early Pick 5: 3,6/2,4,6/2,3/4,8,9/3 = $7.20 Late Pick 5: 1,4,8/3,7/3,8/6,7,8/3,5 = $14.40 Early Pick 4: 4,8,9/3/1,4,8/3,7 = $18 Late Pick 4: 3,8/6,7,8/3,5/1,2 = $24 Race 1: F&M 5YO and Younger NW4 or $52,000 LT AE: 4YO who were NW $55,000 in 2021-2022 **Guaranteed $100,000 Pick 5** (3) RACING FOR THE MARK looked good beating similar here last week and off that sharp mile she gets the call to repeat. (6) DILLY TARYN takes a big step up on paper, but this isn't the toughest NW4 and she has looked tremendous in her two recent wins. She has a real chance at a threepeat here. (7) BLONDE ON THE BEACH was first up in a fast race and that trip wasn't going to work. She has missed three weeks since that race; using underneath. (5) STATE OF MIND got a great trip and she had a clear shot coming out of the pocket at the head of the lane but she hung at even money. I'll use her on the bottom of the exotics tonight. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: F&M NW $32,000 L5 AE: NW $175,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $60,000 (2) TRAFALGAR was set up for a perfect pocket trip last week until the leader started to tire at the 3/4 pole and she then got back steamed to last. She should be racing on the lead or in the pocket tonight and she gets the nod to get the job done. (6) SNOW SHARK is right there every week and she's hard to leave out of the Pick 5, but she often falls victim to pace and trip so I wouldn't take a short price in the win pool. (4) MAJESTIC VIRGIN isn't out of place here and she is another that figures to be racing near the front. That should be beneficial in this short field and she is in with a shot. (5) SHOULDABEENATD couldn't quicken in the moment of truth on the last turn and she was the one that affected the choice. I'll use her on the bottom tonight. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Mohawk Park card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3: Claiming $17,500 for NW $80,000 LT (3) CUTTING CLASS was claimed by Barrington who does well with new acquisitions and he faces many of the same rivals; call to repeat. (2) ROYAL SHIP raced well again but the choice had the jump on him. He should be the main rival again. (6) CENTURY GIGALO got a clear shot at the choice in the lane last week, but he couldn't hold down 2nd. Another small share is likely for him tonight. (9) TAHUYA BREW will likely wind up from last and pass a few of these to land in the bottom of the Super again. Race 4: SNOWSHOE PACING SERIES 1ST Leg 3YO and 4YO Colts and Geldings - Pick 4 (8) VP ROCKIN was competitive in every leg of the tougher Valedictory series and he had a tightener for this vs. some strong NW4 foes. He could be the value play in the early multi-race bets. (4) TEXAS MIKI brings a two-race win streak to this series but he did finish behind the choice in the 12/18 leg of the Valedictory series. He is a contender but he could get overbet tonight. (9) SPORTS REPORT gets Roy back and he does his best work with that teamster at the lines. He could pop at a price if everything shakes out his way. (7) MERITO HANOVER has raced well in every start but this is a tough spot for him; small share predicted. Race 5: F&M NW $6,400 L5 or $13,000 L10 AE: NW $1K L4 or Pop Up Starters who were NW $43K in 2021-2022 (3) LYONS TILT HANOVER hasn't raced this low since October 29th of last year and on that occasion, she made an early move to the front and jogged. She will be a multi-race single for me tonight. (7) TWIN B TIPSTER is the other dropper in here but she tends to be trip dependent. She should be an Exacta factor. (4) SUNDAY AFTERNOON raced well when jumped up to this level last week but a class dropper was too good. She will likely meet the same fate tonight; using underneath. (5) SPORTY TORI fits okay at this level but with the trainer in the bike she is likely to finish on the edges. Race 6: CLM HDCP $12,000 to $18,000 - Pick 5 (4) SPECTRUM SEELSTER was game in defeat last week but the winner stole a 1:00 4/5 middle 1/2 and couldn't be caught. They were both claimed out of that race and I'll give this gelding the nod to turn the tables tonight. (8) ART OF FIRE should improve with the barn change tonight and he could provide some value to multi-race tickets. (1) ALWAYSYOURWAY faces tougher tonight but he is hot and he might be up to the challenge; using.  (7) BETTOR NOTBITTER A won two straight at 1 to 5, but off the claim tonight he goes from a trainer who is 5 for 15 this year to one that is 6 for 179 lifetime in eight years of racing; your call. Race 7: SNOWSHOE PACING SERIES 1ST Leg 3YO and 4YO Colts and Geldings (3) SILVER MAPLE's best race beats these and he should be leaving from his improved post position tonight; top call. (7) P L OCTAVIUS did all the work and he was picked off late by a rival that vaulted off cover. He should be a speed threat again tonight. (9) LIME IN DA COCONUT has really come into his own racing in London, but he is sure to be trying to pass them all tonight which will be a tall order; using underneath. (4) PREMIER NACHO should be good for another small share racing near the front. Race 8: NW $3,900 L5 or $7,000 L10 - Pick 4 (3) TEXACO MAN dropped from 60 to 1 two weeks ago to 2 to1 last week and he always looked the winner leading all the way. Off that sharp mile he gets the call to repeat. (8) TEDDYS LITTLEANGEL is supposed to beat these on the class drop but this is only her third start in seven weeks and that gives cause for concern. She could still win, but I would demand a price considering those gaps. (4) ON THE SLY gets Henry in the bike after getting a start in off a five-month layoff. He has some exotics appeal at a price here. (2) HARRY should pass some of these and land in the bottom of the Tri or Super. Race 9: Claiming Handicap $17,500 for NW $35,000 LT (8) RICOTTABKIDDINME has been in too tough since winning the claiming Pop Up final. He should improve sharply facing conditioned claimers tonight and he gets top billing. (7) MELODY MAKER was 2nd twice in a row to the choice but now has missed 3 1/2 weeks due to sickness. He can be right there if he is fit enough but that part is a bit of a guessing game. (6) PRETTY BOY DUKE has been dominant racing in London and he is another multi-race ticket possibility here. (4) SOUTHERN ROAD TRIP can improve with the drop into a claimer; consider using underneath. Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter Race 10: SNOWSHOE PACING SERIES 1ST Leg 3YO and 4YO Colts and Geldings (5) SAULSBROOK VICTOR gets post relief here which means he should be positioned better throughout the mile. He is the fastest horse in here and he should be tough to beat. (3) HIPPYJOHN can be quirky, but his best race puts him right there with the choice and he is the second one that I'll use on late multi-race tickets. (9) FOUR FINGER FLOYD's local debut was decent and he should be a speed threat again, but he will need to find more late in the mile to fend off the choice. (1) ROYAL TANG was first up trying to chase a loose leader (and eventual winner) in the Valedictory series final. He can get a better trip here and land in the Tri or Super. Race 11: F&M NW $3,000 L5 or $5,300 L8 This looks like a race that (1) MAJOR LEAGUE N will control from start-to-finish and she gets the nod on the class drop. (2) BETCHA BABY moves inside and maybe Drury will secure the pocket early which would give her the best chance at beating the choice; using. (5) AMASA ARION seems like a decent fit here and she should be passing rivals in the back 1/2; using underneath. (6) WHISTYS PARADISE scratched out of a claimer on Thursday night and she goes here instead. Getting McNair back, I can see her landing in the exotics somewhere. (9) SOMEWHERE NORTH rarely misses a check. She should be part of the Super or High-5.
