Thursday, May 8

BET YA (NW1FM) Made a huge move to the third panel, roared to the lead, got away from all but the winner, dug in but could not last.

NORTHERN SECRET (NW1/3YO) Left, challenged into a quick quarter, had to take back, tucked, pulled to the third panel, had tiring cover to the lane, tipped with good finish.

SUPER ALL DAY (NW2) Proved to be just that in last. Raced parked the mile, stepped it up to the tihrd panel, challenged uncovered and proved gamest at the wire despite the trip.

LOVES A CHALLENGE (CLM15000) Cleared too late between horses in last but exploded on the scene to just miss.

Friday, May 9

JET HOT STUFF (NW2500FM) Had no shot from a distant fourth over but finished fastest of all in lane.

WILDCAT BEAUTY (CLM12000FM) Pulled as the speed settled, brushed to the lead, yielded for the pocket,slipped out heading home and stormed through the lane to win going away.

LIGHTS GO OUT (NW3FM) Hit her best stride a step too late to get it done but this well bet second choice will put someone's lights out in next.

BETIT TO GETIT (NW4500FM) Was in the pocket and very tight as the race got interesting approaching the third panel, took up a bit and was outkicked in the lane when 24-1. With a bit of racing luck she could pull off the surprise soon.

Saturday, May 10

MISTER ICON (CLMHCP12/20000) Was stuck behind a wall of horses to the late stages and might have pulled off the surprise at 34-1 if he had found racing room.

BULLDOG TENACITY (NW5000) Showed just that rallying from third over through the lane.

RAMZAN (NW3) Pulled the pocket, battled, appeared beaten but battled back to make it interesting in the late stages. Well connected trotter should be able to score soon.

BOKNOWS MOMNGRANNY (CLMHCP12/20000) Tried to rally up the rail in last but had little in the way of racing room sitting there under a hold to the wire.

Monday, May 12

ROCKIN WITH DEWEY (NW12000) Went down the road as far as he could on a night when speed was folding and held on for second. Should be able to get it done over a more favorable track.

OLE JACK MAGIC (NW1) Exploded home in huge 2014 debut to crush the field and looms strong as a repeater.

IDEAL JET (NW2) Had his backers ripping up their tickets passing the half as he was in the next province but hit the stretch with an incredible rally to pass all but the winner.

DANICA (NW2) Got caught behind a quitter, had to find a way through stretch traffic but powered home once there was room.
