E R TRUEVALUE (CLM15000) finished full of pace from a distant 4th over on a night when front-stepping speed ruled.

BRIGHT FUTURE (CLM15000) was parked uncovered all the way in last and loomed in the battle for second until deep stretch as the speedy pacesettter refused to buckle.

TRUE REFLECTION (NW6000FM) had a serious chance to pick up more but could not free herself from heavy traffic in the lane.

MACHET ROCKET (NW6000FM) charged home knocking down foes like a well thrown bowling ball but had too far to come from 4th over.

Saturday, December 27

IDEAL JET (NW3) was a beaten favorite in last while trying to win it from fourth over on a speed favoring night. Gave the winner a late scare but it was too far to come.

IN COMMANDO (NW16000) was parked the mile in last, challenged the final quarter and weakened late.

TOTAL LEE (NW2FM) kept coming from an impossible spot and just missed. Beaten favorite had too far to come in a terrible outer flow.

KG DRAGONATOR (NW28000) beaten favorite tipped in the lane and closed strong but ran out of track.

MONTE CRISTO (NW7000) rallied gamely between horses but traffic kept him from giving his best.
