Ken Walters|Feb 22, 2017

Thursday, February 16

MAN OF DESTINY (NW1) was out a long way, ranged up, challenged and blew by in huge winning effort.

HIGHPOINT CHIP (NW2500) winning favorite went to the top, set his own clip and was a game 2nd best to the pocket sitting co-favorite.

MISTER X (NW2500) went down the road and dug in but was nailed by the fresher late closing winner.

BIG BAD BILL (NW3) tucked, sat in, had pace in tight quarters but never found a route.

Friday, February 17

PRETTY HOT (CLMHCP8/10000FM) left, tucked, pulled in the final turn, closed well. Got claimed and should go well for new connections.

BAGS FOR ALL (NW8000) left quick, yielded, got shuffled, brushed back to command, rated the third panel and was wrapped up through the lane.

MISCHIEVIOUUSGIRLS (NW4600FM) closed huge from nowhere to win going away and has to be respected when she looks for another win.

BROCKERY (NW4600FM) wired the field impressively in last and will be hard to beat.

Saturday, February 18

OUR SKY MAJOR N (NW9000) left well, tucked, pulled passing the half, brushed powerfully and quickly to the lead, held well in impressive effort.

CARRACI HANOVER (NW9000) left to the lead, yielded by the third panel to a quick brushing winner and chased him home second best.

CASIMIR OVERDRIVE (NW7200) left to the top, yielded and was shuffled, sat three-holed to the lane, searched for room but nevfer cleared.

AINSLEYNOELLE (NW10000FM) left quickly, took the lead, yielded and got a bad shuffle, sat buried to the lane, rallied well between horses but was in too tight to give her best shot.

Monday, February 20

SECRECY (NW3) was moving to the half, got in tight and was knocked off stride. Finished full of pace but had lost his chance. Beaten favorite should atone quickly.

HIGHPOINT CHIP (CLMHCP10/12000) went to the lead, drew off powerfully and was wrapped up through the lane.

MICKEY HANOVER (NW2800) tucked off the gate, pulled uncovered to the half, ranged up as the leader got away and closed gamely but was second best in here.

ETRUSCAN HANOVER (NW14000) powered home wide and strong from the back of the pack and should be hard to hold off once again.
