He fits well here going for a $90K tag and he can threaten despite drawing widest; using. (9) R PEAKY BLINDERS looked good powering up late to win at this level last week and he should offer a square price here starting from an outer post. He is another to consider for Pick 5 tickets. (3) BRONZER squandered a win last week when he broke just before reaching the wire. He is yet another that could do in here. (4) WHEELIN MY BENTLEY is the other one coming in off two impressive wins, but I get the feeling that if the choice comes with his best effort, this one will be racing for 2nd. (6) FASHION CONTENDER raced okay when coming off a break in stride last week. He can close for a share in this spot. (8) MASTERWORK is another that can pass some rivals late and land in the bottom of the exotics. NO ALLOWANCES It’s hard to go against (8) RESILIENCE who is clearly in her best form now, but don’t expect much of a price. (3) DEFININGTHE MOMENT was no match for the choice last week despite sitting a perfect trip. She probably completes the chalky Exacta. (2) LANESIDE INCONTROL tried the first-over route in that race which turned out to be mission impossible. She could take 2nd here if she can find a better trip. She seems to fit here, and she should contend if she is sharp enough; call to upset. (9) STONEBRIDGE DRAMA won two in a row at this level a few starts back, and she is an obvious threat here; using. (2) TREASURES WATCHING was a good 3rd at this level in her last start. She could do here with the right trip. (8) PREMIER DELIGHT has been taking frequent shares for owner/trainer/driver Hunt. She will likely land in the Tri or Super tonight. Race 5: FILLIES & MARES, NW $8,000 LAST 5 STARTS OR NW $16,250 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: NW $31,000 IN 2024. AE: OPT. CLM. $50,000 (2) WILDCAT STAR raced tough at this level two starts back when a narrow loser. She gets the leading driver on the class drop tonight and she gets the nod. (1) AWESOME HILL is another dropping, and I like that she flashed gate speed last week in her second start back; using. (4) CHEESY SMILE is stuck on one win this year, but she produced a huge closing effort at this level two starts back and I don’t think she gets bet much here; price look for multi-race tickets. (10) HES EXPRESS has been excellent in both starts since shipping north, but a small share is likely her ceiling tonight starting from the widest post. Race 6: FILLIES & MARES, 2 & 3 YEAR OLDS NW $15,000 (ON SIRED $27,250) LIFETIME - Pick 5 (4) RED CARPET READY was good in her local debut when bet down to chalk, almost winning despite finishing 2nd with broken equipment. This is a good spot for her, and she gets top billing. (2) CHANCY BET has done nothing wrong to date and while she will need to be faster tonight, she might be up to it. The barn change to Fellows should be an added bonus. (7) BOOTS N BLING will no doubt blast off for the lead leaving the gate and she should hang on for a good share. (1) JOB HUNTER is in easier here and she should be part of the exotics. Race 7: FILLIES & MARES, NW $14,000 LAST 5 STARTS OR NW $23,750 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: NW 6 RACES OR $100,000 LIFETIME. AE: N/A $2,850 P/S IN 2024 - Pick 4 (8) ANGOSTURA HANOVER should be better here making her second start at this level and returning to a seven-day cycle. She will probably be second or third choice, too, so there should be some value here. (9) CENTURY JAMILA ships north in good form, moves into a hot barn, and picks up the leading driver. She could clear to the front by the time they reach the 1/4 pole and lead all the way from there. (4) CAVIAR N CRACKERS will no doubt be a late threat, but she will likely get over bet on the class drop. I’ll try to beat her. (2) SORCHA SEELSTER is razor-sharp, and she could get another good trip here. She is another in with a shot. Race 8: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 RACES OR $42,850 LIFETIME. AE: 3 YEAR OLDS NW $5,000 LAST 5 STARTS (1) ALLSMOKEANDMIRRORS raced well first up against a strong winner last week and I think Roy gets aggressive here and takes control of this race on the backstretch; top call. (2) GRIT AND GRACE raced well out west and I like that she showed sub-27 speed on the end of her qualifier on 11/15. She could add some value to the Exacta here. (4) ALWAYS B MERRY wasn’t far behind the choice last time and she is in the exotics mix again here. (7) CHEESE PARTY fits better at this NW2 level and she will likely close for a slice.
