Race 1
(3) AIR GLIDER is right back at it racing for the third start in eight days, but he should be formidable racing off the Auciello claim here. (2) MOONBEAM HALL goes for Moreau off the claim which makes him an obvious one to use in the Pick 5. (1) SKY LAV could trip out here as third choice and pass both of the two choices late; using. (6) JUSTCALLMERONALD should pass a few of these in the final quarter and take a share.
Race 2
(2) ROCKN OPIUM went back into Moreau's barn last week and bounced right into the winner's circle; call to repeat off that effort. (7) LIGHTS GO OUT is usually right there at this level and she may get aggressive early here; using. (5) DANGEROUSPRECEDENT responded well for driver Macdonald last time and he sticks here. I'll use her in the Pick 5, too. (6) BERNADETTE drops and gets McNair back, but she hasn't impressed since returning from a break and I'll try to beat her.
Race 3
(6) TREASURED TEE blew up before the start last week. This isn't the toughest spot if he can stay flat. (5) GIVE ANGEL CREDIT should get put into this race at the start, which gives him a shot here. (4) HOOSIER MUSCLE raced decently in a claimer at London last time. She could be coming around, but notice she is more likely to take a slice based on her record. (7) A DOOZY finally converted last time in a race she controlled from start-to-finish. I might regret it again, but I will play against her this time off that win over a very soft group.
Race 4
(1) EVERY TIME pressured solid splits last time then drove away first-over. I'll take her to repeat off that sharp effort. (6) TEN CARAT excels in claimers, but this spot looks a bit tougher. She may not be able to reach the choice here. (2) BUSINESS AS USUAL improved last time when third to the choice. She can hit the board here, too. (4) WINDSONGMAGNIFIQUE went too fast too early last time. She could fare better here with more even rating.
Race 5
(6) ER MONICA should get better positioning at the start here, which would likely make a big difference for her; top call. (9) BOURBON SEELSTER has been on a tear racing in the top class in London and she has enough speed to overcome this post; using. (3) DONTBRUISECARRIE steps back up off a win, but she could get another good trip here. I'll use her in multi-race bets, too. (8) BAROCKEY should pass a few of these in the back 1/2; consider for the bottom of exotic wagers.
Race 6
In a race where it's hard to like anything, I'll give the slightest nod to (5) FLYING ISA N, who may get the best trip near the front. The Gillis barn has done well so far this year winning at a 20% clip with 10 top three finishes in 15 starts. (2) SETANTA will probably get overbet here, but he is one that is hard to leave off Pick 4 tickets. (1) BLENHEIM figures here, but he is unreliable, and the inside post does him no favors. Still, he can win this with a reasonable trip. (4) AMITYVILLE LINDY can pass some horses late and hit the ticket if he stays flat.
Race 7
(5) JORDIES HOPE has a big shot here dropping back to the level she won easily at two starts back and you know she won't be chalk with the presence of (7) DOCS SAUSALITO. The latter is an obvious contender moving back into Moreau's barn off a claim, but, she could provide a perfect target for the choice if they line up 1-2 at the start. (8) KINDA LIKE HER can leave in the top flight and stick around for a share. (6) BAD AT REDHOT is a good one to use on the bottom of exotic wagers.
Race 8
(5) BETTIM JACKIE was game in defeat to a filly who swept every leg of the Blizzard series. She'll be tough to beat here at a short price. (4) KATIES GAL closed belatedly to finish behind the choice. She is likely to be closer here early, which improves her chances. (7) PARTY BEACH is worth a look for the exotics coming off a break. (1) CAROLINA CHERRY should sit a good enough trip to take a share here.
Race 9
(6) WITCH DALI and (1) MS MAC N CHEESE haven't raced in a while, but that's because there hasn't been a mares Preferred carded. They are best if tight enough. I'll give Moreau the benefit of the doubt here. Slight nod to the former who I think will be sent to the front this time. (3) ARTISTIC MADISON I'll use in case the top two show some rust in which case she might blow by them both late. (2) RUBIS PRESCOTT is in top form and McClure has been a great partner for her. She could better this placing.
Race 10
(2) THE TIME TO WIN gets the call on the barn change here in a race with seemingly few win contenders. (1) D GS PESQUERO wasn't very good racing first up last week, but she drops again and should improve in this class. (4) JUSTABIT MEAN will be closing as always. She could win if the race falls apart late. (7) DAZZLING ROCKETTE is a good one to use underneath. (3) WILDCAT MAGIC is typically a fringe player who could complete the Supers or High 5.
