Cincinnati – A pair of Ohio-bred stakes and a trio of Quarter Horse races will be contested as part of a special 11-race card Sunday at Belterra Park. The $50,000 Horizon Stakes for 3-year-old Ohio-accredited fillies and the $50,000 Vivacious Handicap for older Ohio-registered fillies and mares will be the third and seventh races. “Accredited” is the more restrictive of the two classes, as both the sire and dam must be registered and be in Ohio. It is the first of two Quarter Horse days at the track, as the last three races on the card will be the $15,000 Queen City Dash followed by an allowance and a maiden race.
