Terrific Friday undercard at Keeneland

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Three allowances are part of another outstanding undercard Friday at Keeneland, where Malathaat will make her seasonal debut as a heavy favorite in the featured Doubledogdare Stakes (race 9).

The allowances go as races 5, 6, and 8, with maximum purses starting at $110,000, including bonuses restricted to horses registered to the Kentucky Thoroughbred Development Fund.

Three maiden-specials (races 2, 7, 10) also are carded, with each of those worth up to $100,000, including KTDF money.

The $3-minimum Turf Pick 3 comprises races 5, 8, and 10.

* Todd Pletcher has confirmed Dynamic One, 18th in the Derby last year, as a starter for the Grade 3 Ben Ali, which will share the Saturday spotlight at Keeneland with the Grade 2 Elkhorn, both for older horses.
