Testing One Two wins Treasure Chest; Goodprofit takes La. Jewel

Homebreds were the order of the card Friday night at Delta Downs, where horses bred and owned by Brittlyn Stable and Jim McIngvale accounted for the two stakes on the program. Testing One Two won the fifth stakes race of her career in the $75,000 Treasure Chest for Brittlyn, while Goodprofit won her maiden in the $100,000 Louisiana Jewel for McIngvale.
Testing One Two ($5) tracked the pace set by even-money favorite Americium, who took the field through an opening quarter in 23.44 seconds and a half-mile in 48.24. Testing One Two advanced on the fast track, battled with Inspeightsof in the stretch, and proved a neck best at the wire. Diego Saenz was aboard for trainer Victor Arceneaux.
Testing One Two is a Louisiana-bred daughter of Star Guitar who defeated open company in the Treasure Chest, which was for fillies and mares. She has now won 6 of 10 starts and earned $299,060. Testing One Two is 4 for 4 at Delta.
Goodprofit ($6) stormed to a 5 1/4-length win over 1-2 favorite Silvercents in the Jewel, a one-mile race for 2-year-old fillies bred in Louisiana. Goodprofit sat off fractions of 23.57 seconds for the opening quarter, 49.12 for the half-mile, and 1:15.12 for six furlongs before covering the distance in 1:41.96.

Goodprofit is a daughter of Guilt Trip and a half-sister to multiple stakes winner Underpressure. She has made five starts and earned $75,350. Underpressure is scheduled to run Saturday night in the $75,000 Delta Downs Mile.
