Race 1
(1) ONE TOO MANY showed sharp improvement for Roy last week and he sticks with him here in a race where he could convert with one of his patented first-up trips; using. (5) GOLD MEDAL SWAN was just behind the choice last time after electing to stay in. He looks like a contender in a race with seemingly few along with (4) STONEBRIDGE PEACE. That mare also exits the same race and she finished right with the top two after racing closest to the front. It looks like you need all three of these contenders on Pick 5 tickets. (2) WORK THAT MAGIC steps up off a nice win a class lower, but she is unlikely to beat all of the top three here.
Race 2
(6) ROCK AND ROLL XAMPLE was absolutely flying late in the mile last week which should have her on her toes for this second start of the year. Top call, with the only caveat being she may be overbet here off that late burst. (1) BERNADETTE is as sharp as they come and she can win using any racing style; using. (5) EXHILARATED has done great for Auciello so far and she made two moves last week and still wasn't beaten that far. She could take this with a trip. (3) P L HURRICANE is a good one to use on the bottom when she races in this class.
Race 3
(7) HIGHLANDBEACHYCOVE is solid in this class and he went a big first up mile to win vs. some of these last week. I'll stick with him here. (5) DAYLIGHT RUSH ripped off a quick winning mile at Flamboro last Sunday and he is dangerous here as the likely pacesetter. (3) MACHAL JORDAN steps down a level after finishing on the fringes. The classy veteran can grab a share in here. (4) VEGAS ROCKS could be the pocket sitter a long way here and it isn't out of the question that he parlays a sweet trip into a victory if things go that way for him.
Race 4
(3) MUSSELSFRMBRUSSELS goes for four straight here following another strong win when again claimed. He looks tough to beat again and is a multi-race must-use here. (8) MICKEY HANOVER drops to a level where an aggressive drive can be expected; using. (6) DALTON DID IT raced evenly vs. the choice last time. He can leave quicker than he did that night, but, a smaller share seems likely here. (1) CASIMIR OVERDRIVE can start in the top five and follow along for a slice here.
Race 5
(3) SOUTHWIND MONTY exploded to a win using Lasix for the first time last week despite missing close to seven weeks. He should be even sharper here; call to repeat. (4) REDONKULOUS had a good trip last week but fell a stride short when caught by a class-dropper that rode his cover to mid-stretch. He is sharp, live and a strong contender here. (5) LITTLE WOODY can show more here if he is put into the race earlier by Roy, which is likely. (7) SPEEDLING will likely be the first leader and he can stick around for a share.
Race 6
(3) AMERICAN VIRGIN's only loss in this class in his past five outings came when he broke at the start. He took a new season's mark last week and he will be tough to beat here. (4) ANDREIOS KARDIA returns from a break and a look at previous similar scenarios reveals that he comes ready to play; using. (1) ALEXAS JACKPOT has had trouble with the choice, but, a perfect trip isn't out of the question here and Roy will get him home first one of these weeks. (8) NICKLE BAG never misses a check, but he will likely be trip-dependent here starting from the outermost post.
Race 7
(2) UF BETTORS HANOVER was flying late last week but he had too far to come and too much traffic to navigate through. I'll give him another chance here. (4) MACH PRIDE takes a big class drop and is sure to be sent on a speed mission by JD here. (3) COUNTER STRIKE produced a quick final 1/4 last time when racing a class lower; consider for vertical wagers. (9) BIG PETES STYLE can pass a few of these in the back 1/2 and make the Tri or Super.
Race 8
(5) AUDREYS DREAM good closing kick wasn't good enough in the Preferred class where the leaders don't slow down much. This class should be more to his liking; look for him late. (6) MACH CODE can take these a long way on the lead and he is hard to leave off Pick 4 tickets here. (3) REISTANCE FUTILE missed a week, but maybe he could use that break after pacing several strong miles. He is a threat here. (1) CARACCI HANOVER seems likely to follow along near the front and stick for a smaller share.
Race 9
(4) SECRECY has been lights out the past two starts when the driver decided to take an aggressive approach. More of the same looms here for his opponents. (2) P L JACKSON had sharp speed both early and late in his mile last week. He is a good bet to complete this exacta. (6) ALWAYS A HOTSHOT has a strong record and a lot of upside. He should be passing many of these in the final 1/4. (1) A BETTORS RISK was no match for the choice when hung the mile last week, but a better trip seems almost a sure thing here. He could better this prediction.
Race 10
(1) MAJOR HILL was motoring late in the mile last week. With that clean line out of the way, he should get more aggressive earlier here; top call. (4) SINGLE WHITE SOCK also had some good late pace to offer last week, but he was too far back to get to the leaders. He is solid in this class; toss on Pick 4 tickets. (3) BS TYRRIFIC is in great form for a sharp outfit and he is another to consider for the late Pick 4 here. (2) PERFECT VISTA should be good for another share here. (7) IDEAL JET's form is solid, but he typically is a fringe player and that is likely to continue here.
