Trainer Ontiveros found dead at 38

Trainer Lalita Ontiveros was found dead at her home in Grand Island, Neb., on Friday evening. She was 38.

A regular on the Nebraska circuit for the past several years, Ontiveros had just won the Van Berg Derby the previous weekend and also campaigned S. C. King, a stakes winner in the state last year.

A funeral was to be held Tuesday at Curran Funeral Chapel in Grand Island.
