Tizbud to stand in Florida

Tizbud, a full brother to Breeders' Cup Classic winner Tiznow and winner of the 2003 California Cup Classic, will stand the 2005 breeding season at Jubilee Farms in Ocala, Fla., co-owner Michael Cooper said Tuesday.

A son of Cee's Tizzy out of the Seattle Song mare Cee's Song, Tizbud will have a stud fee of $5,000. Cooper said the 6-year-old will leave California for Florida this week.

Tizbud's brother Tiznow stands in Kentucky, and his sire, Cee's Tizzy, stands in California, leaving Florida as a logical locale for Tizbud. Cooper said Tizbud will begin stud duty next month.
