Race 1
(3) JIMMY BE GOOD has been on a roll since being claimed by trainer Auciello - who is the track's leading dash winner so far this year. He will be looking to pounce late again here. (2) MOHAWK WARRIOR has beaten better on this circuit and he attracts the leading driver for his return; using. (1) SHADOW MARGEAUX is in sharp form and he races well for Hudon. (5) DIALAMARA took a new life's mark last week but the race set up perfectly for him. He is bound to be overbet off that win here.
Race 2
(7) ROCKIN WIZARD was excellent in defeat last week and starting from the outside he should be able to find a helmet to follow this time; top call. (1) MR CARROTTS takes a big drop and obviously is a contender, but he isn't exactly a win machine. I'll play against to win but use in the Pick 5. (6) BRINGHOME THEBLUE always races well in this class and can win with a decent trip. (2) HALF A BILLION figures to close late for a smaller share.
Race 3
(4) SWEET ROYALTY exits the non-winners of four class and he should find this group much easier; top call. (10) ONE TOO MANY dodges the hot Free Willy Hanover and he is in with a chance if the intent is there leaving from the worst post. (5) GROUPIE DOLL will be the pacesetter again for as long as she lasts; minor share predicted. (8) MANWITHAMISSION steps up off a solid win, but he would need more late speed to topple these.
Race 4
(7) SHADOW PLACE races best when sent hard off the gate which is what I expect here with the class drop. (1) AUDREYS DREAM steps up off a sharp score and he could work out a similarly-good trip here; using. (5) VEGAS ROCKS was flying late last week. He can threaten here, especially if he starts his move earlier. (8) BRILLIANT STRIKE N looks well-prepped for a trainer that typically sends them ready. He can better this prediction.
Race 5
(1) EXHILARATED steps up off a lifetime-best score and while these are much tougher, she might be up to it. (2) KIWI FOCUS N should get an aggressive steer with the class drop and move inside; using. (7) KAYS SHADOW was a winner in this class two back. She isn't out of this, but her last start was disappointing. (8) LOVETHEWAYOULOOK can threaten with the class drop here.
Race 6
(4) MAJOR HILL was sensational in his return, gamely digging in and refusing to lose. He is a solid bet to repeat here. (8) THE ROCKINATOR is worth a look for the exotics shipping in from Ohio for Allard sporting some solid lines. (2) AWESOMENESS is on a roll, but he may find the choice too much here. (3) MIGRATE BLUE CHIP should follow along and take a share off an inside trip.
Race 7
(3) AIR GLIDER was hung up on poor cover last time when the leader was sprinting away on the field. A better start puts him right in the picture with these. (2) STONEBRIDGE PEACE has already won in this class three starts back and only needs to be put into the race earlier here to have a big shot. (4) ASTERIX is in great form, but, he is more likely to take a smaller share here. (1) SWAN FOR DEE is usually good for a check and tonight should be no different.
Race 8
(4) JINS SHARK raced tough first up last week but he couldn't reach the strong leader late in the mile. He could get a better setup for his late charge here and turn the tables. (3) AMERICAN VIRGIN is in super form, repelled the choice last week and is the one to beat. (1) FINE DIAMOND can improve here returning to a 7-day rotation. (2) NICKLE BAG should share moving inside.
Race 9
(1) SPORTSMANSHIP went too fast too early last week and was picked off by the pocket-sitter. He could trip out on cover here and make amends. (6) CARACCI HANOVER and (7) J EAGLE FEATHER both rate highly on the class drop so long as they don't duel each other into submission. (9) OUR SKY MAJOR N marks the return of his trainer to this circuit following a long absence. He looks ready and could take a slice here.
Race 10
This looks like a good spot for (5) DARCEE N to use his late kick to advantage; slight nod. (7) REEL is likely to get put into the race earlier with the driver change; using. (2) IDEAL JET was fried early last time. He will likely look to trip out here, which is a decent possibility. (3) WEATHERLY is another that is likely to be racing closer to the front which is when he does his best work. (10) IMSPORTY can close in late for a small slice here.
