CAMVICTED (NW1) wired the field in quick order as the prohibitive favorite and dug in gamely to ward off the second choice pocketsitter. Should be tough for a while.

VELOCITY HEADLIGHT (NW2) brushed to the half, took the lead, set a good clip and dug in gamely. Beaten favorite can atone over more favorable track.

BIG PACKAGE (CLM15000) tucked early, pulled to the half, grinded up uncovered and won going away.

WATKINS (NW30000) was Moreau's fith winner on the Monday night card as he powered up the lane. When this trainer's hot, he sizzles.

SHOW TOPPER (CLMHCP8/10000) tucked twice along the way chasing the wrapped-up winner. Had the pocket turning home but tired. Can score versus most this level.

Friday, January 29

MURS SON (NW1) left to the lead, yielded and was shuffled, rallied strong inside but had too far to come.

P L HOUDINI (NW1) finished full of trot coming wide into the lane but also had too far to come on a night when speed was holding.

NEW PATROL (CLM15000) was far back into the final turn, came wide for the drive with big finish but ran out of time.

B SANTANNAS LOVE (NW2FM) tucked early, came uncovered the final turn, challenged the speed, put her away but was nailed late by the fast closing winner.
