Race 1
(3) HOLIDAY HOLLY gets the top driver making her first start off the claim and this isn't the toughest spot; slight nod. (2) DEUCE DEUCE DEUCE had an eventful journey in an amateur driving race last time. Put a line through that start and he looks pretty good here. (8) AIR GLIDER has frequent gait issues, but when he stays flat, he fits this class and he could be coming late here. (1) SWAN FOR DEE can take a smaller share off an inside following trip here.
Race 2
(2) TOP DESIRE took a ton of action last week in his first start off the claim and he raced well. I'll take a shot with him here with Hudon off to a good start at this meet. (1) FOUR CARD MAJOR is on a roll in this class and he can't be left off Pick 5 tickets. (7) IT'S A BIG SECRET took a life's mark the last time Filion drove him in this class three starts back; using. (5) APHRO STAR is always a threat at this level and he isn't a toss either in what should be a contentious dash.
Race 3
(6) MYRETIREMENTTICKET drops and Macdonnell sticks for a second drive. Expect a more aggressive steer at this lower level. (5) TOTALLY RIPPED woke up at this level last time and he should contend here. (8) GRONK is sharp and fits here, but he needs to get in range earlier. (1) ITS HUW YOU KNOW could last longer here making his fourth start off a break.
Race 4
(2) ROCKIN RONNIE was driven with purpose last time and set solid splits then fought off late challenges. He is sharp and will no doubt get another aggressive steer; top call. (4) CHARMBO BLITZ was free too late to get to the leader last time, but the long Woodbine stretch could work in his favor here. (5) TRISUN gets driver Macdonald for a second drive in a row and he fits this class. Toss him on multi-race bets. (9) GOTAMEETING rarely misses the top 4 and he will likely find his way onto the Super ticket here.
Race 5
(2) THORN IN YOUR SIDE simply went too fast early last time and he understandably stopped. He should be able to get a breather here which would make him tough to beat. (1) JIMMY BE GOOD makes his second start for Cullen from a much better post. He should be heard from here. (3) BUGGER BRUISER came close last time he raced this low and he is worth including here as he should be a good price. (6) UF BETTORS HANOVER will be closing late, as usual.
Race 6
(1) HAB FAITH was racing well before the break in stride last time out and she can rebound here if she stays flat. (7) DONZETTI ships in off a strong qualifier for a trainer who has been known to strike early and often at this meet; using. (8) HILARIOUS HONEY gets a new trainer, a different driver and first time Lasix here. Expect improvement. (9) GRAVITATOR will likely get put into play early here facing easier, but I fear she will be overbet and I'm not willing to take a short price on her.
Race 7
(3) CALL ME RICHARD drops and gets Hudon back after a failed try in an amateur race. Phil will be sending here, I think. (4) MONEY MISSION should do better in this classification. Toss him on your pick 4 tickets. (7) SAFEKEEPING looks solid on paper, but she has yet to notch a win this season after taking 1/2 of her sophomore starts. I'll use her in the Pick 4s, but I wouldn't take a short win price. (1) CLASS ME NICE can take a share off a good following trip.
Race 8
(4) D J POWER won't need to improve much - if at all - on his October 10th qualifier to beat this group; top call. (6) SPEEDLING has popped at this level before and he should be a square price here. I'll use him in the exotics. (7) BEACH HOUSE has shown improvement since being gelded in September. He is another in with a shot here. (3) MAC RAIDER likes Woodbine and he is likely to be sent here so he is another you should consider for multi-race tickets.
Race 9
(4) SKY GUY is on a roll and this track has played well to front-enders in the first couple of cards. He may be tough to catch here. (8) BRINGHOME THEBLUE obviously fits this level well and he could get another good trip here stalking a quick early pace. (6) LISVINNIE keeps McNair, who continues to win races through aggression; using. (2) SAVANNAH SPLENDOR will be there early, but likely only stick around for a smaller share.
Race 10
(2) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ woke up last time and now he gets a much better post. He should take these a long way. (3) AMBLE OVER HANOVER has hit his best stride racing in this class and he should be used in the late Pick 4. (7) LIGHT FOOT RD always seems to make the ticket racing at this level. I'll use him underneath. (8) RACE ME VILLA can close for a piece of this at a good price. (9) JEFFERSON TARE gets Roy off the claim and he could pepper the early pace, but I see him finishing on the fringes.
