Top Pick Stats: 216/621 = -$52.40 Best Bets: 15/58 = –$12.20; Spot Plays: 17/58 = +$4.60 Best Bet: MALICIA SPEED (Race 4) Spot Play: MY GIRL FRIDAY (Race 1) Early Pick 5: 2/2/1,2,7/6/2,3,5,7 Late Pick 5: 7,9/2/1,3,7/1,4/1,2,3,5 Race 1: 5 FILLIES & MARES, 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 1 RACE OR $9K LT. (2) MY GIRL FRIDAY will be getting set to make her career debut. Her first qualifier in the summer was a strong one, but we’ve yet to see her make another appearance until her recent prep last week. She looked sharp in what was a winning effort and was under tight lines to driver LPR. She gets top call in her debut. (5) RUNAWAY DIVA was a runner up to the one above in her recent qualifying try. They were solid efforts and she is one who can put forth a good showing on debut. (7) MCMAYBEL showed some greenness on the engine in her second lifetime start. She did her best to fight off the eventual winner but was a solid 2nd. She can continue to improve. (4) BRISK SEELSTER exits Harvest Series tries and should have every chance to pick up a share, or even more. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD FILLIES. (2) COLD CREEK FUEGO was a comfortable winner in leg 1 of this series and she is the clear choice to double up here. (6) BETTERDOUBLEDOWN didn’t work out the kind of trip I envisioned last time out and was still a solid 5th. She gets a new pilot here and can round out the exacta. (7) MARLENES LEGACY was a solid 3rd in her latest and should be given every opportunity to land somewhere on the exotics. (4) MCJAZZ raced well to hit the ticket last week and she will likely be closing late for a share in this spot. Race 3: FILLIES & MARES, NW $1,250 LAST 4 STARTS. (7) JOB HUNTER was used a couple of times early in the mile and ended up being a solid 2nd when asked to make a 3rd move at the head of the lane. She can find herself in the winner’s circle with a much easier trip and I’ll give her the slight nod here. (1) POWDER PLAY was aggressively handled in her latest in what was her first pari-mutuel start since September. She raced on Lasix in that outing and just tired to be 3rd, but is one that should be better with a start under her belt; using. (2) LYONS ANITA ANGEL never had a chance from an outside draw in her latest. She draws inside and is one that will be a major factor late in the mile, if close; also using. (5) SANTAFES APETITITE came first over last time out and flattened out. She needs an absolute perfect trip for things to work out and can close late for a piece. Race 4: FILLIES & MARES, 5 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER, NW 2 RACES OR $30,000 LT. (6) MALICIA SPEED worked out what was thought to be a good, pocket trip, before the pace setter came to a walk at the head of the lane and this filly basically got taken out of the mile and had no room to get out. She draws well and will be a major threat with a cleaner trip. She gets top billing. (2) LADYDEE FREIGHT was an okay 4th in her latest. She has good pop on the end of it but gets running in once she hits the lane. She can pick up a good piece, with a trip. (5) LADY WICKED has shown major improvement since adding Lasix a few starts ago and is one that shows more pop at the end of her miles. She draws well and can hit the ticket. (1) KIKI DEE HANOVER has been 2nd in her last two tries and can land on the ticket. Race 5: FILLIES & MARES, NW $2,750 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $6,850 LAST 8 STARTS. AE: OPT. CLM. $20,000. (3) CHIEFS DREAM GIRL wasn’t a factor from an outside draw in her latest. She draws inside this evening and takes a dip in class and should be able to work out a winning trip. (5) MADRID A wasn’t a factor whatsoever in her latest. She will retain Doug McNair in this spot who guided her to a victory two starts back. I’ll use her, but she’s tough to love off that effort. (2) SUPERIOR DELIGHT has been as consistent as a horse can be this year, and she is always