Woodbine Harness: Horses to watch from Nov. 10 - Nov. 14

Ken Walters|Nov 20, 2016

Thursday, November 10

NEVER BEEN TOLD (CLM8000) wired the field impressively and looks to take another.

COLLECTIVE WISDOM (NW2FM) went down the road drawing away easily.

IMSPORTY (CLMHCP15/20000/3YO) was bothered early but finished best of all. Do not ignore.

HOOTER SHOOTER (NW1/2-3YO) had traffic in the lane but closed well once clear.

DRAKE (NW2500) left, tucked, tipped to the wire and closed strong but too late.

Friday, November 11

SMALLTOWN TERROR (CLM15000) was nowhere throughout but flashed a touch of late foot. Connections will find a place for him to have better success.

ITS HUW YOU KNOW (NW8000) trotter broke before the start, finshed well and earns a long look in next.

WRANGLE MAGIC (PRF/FM) put in a good down the road effort and tired.

ACEFOURTYFOUR ALEX (CLMHCP15/20000/3YOF) proved second best in front-stepping effort getting nailed by the pocket-sitting favorite.

Saturday, November 12

ST LADS PENNY LANE (NW10000FM) closed well from third over, gamed out second and just missed the tiring winner.

STAN THE MAN (NW13000) wired the field and had plenty left.

A ROD HALL (NW3) broke at the start, recovered, sat at the rear to the lane, came and picked off a slew of foes so keep in mind next race or two.

NIRVANA SEELSTER (NW24500) left, tucked, pulled to the half, challenged the pacesetting favorite and proved second best on the board and on the track.

Monday, November 14

MACH MESSIER (NW2) yielded, retook, proved second best to the favorite and earns look in next.

STIMULUS SPENDING (CLMHCP10/12000) had far to come in last but finished well from 4th over.

CROWN CLASSIC (NW4000) took some bad steps to the half, recovered and finished with good trot from a distant 4th over.

HIGHLAND TARTAN (CLMHCP15/18000) tucked past the half, got stuck behind gapper, slipped clear into the lane with willing finish.
