EAST BOSTON, Mass. – Patricia Moseley’s homebred Victor Laszlo goes for the three-peat when he takes on a field of seven other Massachusetts-breds in the $25,000 Last Dance Stakes at one mile and 70 yards Saturday with regular rider Tammi Piermarini aboard. The 6-year-old gelded son of Victory Gallop and the 124-pound highweight took the 2012 edition of the race by 8 3/4 lengths and scored again last year by 8 1/2 lengths. Trained by George Saccardo, the reigning champion New England-bred tightened up for this contest with a victory July 5 in the six-furlong Rise Jim, also a $25,000 affair for statebreds.
