That's Right loving grass, wins again in My Frenchman Stakes

Three wins in a row since switching from dirt to turf? That’s Right.
After losing six in a row, two against maiden-claimers, to start his career, the 3-year-old colt That’s Right has been transformed by a move to grass racing.
On May 20 at Pimlico he won a turf-sprint maiden special weight by five lengths, coming back June 17 at Monmouth to beat older first-level, turf-sprint allowance horses by 5 1/4 lengths. That led to a start Sunday at Monmouth in the $100,000 My Frenchman Stakes, a 5 1/2-furlong grass dash restricted to 3-year-olds, and – that’s right – the colt did it again.
Breaking like a rocket under Andy Hernandez, That’s Right ($9.60) never faced a challenge while posting a 3 1/4-length victory. Off splits of 22.29 and 44.21, That’s Right clocked 1:02.61 over a firm course while running some quick horses right off their feet.
“There was speed in the race, and he got to the lead pretty easily,” said Michael Moore, who trains That’s Right for James Shannon Jr. “At this point in his career no one can catch him on the grass. You look at him on the grass now and you say, ‘How good can he be?’ ”

It was just the third stakes win for Moore, who began training in 2013. That’s Right is a son of Goldencents and Cat Ten, by Greatness, who was bred in Kentucky by Edward Seltzer.
One Timer, the 13-10 favorite, ground along to hold a distant My Frenchman second in front of longshot Grooms All Bizness. Too Many Twizzlers, the 9-5 second choice, started poorly on a course carrying speed for most of Sunday’s card and checked in a lackluster fourth.
Moore suggested the $150,000 Mahony Stakes on Aug. 14 at Saratoga could be next – and that might be the right spot.
