Coady Photography Teniente Coronel wins the Fremont Stakes by 2 3/4 lengths Saturday at Delta Downs.
Jockey Ashley Broussard completed a sweep of the weekend stakes at Delta Downs when she guided Teniente Coronel to a 2 3/4-length win over Freestyler in Saturday night's $70,000 Fremont. On Friday night, Broussard won the $70,000 Eldorado aboard Oh Baby Oh Baby ($5).
Teniente Coronel ($20.20) tracked the pace set by Jockamo's Song, overtook that one, and went on to cover the mile in the slop in 1:39.12.
