(5) SWEET PINK took a break following a failed try in the Grassroots semi-final and she looks ready to roll again. This looks like a good spot for her and she gets top call. (6) RACING FORTHE MARK has been 2nd or 3rd in every start for several weeks and while she is sure to be a threat here, I wouldn't take a short price. (3) CHIEFS DREAM GIRL faced tougher racing in the rain and she had a rough trip. She is another Pick 5 possibility. (1) PATRICIA MAE is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics. .

Race 2: FILLIES and MARES PREFERRED

(4) KARMA SEELSTER closed well in her first start back and she should be much more aggressive tonight. I'll give her the nod to turn the tables on (1) GIAS SURREAL, who was a decisive winner from the 9-hole here last week and is strictly the one to beat. (6) WESTERN WISH beat elders here three starts back but these are tougher. I see her taking a small share. (3) SNOW SHARK will be closing late again and she can be closer than is predicted here if she gets the right trip.

Race 3: HARVEST SERIES 2nd Leg Ont. Sired 3YO Colts and Geldings

This race will likely come down to a battle between the two winners of the opening legs. (5) MYSTIC won the faster division and perhaps had the worse trip so he gets the nod over (3) URNTROUBLE HANOVER. The latter has a potent late kick but he got a glorious setup last week when there was battling for the lead throughout. (6) DEAL WITH LUCUS made what looked like a winning move only to get picked off late. He isn't impossible in this spot. (2) ROSIES WAR BONDS got hung the mile last week and he could get a much better trip here starting from an inside post; using underneath.

Race 4: HARVEST SERIES 2nd Leg Ont. Sired 3YO Colts and Geldings - Pick 4

(6) TAKE A GAMBLE dominated while taking a new life's mark in the opening leg of this series and he should be tough to beat tonight. (3) HESINCONTROL was first up against the choice last week. He can be closer here if he gets an easier trip. (1) FLASH CUBE raced well to finish 2nd to the choice last week but he loses injured McClure tonight. I'll play to beat him out of the Exacta. (4) LORD ANTHONY was all out to win the slower to division last week and he is another I will be looking to beat out of the Exacta tonight.

Race 5: F&M NW $9,000 L5 or NW $18,000 L10 or NW $70,000 LT AE: OPT. CLM $25,000

(2) REALIZATION drops and she fits much better at this level. I'll give her the nod vs. this field. (7) TOWN DELINQUENT moves in three post positions and she has upset potential as she is likely to get put into the race this week; using. (3) TRAFALGAR beat easier but that was a sharp mile and she should contend again in this tougher spot. (8) NICE KITTY HANOVER is a hard one to figure most nights but she is good enough to be right there vs. these if she behaves; consider for the exotics.

Race 6: HARVEST SERIES 2nd Leg Ont. Sired 3YO Colts and Geldings - Pick 5

(1) WICKENBURGH produced one of his best efforts in a while last week and he looks best vs. this group; top call. (6) EMERALD WINGS circled wide but came up short last week. I imagine Macdonald will be more aggressive tonight; using. (2) WHEELING IN CASH should get a more conservative drive tonight and I see him landing in the Super. (7) WARRAWEE WINDSOR should pass a few of these late and take a share.

Race 7: NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10 - Pick 4

(3) FLY BEYOND is one of three class droppers in here but he has far more tactical speed than (1) WHAT A RUSH who is another dropper. Nod to the former but using both on multi-race tickets. (4) HEAVENSDOR HANOVER also drops but he has missed close to a month. I'd demand a price here. (8) BUZZ dropped to this level last week and tried to go down the road from the 10-hole but he tired late. His price will be better tonight if you still like him.

Race 8: F&M NW $16,500 L5 or NW $28,000 or NW $110,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $35,000

(4) COUSIN MARY drops and gets McNair and she lands in a spot where it appears that the lead is hers for the taking; top call. (5) SPORTY TORI is another dropper that figures to blast off the gate. I can see these two battling it out down the lane to decide the winner. (7) KICKIN COWGIRL was a sharp winner racing off the Fine claim but this is a much tougher spot; small share predicted. (6) LYONS TILT HANOVER is always closing it seems and she should be in the exotics mix again tonight.

Race 9: HARVEST SERIES 2nd Leg Ont. Sired 3YO Colts and Geldings

(6) CONTROL HEAVEN looks like the boss in this series based on his two-move 1:51 4/5 win last week and he should be very hard to beat tonight. (4) FOUR FINGER FLOYD was no match for the choice but he raced well and was narrowly beaten for place. He should be an Exacta factor tonight. (2) BETTOR HALF gets a driver switch to hot Filion and he should be an exotics factor here coming off a decent effort in the opening leg of the series. (5) KOUNT BLASTER’s form is good enough to suggest that he will be in the Super here.

Race 10: F&M 4YO and Younger NW2 or $15,000 LT

(6) AWESOME HILL dominated at this level last week now she gets McNair back; call to repeat as a likely heavy chalk. (2) WRITE ONE maintained her good form last week but she was no match for the choice. You should get a better price tonight if you still like her. (5) BOTTOMOFTHENINTH paced a big mile in defeat vs. NW3 at Flamboro and she should be in the exotics mix tonight. (8) LADY AKILA should use her potent late kick to land a spot in the Tri or Super tonight. (1) DILLY TARYN comes off a decent closing effort but this is tougher; small share predicted.