a threat at this level. (7) GENTRIFY finished up nicely to be 5th in her latest and she can close for a piece in this spot. Race 6: WINNERS OF 3 (FM 4) BUT NOT MORE THAN 5 (FM 6) OR $110,000 LIFETIME. AE: 4 YEAR OLDS & YOUNGER OPT. $30K CLM. (9) ALWAYS DAWN was a very strong 2nd in her latest and gained nicely on some quality, aged pacing mares. She draws outside but she should be able to float out for good positioning, and will get top honors here. (7) OUTTAWTHISWORLD DEO made a big first over brush move and got leg weary with a little more than an 8th to go. She hung on to be 3rd and is one that will be a main player here. (2) WICKED N SINGLE took on tougher in her latest after notching her 1st win of 2025. She draws inside and should be able to pick up a piece. (5) DIRTY DIANA is coming off a sharp win and should be in a good position to grab a share.  Race 7: FILLIES & MARES, WINNERS OF 3 BUT NOT MORE THAN 5 RACES OR $80,000 LT. (2) BLAST OF SUNSHINE has absolutely crushed $8000 claimers over his last two victories and is my clear choice here. He debuts for new trainer Gerard Demers. (1) ALWAYS B SWEETEST was a nice winner of the first-over variety last time out. He should race well here and can pick up a big piece. (3) HE SWIFT flaunted his back class and was on his A-game in a dominant score. He will return to Carmen Auciello’s barn, and while he is a contender, I’ll look to play against him in exactas. (4) UNISON closed to be 3rd in his latest and should have every chance at a share late. Race 8: POP UP SERIES FINAL: HORSES & GELDINGS CLAIMING $8,000. (1) NO ONE takes a dip in class and is Travis Henry's choice over another rival in this contest who was a sharp winner last time out. I’ll give him the nod here. (3) VICTOR INVICTUS hasn’t been a factor over his last two tries. He drops in class and draws inside and merits respect here. (7) TALK SHOW HOST made a bridle change in his latest and was aggressively handled in what was a dominant score. He can build off that effort and raced well here. (4) YES draws inside and should be put into play from this draw. He’s a ticket horse for me in this spot. Race 9: HARVEST SERIES: ONTARIO SIRED 3 YEAR OLD FILLIES. (1) STEADY HEART was a strong 2nd to a very sharp rival in her latest and avoided her in this division of the Harvest Series. She gets top billing this evening. (4) PARKAVNUEJANET was rated better than some prior efforts on the engine and was able to score comfortably in that outing. She draws well and will be put in play yet again; she merits respect. (3) PICKMEUP HANOVER was 2nd to the one above and she can pick up a good piece. Jamieson sticks with her over the choice. (2) IBETYOUAKISS can round out the exotics. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 10: POP UP SERIES CONSOLATION: HORSES & GELDINGS CLAIMING $8,000. (3) MACH IMPACT wasn’t much of a factor in his latest. He gets the edge on a race with no clear standout in. (2) FOUT was 5th in his latest in what was his first start with Lasix. He is a contender and I’ll use him in multis. (5) FISCAL POLICY added Lasix in his latest and finished up quite well. He is in with a chance in this wide open race. (1) TANGO SEELSTER has 1 win in 32 starts this year but is still in with a chance. Race 11: NW $2,500 LAST 4 STARTS OR NW $5000 LAST 8 STARTS. (7) SPARTAN GENERAL hasn’t looked like himself but plummets down the class ladder here this evening. He doesn’t have to be his 100% self to beat this bunch. (8) PESO HANOVER was a solid 2nd in his latest and got picked off late by the choice. He is handy and can work out a trip. (5) MISTER MAGIC didn’t finish up all that well in his effort on Monday. He draws well and will be put in play; he can improve. (1) LUVUTOTHEMOONANDBAK will make his first pari-mutuel start since July. He’s coming off a pair of qualifiers and draws the rail. I need to see one here. (4) TREGARON hasn’t been much of a factor over his last two tries. He can land on the ticket.
