Woodbine Harness: Horses to watch from Nov. 2 - Nov. 6

Ken Walters|Nov 08, 2017

Thursday, November 2

IMCOOLERONLINE (NW1) wired the field in good order holding off the uncovered bid of the even money favorite.

A DOOZY (NW1) yielded twice, sat pocket and rallied gamely in good effort.

ODD BALL (NW2) grinded uncovered a long way and was an impressive second best on the track and on the board.

PLAY IT AGAIN SAM (CLMHCP8/10000) sat at the back to the lane and launched a strong stretch rally on a night made for front-end speed.

Friday, November 3

HOLIDAY PARTY (NW8000) set the pace under pressure from start to finish and tired on a poor night for front-steppers and should do better in next.

ART ANGEL BABY (NW6000DM) yielded, retook, opened up a good lead but tired. Should be tighter in next and would not lose that lead on most nights.

FREE WILLY HANOVER (NW8000) was third over behind a gapper and finished full of trot to nail it. Should be a serious threat once more.

THATGIRLISONFIRE (CLM15000FM) was parked the mile, challenged, had aim heading home but tired. A better trip should bring her home on top.

Saturday, November 4

EVENIN OF PLEASURE (PRF) made a game rallay from third over to be second best to the odds-on winner.

JEWELONTHEBEACH (MW15000FM) was buried into the lane, angled out, slid further looking for room, found a route with strong finish.

DANCER HALL (NW4) tucked early, pulled as the speed settled, rushed to the top, opened up and cruised to victory.

ROCKIN FINISH (NW9000) swung out heading home, closed a ton but had too far to come.

Monday, November 6

IDOLE DUHARAS (CLM8000) was parked to a tuck, sat in buried to the lane, angled out, got moving late and closed well.

BUGGER BRUISER (NW2500) was out to the top, yielded to the winner, sat pocket second best at every call.

TRISUN (CLM15000) had far to come but finished strong at nearly 10-1 from 4th over and earns a long look in next.

OFORPETSAKE (CLM20000) went down the road meeting the odds-on favorite's determined pressure the last three-eighths and was a game second best at 10-1.
