Unique Bella, Dream Tree stay sharp in works

Benoit & Associates Dream Tree paid $2.60 in winning the Las Virgenes Stakes on Sunday.
Unique Bella, who won the Grade 2 Santa Maria here Feb. 10, and Dream Tree, who stayed unbeaten by winning the the Grade 2 Las Virgenes Stakes here on Feb. 4, both worked at Santa Anita on Monday.
Unique Bella worked a half-mile in 47.20 seconds. Trained by Jerry Hollendorfer for Don Alberto Stables, Unique Bella won the Grade 1 La Brea Stakes here on Dec. 26 to clinch the Eclipse Award as top female sprinter. She is expected to start in the Grade 1 Santa Margarita Invitational here on March 17.
Dream Tree worked six furlongs in 1:12.80. Trained by Baffert for Phoenix Thoroughbreds, Dream Tree will run in the Grade 1 Santa Anita Oaks on April 7, with a possible start in the Grade 3 Santa Ysabel Stakes on March 3 in the interim, Baffert said.
