MUSICAL SPELL (NW2) made an amazing rally from 3rd over in last to win going away and can take another.

RAMAS LAST SON (NW3) put in a credible front stepping effort in last but was nailed by the pocket sitter.

REAGALLY READY (NW7300FM) closed all out and game to get up for second in last.

LIGHTS GO OUT (NW7300FM) trailed to the lane, tipped wide, stormed home. Beaten favorite will be tough if involved earlier.

Saturday, February 28

SPARKY MARK (NW215000) brushed and crushed in last and shoiuld take another in quick order.

KINDLY POET (NW7000) closed strong to win at nearly 30-1 on a night when speed was holding with a vengeance.

THUNDER STEELER (W7000) won easily as odds-on favorote in last and looms as tough to beat in next.

RAMBLINGAMBLINMAN (NW3) closed strongly in last to get up for 2nd and should find beatable field soon.

Monday, March 2

WIZARD OF OSNEY (NW2) was in the pocket raging with trot and nowhere to go. Freed late and came home strong but too late.

D GS JUSTLIKETHAT (NW2) took the lead, yielded, retook, rolled along and roared home with plenty left.

GIVE EM BACK (NW1) was jammed up in the final turn, tipped but took some steps. Deserved a better fate.

VERBALIZE (NW2) closed with a ton of pace but had too far to come.

TEAM CAPTAIN (NW1) three-year-old had the fastest last quarter (:26 4/5) on the night but it was only good for second place as he had to come from Mars or beyond.
