SPOT PLAYS: 18 - 49 / $75.90

Race 1

(2) DREAM OF LUCK was deftly kept pinned in by the winner down the lane last week which cost him any hope of winning. He looks best here, but keep in mind that his driver is ice cold. (7) TWICE DRAFTED paced his back 1/2 in 55 1/5 last time and you would expect him to get asked for more speed early in the mile this time. (1) DEVILS PEAK should parlay an inside following trip into a share here. (3) SOUTHWIND SAVAGE never gets there, but he does take many slices.

Race 2

(4) DOBEE got a clean line and finished with interest in her season's debut. She is risky, but if she stays trotting, she can mow these down late. (1) ROAD LIGHT raced well enough from the worst post last time to suggest she will be right there vs. these. (5) DEAR DAD should get a better trip here which makes him a threat. (6) PINGALING isn't out of this, but a smaller share seems likely this time.

Race 3

(3) ALEXAS LUCK raced great last time and it doesn't appear that there are any in here as good as the one that beat her then; no excuses here. (4) HOMEGROWN HONEY - a $28K Lexington purchase - is a full sister to speedy 12-time winner Shades of Bay. This filly looks ready to compete immediately. (9) HEATHER LOVES NY raced better but she was behind the choice and the post disadvantage may be too much to overcome here. (1) NORTHERN LAUREN should be close early and stick around for a piece.

Race 4

(10) CUNDALINI drops to the bottom and faces a suspect group. A wire job is possible here - even from the 10-hole. (6) VEROI BAYAMA exits a very quick mile in which he passed some horses in the back 1/2. He can be much closer here. (7) LITTLE QUICK is in good form and has won on this circuit previously; using. (2) MYBESTOLXFRIENDRAY can close late for a share here.

Race 5

(2) SHOE SHINE couldn't chase down an Allard trainee last time out when there were five claims entered on him. He looks best here and is likely to change hands again. (1) COUNTER strike returns quickly here and he should get a better trip and take a share. (4) DOING SOME DAMAGE gets the leading driver while making his first start off the claim which makes him dangerous. (6) EVASIVE CARD SHARK displayed an impressive late burst at Flamboro last time; for a share.

Race 6

(5) GOLD MEDAL SWAN made a bold move into quick fractions last time then tired late from his efforts. A better trip here takes this. (1) SUMMIT CITY TURBO was a good 2nd here Monday night. He should be a big threat if he goes here. (7) LITTLE STUIE re-rallied last time but he was passed late by the big chalk. He's in with a decent shot here. (3) VASCO BI won with Jamieson driving two starts back. He, too, is a player here in a contentious heat.

Race 7

(1) BLUE FOX got hung out to dry racing a class higher last week. He rates highly here vs. easier. (2) FANCOURT can rebound with a much better try here if he stays flat. (3) WINDSUN GOTHAM paid off his new connections right away last time out. These are tougher, but, he's not out of it. (7) RED DOG SALOON is capable of firing a big one with little notice; beware.

Race 8

(6) ELDORADO OF GOLD and (7) SHOOT THE THRILL look like the main players here with both dropping back into claimers. I'll give the former the nod based on driver here. (4) CRACKER ZACK raced much better in a claimer last time; using. (5) TYMAL COLOSSUS should be closing late for a slice.

Race 9

(3) BEACH TERROR exits a very fast race for the class and goes for Auciello off the claim facing easier; top call. (6) NO BU should get a good trip near the front here; using. (1) K SLATER has raced well in two starts since being claimed. He should threaten here. (8) HOT DEUCES drops back into a claimer here while shipping in. He can pass some horses for a share here.

Race 10

(6) PANEDICTINE made up a lot of ground from far back last time. Moving to the 6-hole here should help him get better position early; top call. (7) REAL ROCKER was nailed only late in the mile by a sharp winner last time. He has to be caught here. (2) MAC RAIDER could get a similar winning trip as his February 16th mile here; using. (5) IDEAL JET drops and he should take a small share at a minimum here. (3) RAFA has developed into a fringe player and he should be a minor player here again.
